The thing I love the most is that the hotel allows for actual 24hr rooms. The time you check in is the time you check out. I checked in at 1445 and had until 24 hours later to check out, which is amazing when you are trying to explore the city. I wish all other hotels did this. The rooms were also clean, but beds firm (what I prefer), and the only thing I can think negatively of is that there wasn't an extra toilet paper roll in the room. The breakfast was tasty, and while focused on local taste, there was the option to order omelets, cappuccino, or eggs any style you want, all as part of the room cost. The location is also ideal as most of the malls are within walking distance and there are lots of restaurants are nearby. Lastly, the price is very reasonable, and the last time I stayed in Karaganda I stayed in a much more expensive place and was half as impressed. If you go to Karaganda, stay here.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful reception staff, everything is in the rooms and everything is in good condition, the location of the hotel is close to the central park of the city. The hotel's restaurant is rated 5 points - both the staff and the service and the range of dishes.This is my second time in Karaganda and I'm staying only here)

The hotel is just great. The breakfasts are delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is generally above all praise. I had a rest about a year or a year and a half ago, so there is something to compare it with. But the main advantage is the location. It seems to be the center of the city, but there is no noise in the room)
