The best opening in Baku is Borani Nizami Of all the restaurants that I managed to visit in Baku, Borani Nizami was a real revelation. This is a rare case when the price/quality ratio is not just pleasing, it is amazing. The prices here are lower than in most establishments, and the taste of the dishes is an order of magnitude higher. Each dish is prepared with soul, and the service is fast, attentive and truly hospitable. Special attention to detail: Tea is served not just with sugar, but with refined sugar, homemade strawberry jam and biscuits. Add fresh lemon to soups and salads. Black tea is the most intense and fragrant of all that I have tasted in the city. The atmosphere is a different story. Live music is playing inside, creating a cozy atmosphere, but we preferred the terrace — it's especially pleasant to spend the evening there. This is the only place where we returned again, deciding that there was no point in looking for a better one. For some reason, the rating on the maps is lower than that of other establishments, but this is the case when the numbers do not reflect reality. Borani Nizami is a place that you want to recommend to your friends and where you want to return to.

Very nice restaurant! Delicious food, fast service, polite waiters. We ate here for 4 days out of seven in Baku, and we were always satisfied. Most of the visitors are locals, which is an indicator. One disadvantage is that there is no physical menu in English, and the menu on the website is incomplete.

The sofas are full - you sit down and immediately fall into a hole. If you are small, it can be inconvenient). The menu is extensive (there is fast food, national dishes, and pizza). I didn't find alcohol on the menu. We ordered Sangria and a Peach cocktail. We thought it was alcoholic, but it turned out not to be ( The hostess and the receptionist speak Russian. There is live music. There is an enclosed veranda - in spring / autumn it is very useful because it is cool in the evenings, no matter how warm and hot it is during the day. There is no service fee for maintenance. The waiter boys are heavily controlled. We were choosing dishes for a very long time and the administrator approached us with a question why we still had not accepted the order. I had to tell him that it wasn't the waiter's fault, but we were slow. You can smoke indoors - keep in mind. Overall, the impressions are positive from the visit.

I was so impressed. I just typed in the closest restick on the map and liked this one based on the reviews. The dishes are very tasty, the portions are good and the prices are affordable. The service is 100/10, the staff is very kind and polite. At the end, we treated them to tea :) Thank you very much, I'll come back again!

The food is delicious, the service is friendly. They took pasta and meat for 37 manats, but when they asked for the bill, the waiter simply named the amount of 57.8 manats (without any receipt) When asked why there was such a difference, he abruptly forgot Russian and English, when I asked through a translator, he said that the prices on the menu were not the same.

I strongly do NOT recommend it. The quality of the dishes is normal, although it feels heavy afterwards, but the service is the bottom. We arrived at 22.00, the restaurant is on schedule until 23.00. we ordered at 22.20, the food arrived at about 22.40. At 22.55 they said everything, like we're closing, pay the bill. We thought we'd pay for it and eat for at least another 30 minutes. But no, they said you can't. And when ordering, they at least said that we wouldn't make it. There was no language barrier, the waiter spoke Russian. Naturally, we didn't have time to eat most of the dishes, we brought them with us, but that's not why we came to the restaurant and ordered several dishes to eat for 15 minutes.

We ordered a hamburger and a dish from their new special menu (pictured). The cutlets from this dish were very salty. We told the waiter about this, but for a long time he could not understand us (we spoke both English and Russian). The waiter took away the dish, ate one cutlet and returned the plate to us. Then either the manager or the cook came and said that salt should be like that. When I asked how they would fix it and what to do, he repeated that everything was fine with salt. I did not engage in dialogue. We left the dish, paid the entire bill. The staff did not apologize. I don't recommend this place.
