The thing I love the most is that the hotel allows for actual 24hr rooms. The time you check in is the time you check out. I checked in at 1445 and had until 24 hours later to check out, which is amazing when you are trying to explore the city. I wish all other hotels did this. The rooms were also clean, but beds firm (what I prefer), and the only thing I can think negatively of is that there wasn't an extra toilet paper roll in the room. The breakfast was tasty, and while focused on local taste, there was the option to order omelets, cappuccino, or eggs any style you want, all as part of the room cost. The location is also ideal as most of the malls are within walking distance and there are lots of restaurants are nearby. Lastly, the price is very reasonable, and the last time I stayed in Karaganda I stayed in a much more expensive place and was half as impressed. If you go to Karaganda, stay here.

I stayed in the spring of 26 for a week. I have positive impressions. I lived in a junior suite, there were no other options for my dates. The room for one is quite spacious, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, coffee table, armchair and upholstered chair, double bed, mattress is quite hard, for me this is a plus. The bathroom is compact, with a rain shower. The shower stall was tired, of course, but it performed its functions. The hot water was not immediately available, we need to let it go a little, but in general, within reason, the water pressure is sufficient. The room is clean, cleaned regularly, towels were changed. A big plus is its own restaurant, with reasonable prices and a good selection. A two-course dinner plus alcohol can be served in 10k tenge. They cook quickly, the food is delicious, and the portions are medium-sized. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and homely. The staff is polite and friendly. The location was also a plus for me, with all the locations I needed nearby, shops, an exchange office, catering, and a bus stop within a 5-minute walk. Of the disadvantages, I would like to note the beginning of breakfast after 8:00, if necessary earlier, breakfast must be ordered in the evening and consumed in a separate room, which creates some inconvenience, heating in the microwave, etc. In general, it can be recommended as an inexpensive and high-quality hotel.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful reception staff, everything is in the rooms and everything is in good condition, the location of the hotel is close to the central park of the city. The hotel's restaurant is rated 5 points - both the staff and the service and the range of dishes.This is my second time in Karaganda and I'm staying only here)
