The people at the reception are sometimes friendly and sometimes rude. Depends on the people. The food is nothing special. The rooms are nice!

All was OK, room size and clean are good, people here are so kind and helpful, I just have one comment about the restaurant, it's small space and some time I shared the table with another guest.

I’m making the Uyut my go to hotel in Almaty, it’s a bit far from Dostyk st tourist area, but to be honest, that suits me fine, I prefer to hang with the locals, it’s a bit off the main road so you don’t hear all the annoying horn blowing that goes on! Really nice people working here too!
