The hotel is generally good, there are various entertainment options for children, even consoles . There is a good outlet nearby with all the world's brands. Within walking distance of the amusement parks motion Park , Lego Land . A shuttle takes you to them . But the time of the Shuttles was not convenient for us . We took a taxi ( 20 dirhams ) or walked .
It takes 40 minutes to get to the center of Dubai, and about 140 dirhams one way. The shuttle takes you to the subway , but again , because of the inconvenient time , we did not use it .
Pretty good cuisine, they cook delicious , but sooo long.
The hotel itself has a shop with fruits, sweets and even some ready-made food.

It's not really convenient that the staff is not Russian-speaking, but this does not spoil the impression at all.There are about two Russian-speaking people, one at the reception and one at the restaurant. Anyway, everyone speaks English perfectly, although African Americans, Indians, and Asians work. Well, we only know Russian, and we no longer remember English even within the school curriculum.Well, the hotel is a little far from the metro station and the city infrastructure. But according to the schedule, there is a bus to the subway and to the beach.

The staff speaks the local language + English, always very polite and helpful!
The pool is warm until 22.00, swimming at dusk is very cool ✨
Of the food, I liked the breakfasts the most, especially the children were delighted! Dinner is prepared really with a long delay, but also very well!
It is convenient to get to the metro and the bay by shuttle bus, the main thing is to be in time for it 😁

A great hotel to stay in while visiting the parks!
European level, modern, clean, young staff (they don't speak Russian-only English).
Breakfast -buffet + main course on the menu, dinner-on the menu.
The pool is heated,open until 22.00.
There were 2 days, we will definitely return.
P.S. Very long service at dinner-the order had to wait up to half an hour.

The work of the staff spoiled the whole mood twice. On the day of arrival, having only dollars, I decided to exchange them at the hotel for dirhams in order to have lunch with them. From $ 100 they gave $ 40, everything else is in local currency. After a couple of hours, I decided to return and exchange the remaining $ 40 that I received earlier from them, which I was refused, because one twenty turned out to be 2006 and they will not change it. When asked why they slipped me such a bill, I was told many times that "this is your money", I am shocked. Fortunately, the hotel guide closed my question the next day, but it was very unpleasant. On another day, the hair dryer in the room stopped working. I called the reception at about 10 a.m., they promised to help. Miraculously, the hair dryer worked on its own, I packed up and left. I came back, went to bed, woke up at 12 a.m. from the slam of the door, a male hotel employee was standing in my room! I came to fix the hair dryer! It's just terrible! Who sent it was in his right mind??? The rest of the hotel is clean, the kitchen is good.

A pleasant hotel, there is a convenience store on the 1st floor, the staff is responsive.
The rooms are quite small, the furniture in them is not functional, there is no normal closet where you can place things, instead there is a small rod with hangers and a couple of small open shelves.
The hotel is actually located in the desert) It's pretty quiet within a kilometer radius. If you spend time only on the territory of the hotel, then it's OK.
Not all food delivery comes here. It's a long drive to the city.

I really liked it, we arrived at Al Maktoum airport, we arrived quickly, the hotel is quite new and modern, check-in is fast, the room is comfortable, sound insulation is good. Comfortable beds and pillows. But the biggest plus for us was the pool - warm and very large, open until 22.00 pm. It was nice to swim after the flight. There is a minimarket in the hotel, the prices are excellent. I booked the next hotel in this chain too.

We returned from this hotel yesterday! We really liked it!! I don't know why it has only 3 stars... friendly staff, delicious cuisine - in addition to the buffet, you can order one dish from the menu. We ordered bruschettas and pancakes😍
It is located far from the center, but we did not notice it - I took a shuttle to the Mall and to the beach. If you need to go in another direction, you could take the subway at the Mall and go anywhere. When we were late for the shuttle, we took the city bus - it almost goes to the hotel… The pool is large, clean and few people!
You forgot to congratulate me on Dr.... but!!! A personal Lexus transfer took us from the airport... this was my gift, apparently😍

Undoubtedly, this is the best hotel we have ever been to. Gorgeous halls, divine smell. The staff is friendly, we didn't find any Russian speakers, but we spoke English normally, there were no problems. A great room, snow-white bed linen, which I miss to this day. Amazing shower and the softest toilet paper in the world. A great pool, there is an area for children to run around. Very quiet area, 20 minutes from the metro, taxi cost 40-50 dirhams. Also, several times a day there is a white free shushlayka from the hotel - sometimes to the subway, sometimes to the beach. There were enough seats for us, there was never a time when someone could not fit. But this is in January. Breakfast deserves special praise. A huge selection on the buffet + you can additionally order very, very tasty food from the menu (this is included in the breakfast price). If we ever return to Dubai, it will only be to this hotel. I don't even want to watch the others.
