A great place , the staff and the food are on top . Swimming pool with great views, I really liked it ! The hotel itself is similar on the 2nd line, but it was not critical .

Breakfast is excellent. The pool is in fact too small. It seemed bigger in the photo. The bathrobe in the room was replaced for the third time (it was small). The air conditioning in the room is weak.

We rested at this hotel from 27.04 to 07.05.2023. During the check-out, we left things in the hotel's luggage room for 4 hours, there was a late departure, and our bag was stolen! We handed over 5 pieces of luggage, and received 4. At the same time, the employees corrected the figure 5 by 4 in their receipt, and mine was simply taken away at issue. When they began to demand to call the police, they admitted that there were 5 pieces of luggage, the manager even wrote a receipt, but nothing went beyond that. They do not get in touch, they do not respond to messages. There was no time for further disassembly at the hotel, because we would have missed the plane. So be careful. They steal in the Sofitel!

The hotel absolutely does not match its price category! I have visited many 5-star hotels in Dubai and the Emirates, I will definitely not return to this hotel! The only plus of this hotel is delicious breakfasts! A wide range of dishes! Don't try everything!really tearing off the head! The chefs are great! Service staff well done! Thanks! Otherwise- horror! When checking in, they tried to breed on suit! Although the room was booked and so not the cheapest, club with a balcony and sea view! They offered to pay about $ 1200 extra for 3 nights. I refused, I was immediately thrown off the difference in cost by 2 times! I again refused to upgrade the room category. Then they said wait, and arrived at 7 a.m., and asked for early check-in in advance, but this is not guaranteed, and the rules are the rules. As a result, after the "breakfast feeding" come in an hour- they settled in exactly at 15.00! Although many more guests came after me, and they were settled immediately. During the entire waiting time - they never offered a glass of water, although in many "fives" they were greeted with cool lemonade and a wet towel! Apparently, this is not accepted here! There is an ironing board and an iron in the room. Silent air conditioning system. Perhaps this is all of the advantages. There is a kettle, tea bags and coffee BAGS Nescafé! Comrades are 5 stars! And in place of a teaspoon - wooden sticks!!! I haven't seen this for a long time! Everywhere, in hotels of this price category and stardom, there are capsule coffee machines! There were no cutlery in the room! Closed minibar. The water was changed with reluctance. You can't look at bathrobes without tears- waffle, which has seen more than one hundred washes, shrunk to unrecognizable sizes! Towels have also already seen a lot, they differ both in color and quality (washed). No toothbrushes with toothpaste and shaving accessories! Night noise from the window! If you are a light sleeper, take a room with a view of the city, there will not be a construction site and loading and unloading trucks to restaurants and cafes, of which there are many on the promenade! And garbage trucks, from 3 am to 6 am! Also, be prepared for the fact that if you do not live alone in the room, you will not be able to comfortably go to the potty! Through the sliding wooden door to the toilet, all the sounds of nature will be heard! On the bidet, the girls can't turn around from the word at all! It's too crowded! In general, I will not return to this hotel anymore! Alas…
