We stayed at the hotel in early December. The hotel looks well maintained and presentable. The high-rise building itself is entirely made of glass. An urban-type hotel, it does not have its own territory. But the proximity to the lagoon allowed us to spend time there, in the walking area with beautiful views. We were checked in quickly, and we arrived late in the evening, so we didn't have to wait for anything. What is important is that we were not charged a deposit! It's very nice! Although there is no territory in the hotel, there is a swimming pool! It is located on the 12th floor. There are few people, usually it is always free, there are sun beds. The water is warm and a lifeguard is on duty nearby. There is also a sauna and a great gym nearby! The transfer to the beach arrives on time, at exactly 9:00 a.m. and it is better not to be late. They take you to Al Khan Beach, which is famous and free in Sharjah. Rooms with a view of the lagoon are considered expensive and are usually provided for an additional fee, but we were lucky - we were accommodated in such a room for nothing! Two-room room 421 with good sound insulation. It is decorated quite stylishly and concisely. It's nice to be in it. Big, roomy and clean and fresh! The windows are opening. The view from the window was infinitely pleasing. The noise from the road is small, it did not bother us at all! The room had air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle with a set of tea/coffee, which was updated as needed. Every day, three 0.5l bottles of water were brought for two people. There was an ironing board and an iron in the closet. A large bed with a comfortable mattress and 4 pillows. The bathroom is spacious with a Jacuzzi, a bidet and two toilets. There were no problems with the water, everything is working properly. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, a set of shower cosmetics - shampoo, shower gel, hair balm, body lotion, soap, disposable razors, toothbrushes and paste. - all this was also updated as it was used. WiFi - there are no problems with it either, they immediately give you a password when you check in, and it works properly all the time and absolutely everywhere. The food at the hotel is simply excellent! We took the tour on the HB system. We had enough breakfast and dinner for every day, to say that we were full is an understatement) In the afternoon, they could just grab a light snack at the supermarket, no more. Hearty breakfasts, fried eggs, sausages, vegetables, potatoes, rice. There were also delicious fresh dates, yoghurts and cereals. Drinks include coffee, tea, juices, detox water. Dinners are even more varied! Pasta, tomato sauce, various grilled and steamed vegetables, tender boneless fish, one kind of meat. In general, you won't stay hungry for sure! Shuttles Two malls are accessible from the hotel for free: Sahara Mall and Mega Mall. Overall impression, we liked the hotel, excellent value for money! The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts and dinners are good, the location of the hotel is good. Even with minor flaws, I give him 5 points. I recommend it!

I liked the hotel, we chose it from similar hotels in the same price category. Convenient location, shops on all sides, cafes all within walking distance, embankments for walking. The hungry did not leave, eggs, yogurt, porridge, rice, potatoes, sausages, muffins, buns, watermelon, melon, orange, coffee, tea and more. Soap gel shampoo conditioner was replenished. Coffee, tea, sugar, water in the room, always replenished. Towels were changed. The window opened onto the neighboring building, and if you looked out, you could see the lagoon and the back street. Room 715, connecting door. First, they gave me a room on the smoking floor 315, they immediately asked me to change it, it was impossible to breathe there, but the room itself is identical. My friends had a room on the last floor, without carpets, so "modern style", the window did not open, it was cold and damp. They don't ask for a deposit. At the reception, we communicated through a translator on the phone. We were offered to check in at 13.30 (we arrived before 10). We changed our clothes in the bathroom, left our suitcase at the entrance, handed it over and went to the sea. Walk to Al Khan for 25-30 minutes, run across the road a couple of times, the rest can be crossed at traffic lights.

Nice hotel in the heart of Sharjah. Pros: location (you can enjoy not only the beauties of the city: the embankment, mosques and markets, but also see the other side of local life by walking along the streets of residential areas) Friendly staff: (at first, the elderly man at the reception came across, who said he would do "everything possible" and for 100 dirhams gave us a disgusting room 315 with a non-working TV, dirty curtains, no balcony and a view of the neighboring building), but then the girl in the restaurant suggested that we contact Nahut, who kindly provided the room with a 305 balcony, overlooking the city (actually the neighboring houses and the street, but still better than the wall). A room with a view of the bay was said to cost +120 dirhams per day, so keep in mind. The rest of the staff is very friendly, good daily cleaning, we always left them minimal tips, they gave us soap, shampoos, water, etc. Everyone in restik is very nice too. Shuttle service: there is a shuttle service to the beach every day and to shopping malls every other day: from the Sahara Mall you can safely get to Dubai itself and there it is cheaper to get anywhere by taxi. Minuses: Food: I can't say that it's a COMPLETE minus, we've had enough of the menu for 5 days, but overall it was delicious. We had half board, I do not recommend going to dinners, we were only on the last day (the food was disgusting, cold, it felt like we had collected everything that was left from the whole day), but for breakfast and lunch everything was always fresh and delicious. For dinners - all the chacha that was left half-eaten. We always went to the cafes nearby for dinner, and there are a lot of them for every taste, you won't stay hungry. Room facilities: it is not clear why there are carpets in the rooms (because of them, the room always smells of old age, everything dries badly due to humidity, mold was found behind the bed on the last day). The rooms are tired, but decent, although they don't look like the Dubai four at all. In general, I give this four a solid four)))

Nice hotel. I'm not a pretentious tourist. We had a rest on November 10-20. Clean linen in the rooms, minimal cleaning was done every day. In the bathroom, the hair dryer is barely alive, barely blowing. The window opened in our room on the 6th floor. My friends didn't have a window open on the 10th floor - the laundry was drying for a long time, and there was a lot of humidity. There is one Russian TNT on TV. The staff was polite, everyone greeted and smiled. We only went for breakfast. Delicious, not bad. There were only rolls, cupcakes, and croissants for tea. There were no Oriental sweets. Fruits include watermelon, orange, and melon. Dates. Not far from the hotel, Nesto supermarket is an amazing store, fruits and stuff were taken there. I loved the place as a whole.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time from November 16 to November 26. The service got worse, and I had to ask for room cleaning. There are no questions about nutrition, sooo delicious, but not the staff could not cope with replenishing meals for vacationers. The only downside was that there was not a single type of cheese! And the morning coffee without cheese is a down-the-drain breakfast. In general, everyone is friendly. I took a bus to the sea at 9 a.m., picked up from the sea at 12 p.m., exactly on schedule. The location of the hotel is great, and take a walk, and shop around, and enjoy the beauty of the lagoon!! I can safely advise anyone who has not rested in it.

Excellent hotel, all issues are solved on a one-two basis. Perhaps the breakfast menu should be made more diverse. In general, it is very decent, the location is 5+, the staff is well-trained, the only thing is that there are no Russian speakers, but not a single request goes unanswered, they use an online translator. I stayed at the hotel from 28.03 to 04.04. The hotel is inconspicuous from the outside, but overall I really liked it. The room is large and comfortable, and the furniture doesn't seem to be new, but it looks decent. The most important thing about this hotel is its location. Opposite the lake and slightly to the right an amphitheater, a gorgeous circular embankment. There are fountains on the right, but they didn't work for us. But for 2 days we watched a magnificent fireworks display in honor of the end of Ramadan. We only had breakfast. The food was normal, there was enough of everything, and we also took them to the beach. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby, and we had to look for a cafe, but we really liked the Pakistani one (it's located near the exchange). We used the maps map. We got to Al Khan beach by hotel bus or on foot, walking for about 30 minutes at a slow pace. I'll give the staff 5. We have asked various questions many times (we can't open the safe, we didn't have enough tea) and we always reacted immediately. The room was always cleaned, but more often we refused and asked only to remove the trash. I really enjoyed my stay in this place and the hotel! 🥰

There is a transfer to the sea, if someone does not fit in the first check-in, then they will come for them, but we often walked, not close to the sea, but accessible to young, healthy guys, or took a taxi. Let's start with the main thing: cockroaches are running around in the restaurant! And I do not know how others have not seen them here — there are more than one of them here! When we showed this to the staff, there was nothing but "sorry". And they pretended that nothing had happened! There are no toothbrushes, slippers, or power adapters in the rooms, as our chargers do not fit their connector. Shapnun (it was presented for one person, and there were two of us). The reception staff does not speak Russian at all. I have to use a translator. For some, this is normal, but for others it is inconvenient. Our flight was delayed. Based on this, we were late for breakfast, but we paid for it. The hotel does not go to the meeting and does not offer an alternative. They said that these are our problems, and you will eat tomorrow. Consider it a minus too. I do not recommend the hotel. And don't come here anymore.

Delicious.rice, salted olives, liver, sausages are normal, I don't know who eats what, but quite, we liked beans, falafel, coffee is normal, pastries like cupcakes, muesli,drinks, I liked hibiscus and coffee.I took greens, beets, cheese, sausage, muffins, pasta. Yes, food is not added to the buffet - really what remains. On the late evening of my return from an excursion from Oman, I had NOTHING left for dinner. practically... That's the way it is. Absolutely all restaurants and cafes are closed during Ramadan. You won't even be able to eat at McDonald's or KFS, they don't work either. The supermarket helped out with his fruit for lunch. In general, I never set foot here again in Ramadan. The service at the hotel is at a good level, it's a top four. Bottled water is replenished every day, shampoos, balms, soaps, lotions, a change of towels - everything is fine here. If you have been to the same Al Mamzar beach, you probably won't be surprised by this, but we would like to know this initially. 2 - At first, upon arrival, they were afraid of the condition of the rooms because a man came with us and immediately began to find out why it was so dirty in his room. But we went with 2 families and took 3 rooms, none of the dirt was noticed. Although after this "scene" they looked closely and paid attention to the condition clearly more than usual. The only thing that was found was in the 3rd room, on the 2nd floor, a red spot on the carpet. 3 - Parking. The parking itself is good and convenient, but if you leave your car there, then try to look for places with a minimum number of neighbors. Because during the stay, a couple of scratches were added to our Rent a car( Well, now about the obvious advantages: 1 - and the main thing. Restaurant. We went for breakfast and dinner. And we can definitely note that this is one of the best restaurants in the Hotel that we have seen (we have quite a lot of experience, we have been going to the Emirates for more than 30 years, we have been to many other 5 and 4 restaurants, and also have experience visiting other countries, including Italy, Egypt, Spain Turkey, etc.). The only thing is that the Hotel does not always have a good workload in the restaurant, sometimes instead of a buffet, the food is on the menu. In this case, the choice narrows down many times, but even my fastidious son, who does not eat literally half of the food, was able to find something to his taste. 2 - The most pleasant staff, with whom we managed to get acquainted during the rest (12 days). Starting from the chef, who went out several times and whose name is Ahmed Abotalele, ending with simple waiters, everyone turned out to be very pleasant people. Since we really love seafood, my husband decided to talk to the manager, whose name is Ronson, and asked him in broken Russian to cook shrimp. Before that, we tried to do this in many hotels and the only place where we agreed was just the same Hilton. But then we didn't even have to persuade, we immediately went to a meeting, which was very pleasant! At the reception, the staff is no worse, and also helped with any problems we have. I can definitely recommend this hotel to visit.
