A convenient location, especially for those who are vacationing with children-there is also a lot of paid entertainment. A boardwalk with lots of shops. The beach is urban and paid, but you can rent an umbrella and a mat at the hotel, which you can spread out and lie on the beach for free. Good food, by the way. I find a very pungent smell in the corridors.Why do this is not clear. During the season, they say there is a problem with waiting for the elevator. As it is, it's not even bad.

We were there a year ago, it was great. now the hotel is very spoiled, there are huge queues (photo) in the restaurant. The rooms were broken, our toilet was flooded, and after calling the master several times, we were finally relocated. The food in the restaurant at dinner is terrible, there's just nothing to eat at all. The only good thing is the location, but you can't ruin that. It's a very expensive hotel, and it's already been ruined. I strongly do not recommend this hotel!! There are never any free sun beds at the pool (photo), everything is occupied already at 8 a.m. and all day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

I stayed at this hotel from 14-16.03. I took a double Superior with a partial view of the beach. From the very threshold, everyone is incredibly polite and courteous to you. They checked into the hotel very quickly and without delay and told us where and at what time. Special thanks to the manager Zarina at the reception, she agreed to extend my stay a little, clarified whether she was satisfied with my stay at this hotel, laughed with her and discussed my next location. Just a smart girl, that's what I call customer orientation)) 1. The room is beautiful, bright, only after renovation, everything you need is available in the room. I did not immediately cope with the door to the balcony, but the cleaner who was on the floor immediately helped with this. The next day, I left a note asking to leave the dental kit, and the request was fulfilled. The cleaning is excellent, every day with a change of towels. There are always two large bottles of water, tea and a capsule coffee machine in the room. There is also an ironing board, iron and safe. And the thrill is that the air conditioning system is absolutely silent. 2. The power is just 10/10. Here everyone will find something to eat for every taste, be it vegan (there is a separate corner for them), who has problems with lactose, etc. everything is in abundance, you will not be hungry 100% 3. The location is excellent. The hotel is located across the street from Jumeirah Beach. There is a huge selection of cafes and restaurants on the embankment. From here you can safely walk to Blue Water Island and Dubai Marina, where there is also something to see and do. At night, life boils here and you will always find something to entertain yourself with) I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

Lovely hotel and the location is great! The metro is 20-25 minutes across the bridge. The beach is nearby, the first line.Wonderful and attentive girls at the reception, especially Russian speakers helped (which is very important for me, since my English leaves much to be desired ..) This is Sarina and Vardukhi !!! Thank you so much for your help! Top-level service , attentive staff , delicious breakfasts . The room had a side sea view, great view! The room is perfectly clean. It's nice to sit on the balcony and look at the bay.. We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is amazing! We lived on the 29th floor overlooking the sea. Perfect cleanliness, delicious food in the restaurant, friendly staff. There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. On the third floor there is a swimming pool with sea views. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance: Dubai Marina, shops, restaurants, beach. The only thing is that there is a paid shower on the beach, so people do not wash off the salt after bathing. And the sun loungers on the beach are paid and not cheap.

Nearby shops, supermarkets, convenient location. There is a free shuttle service to Emirates from the nearby JK Okean view Hotel, and three metro stops to Dubai Mall. The food is not bad, there is plenty to choose from. Drinks for breakfast include tea, coffee, juices, and free water for dinner, with a bottle on the table.

I had a vacation in November 2024 with a child (a 12-year-old boy). Check-in: the room did not match the declared category. We provided a family room with a plywood door in the middle of the wall. No noise insulation. Blockage in the sink. No cosmetic accessories!!! The waffle robe, washed, was small not only for me, but even for my child. The door to the balcony opens with difficulty, creaks. The cherry on the cake is a rusty ashtray nailed on the table((. I spent 2 days trying to get another room provided. Eventually, I was given a single-bed room with a reference to the fact that there are no other rooms. My child and I had to sleep in the same bed. And no apologies. The service staff is not qualified. The restaurant is dark, the food is mediocre. I didn't understand where the ratings were coming from at all.

I arrived 6 hours before check-in - 100 drachmas solved the issue. The room was in a corner with a view of the beach and the road from the rear of the hotel - due to the complete lack of sound insulation, the noise of the engines was around the clock. Near the beach, a gorgeous view of the sea, a huge walking area; - buffet/restaurant. There is a very strong cuisine here. The food is great and varied; - comfort in the rooms. The rooms are really good. Everything is clean, cozy, good sound insulation (which is rare for hotels). But where without minuses: - weak internet. You can't watch movies in high resolution from the local Wi-Fi. It was frustrating. - strange reception. How many times have I been in hotels in my life (a lot), it didn't go in here. They asked me to leave a deposit at check-in, I went on the principle - refused. It seems to have fallen behind. I've never heard of deposits in normal hotels) - sometimes you wait for the elevator for 10 minutes (no joke). 4 elevators is not enough for such a hotel. In general, this is a great hotel, but you should not overestimate expectations.

A decent level! — swimming pool with a gorgeous view — the best breakfasts — decent neighbors — close to the beach — I even used a rocking chair — always welcome drink (very polite staff), there was a situation when a tour agent messed up something and we were given a higher class room with a great view (it was a nice bonus) - we took a car, the concierge service pleased us The only advice is to choose the winter for the trip 😁 (it takes a long time to explain, you will sweat at +50 there, because the humidity is even greater, in general, it is better in winter)
