My acquaintance with this service station began with a call to see if they could make a starter on a specific model (+ removing the installation). I clarified the approximate cost of the work from the person I was talking to(polite and lucid enough), we agreed that I would bring the car later today so that they could get to work tomorrow. And so ..) we bring the car and a man of unknown origin comes up to me from behind, of course he did not introduce himself, you could at least say hello ... let's omit it. From his mouth immediately the phrase "What is it?", I begin to explain that the car) called you about the starter. He escorted me to leave my keys and documents, well, our conversation was in the style of "I do not know, you tore off the bolt there, a separate person is coming to tighten this bolt." Well, after all, they seemed to have taken the car, they said they would call back tomorrow to clarify the front of work and explanations for repairs. Bottom line: they call me at lunch the next day: "we can't do it, you tore off the bolt there, and in general our electrician got sick, take the car" It's unclear what's what. It was not clear to me whether this was an incompetent receptionist or a master. If you provide services, you do it efficiently. Fortunately, we didn't ask such questions on the other one and did it in 2 hours)

Terrible service, I do not recommend contacting here.. I arrived with the problem of a torn tire anther and a knocking suspension. They asked me to leave the car for diagnostics. As a result of the diagnosis, the brake pads were sentenced along with the discs (and they did not specify what was wrong with them and what kind of wear, then when I checked the pads myself they were 80% alive, the discs were also in order, not counting rust..), the front springs (since a piece was broken off on one spring), the lever is all assembled (since they cannot replace the ball separately because it will be TWICE as expensive. Moreover, they did not notice the torn silent blocks in the levers at all), they were told to change the entire half-axis according to the torn anther.. At prices generally space, 140p was requested for the replacement of each spring, although in the service around the corner both springs are changed for 120p. Well, the prices for other works are appropriate... Draw your own conclusions..

I arrived after replacing tires for the winter to make a descent / collapse, as a result, the car pulls to the right, the steering wheel to go straight is crooked (with a slope to the left). When asked to bring the work to its logical conclusion, the answer was that it needed to be dealt with, but they did not refuse to pay for the pseudo-work. A week later, at another service station, everything was done humanely and the car does not pull aside and the steering wheel is perfectly smooth when driving, the difference in price for the service is 20 rubles, but it's worth it!

The collapse-convergence was done disgustingly. The steering wheel was crooked in the end. They refused to redo it under warranty with the wording:"it's not possible to do that..." In another place, everything was done well, it does not pull and the steering wheel is flat.

I came here on 07.04 to adjust the headlights, as this is one of the few service stations operating in our area on Sunday. The indicator of their work is that after the "adjustment" I went again for a technical inspection, where they asked the question "so what did they do to you, nothing has changed." It was lucky that, thanks to an adequate specialist, the headlight was adjusted right there with a screwdriver and the inspection was completed. It is unlikely that such specialists can be entrusted with more serious work if they could not make basic adjustments. The receipt or other document was not issued

I stopped by to fix my Ford (American). There were problems with the electric handbrake. The car is new, so we couldn't do it at 2 other stations (we needed some kind of online program). And here everything was done in about 30 minutes. I am pleasantly surprised, and the price tag is exactly 4 times cheaper than at the official dealer.

I arrived at this service station on 19.10.2023 to eliminate the jamb on adjusting the headlights and replacing the taillight bulbs with an Opel Astra after the previous unfair adjustment in the neighboring organization, and, accordingly, after the inspection that was not passed from 1 time. Master Alexander promptly solved the issue of adjustment, and also helped with the replacement of light bulbs. I called them at 17:30 on Thursday, and already at 18:00 I was in the box. The inspection was safely re-passed in the morning on 10/20/2023. Thanks to the service. I will address them again.
