You rent a car, they say they'll do it before lunch, and they disappear (maybe they don't have lunch) until you call. Warranty requests consider that this is primarily necessary for the buyer, spare parts are in stock for 10 days or more, but no one calls you. You ask why they didn't call, they say they have a lot of work to do and I have to call myself.
