The rooms are nice and clean, the linen is clean and fresh. There is a TV, but there is no refrigerator or air conditioner. And this is a big minus. It's great that there's a cafe on the third floor. The girls cooked it very quickly and deliciously. Special thanks to them. We ordered breakfast in the evening, and everything was ready by 7:00. I would rate the hotel 5, but due to the lack of air conditioning, only 4 with a minus.

We stayed at the Karaganda hotel and were satisfied. The rooms are clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and varied, served on time. The convenient location in the city center makes the hotel a good choice for both leisure and business trips.
