I’m making the Uyut my go to hotel in Almaty, it’s a bit far from Dostyk st tourist area, but to be honest, that suits me fine, I prefer to hang with the locals, it’s a bit off the main road so you don’t hear all the annoying horn blowing that goes on! Really nice people working here too!

Such la terrible place to stay in. My first and last experience there was terrible. The security man scared me by hiding in the dark corner of the long corridor. The lights were off for some reason and the man was watching me and pretending he wasn’t there. The name of the hotel stands for English Cozy. It’s not at all opposite- scary and dreadful. Stay away.

We stayed at this hotel in the second half of March 2026. The hotel lives up to its name. Very cozy and comfortable. The standard room has everything you need, excellent sound insulation, beautiful interior, everything is in excellent condition. Cleaning without complaints. Bottled water, tea and sugar are replenished every day. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. A huge selection of hot drinks. The restaurant staff keeps the tables clean and refills the food. The staff at the hotel is very hospitable and friendly. I would especially like to mention administrator Rahiya Abitova, security officers Nurzhak Kayyrbekov and Alibai Aryzbayev. They are very helpful and customer-oriented employees who create a comfortable atmosphere with their attitude towards the hotel guests. It was my wife's birthday, and when she returned from her morning walk, there was champagne with glasses and chocolate in the room. It's really nice! We lived in room 603/1, with a view of the mountains, and it was very beautiful at night. Thanks to the hotel for the excellent service. I recommend it to everyone!

I really liked the hotel, it corresponds to the name-it is cozy, clean, the rooms are cleaned very carefully and daily. Polite staff, interested in the comfort of the guests, strive to fulfill any request or help in solving it. Good breakfasts, very satisfying, even for our large family with fastidious children, we found dishes to suit everyone's taste. Good coffee for breakfast, I repeat, very polite staff at breakfast. I almost didn't have enough fruit in the morning, but maybe we came late, a large selection of pastries and yoghurts, drinks, delicious cottage cheese) The room is spacious, comfortable beds, new appliances, TV and coffee machine in the room. We were a little surprised by the prices in the restaurant, which are higher than most restaurants nearby, but we wanted to visit as many places as possible, and we didn't really get to dinner at the hotel) I am also happy with the airport transfer, the polite driver arrived on time, helped with the luggage, and advised on the sights upon request. Nice hotel. In the golden square of Almaty. Everything is nearby, the pedestrians are Zhebek Zholy and Panfilov Street. Near the mega Park shopping center and tsum, the green bazaar. There are parks and quiet streets around for walking. The hotel is inside the block and very quiet. From the upper floors, and we lived on the fifth floor, there is a good view of the mountains. In the morning, have a nice breakfast in a cozy restaurant. Cleaning every day. We liked everything. We were not only in the sauna, which was included in the price. I recommend the hotel, it's worth the money

Nice rooms, there is everything you need, air conditioning, shower, toilet in the room, TV, table with mirror, refrigerator, large bed, daily service, towels, bed linen, blind curtains (it gets light early in summer), delicious breakfasts, but monotonous, few places in the cafe, chairs wider than tables, not included under the table, so you have to arrange the furniture to sit comfortably at the table.

The location is in the historical center of the city, but at the same time in a quiet courtyard; The staff is beyond praise - professional, friendly, caring! Great hotel! Cosy. The name speaks for itself. We had an improved deluxe room (without a balcony). Great room! By the way, there is child protection on the windows. There is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee are always provided. There is a refrigerator. Shampoo, bath gel. And we had toothbrushes in our room. Polite staff. Good room cleaning. The food is delicious. The location of the hotel is almost perfect. And you can walk to the subway. And the bus stop is close. There are many shops and pharmacies nearby. Cafes. The hotel is quiet. It's a very nice hotel. Everything is clean, tidy, and smells good. The rooms are small, but also tidy. The bathrooms are clean, there are all towels, shower gels, toothbrushes. The hotel is located next to the Mega shopping center. Literally 10 minutes on foot. The airport is 20 minutes away by car without traffic jams. The staff is also friendly. We asked to change our room, as we wanted separate beds, the room was changed immediately without any excuses. Thanks to Galiya and Olga Vasilyevna. Later in the evening, they asked us to wake us up at night. We got a call and were woken up. They brought breakfast with them. In general, the hotel is good, I recommend it.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. Quiet and peaceful, in the center. Perfect cleaning. Mountain view (although this won't surprise anyone in Almaty). The green courtyard. The staff always says hello. I took an improved standard, that is, a balcony. One star was missed because of the rustic breakfast buffets. Still, the "four" assortment of fruits gives out more (chopped bananas, apples, oranges, kiwis), and cold pizza is not a traveler's dream. The rest of the selection is fine: meat, cheeses, porridges, tea, coffee, marinades, greens, snacks, milk, cream, pancakes, etc., etc. And here's another thing - there has never been anything fishy in 6 days, but this is Kazakhstan.) Although there are convenience stores (in the next house) and convenience stores (!!!!) canteens within a five-minute walk fish is offered. As well as a strong four-star hotel: 4 towels per person, refrigerator, safe, umbrella and stable Wi-Fi in the room, balcony. There are many foreigners (pilots). The staff speaks Russian. This is a common thing in Almaty.

We really enjoyed it! Friendly staff. The name corresponds to the content - cozy! The breakfasts are for every taste, but still the breakfast rating is 4+. The room is clean, comfortable, and the bathroom is fully equipped:soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush with paste and that. There is a hair dryer, but a weak one (for very short hair). I booked the hotel at the booking office after reading the positive reviews. But, on the day of my arrival, they did not justify themselves. Perhaps there was some other shift that day, it's hard to say, but the hotel is a complete disappointment. On the day of arrival, they were greeted at the reception without much politeness, and they gave me a key.I go up to my room, the elevator doors open, and the woman who scanned my passport is already waiting at my room. I thought he probably wanted to take me out and show me everything, but that was not the case. She asked for my key, opened the door and went into the room in her shoes. I'll open the window, he says, because the air is stale here. The air in the room was really like that.And why, he says, is everything in your room for two? And she defiantly began to take away the second water, the second accessories in the bathroom, and that. For a moment, the room was a double room, despite the fact that I lived alone. I could understand if they had prepared everything for one before my arrival, but they didn't do it in front of the guest. The surprises didn't end there. After that, I went to pay for the room, because in the morning I had no local currency. After the payment, I discovered that my booking number had been canceled. I started to find out what the reason was, but they just ignored me.As a result, I asked for payment documents to send them to the booking office to confirm my stay, but the hotel did not restore the reservation to me, and it remained canceled in the application. Disgusting attitude, I definitely would not like to return, the hotel is not worth its price.As they say in many reviews, the restaurant is very small, it is difficult to find a place when the hotel is loaded. The choice is small, but you won't stay hungry, the food is delicious, the staff works quickly. This is the only advantage of the hotel. Maybe someone likes it, but, as practice shows, even if the hotel itself is not very good, it is easily overlaid by the courtesy of the staff. This was not found in this hotel.

Water, tea/coffee, bar for an additional fee is expensive. Concierge service well done! We checked in earlier for an additional fee.We paid a fee and extended the room for 2 hours for free. All in all, nothing, but not four stars at all. Kazakhs generally overestimate the stars in all hotels. The hotel has too many brown and gold tones in the interior, it's overwhelming. The card from the room was demagnetized several times a day. I had to go back down every time I entered the room and call for help. It is difficult to wash-cold and hot alternately, but not together. When we checked into the room, we immediately saw a biscuit on the floor. In general, the room is shabby, the blankets and pillows are already completely stained, which are like for decoration. The air conditioner is barely working. The door to the room just looks like a cheap interior door itself. You can hear everything that's going on in the hallway. The reception staff is not friendly. The worst thing is breakfast, why make it if you can't provide fresh food? We went down once and had a look. And they left. A cherished sour sausage, the cheese is dried and already stuck together. It's like it's been three days. It was scary to take at least a boiled egg after that, because it had already been boiled three days ago and it was not fresh. We are not picky, we just need a clean, tidy room. And a fresh breakfast. So that you can just eat an egg and a sandwich. If you're just passing through, I think you can stop. If you are staying for more than 2 days, I advise you to choose another hotel. A hotel from the category is just to spend the night and leave faster from there.
