An interesting institution with its own history, quite popular in Yerevan. As for the cuisine, it's delicious here, but the most common, our expectations were not quite fulfilled. As I have already written, the restaurant is quite popular in Yerevan and its name speaks for itself "Dolmama", so of course we ordered a dolma there. The dishes did not cause delight. The usual serving, if the menu says "tomatoes with goat cheese", then you will really get chopped tomatoes sprinkled with cheese on top, without any unique serving, etc. Rather, it's just that the dishes in this place don't justify their price.

I was hoping for a normal hashlama, I ordered beef- it was a good portion, but 80% of it was rubber meat, after which my cheekbones ached, as it was difficult to chew meat. The place boasts the visits of many iconic personalities, it was saddened that Vladimir Vladimirovich was smeared 😭 According to the level of service, there is an ambiguous opinion, the waiter guy took the clothes to the wardrobe, met, sat down, but the girl knew the menu very poorly and could not explain how one wine differs from another. In the kitchen: the menu is concise, only two pages, but moms, what a delight it is. Dolma chic, goat cheese salad is incomparable, lamb hashlama is the highest level. Yes, it's expensive, but how delicious it is. We took 4 dishes, two glasses of wine, followed by a bottle of the same wine and came out about 18 thousand. If the purpose of your visit is tourism and you want to enjoy the local cuisine as much as possible, then the place is a must-visit, I could not eat tastier than here.

I liked the food as a whole. Very tasty eggplant rolls, the dessert roll of figs is also interesting and not cloying. Dolma dolma is quite gentle, not dry, but I was not particularly impressed. We came as a family of 2 people, relying on the recommendations of bloggers and culinary almanacs. Well, it's all true! Insanely delicious branded beef dolma, the most delicate hashlama and delicious trout in ginger broth will remain in memory forever. Very good manti with cheese under cheese and incredibly delicious and fresh Armenian salad with such a dressing that I couldn't resist and wiped it all with bread. Friendly service and delicious Tarhun lemonade, which literally plunged into childhood. Be sure to come in and relax in a nice, kind and pleasing to the eye interior! The price of the dishes is probably at the Moscow level... so far it has been our most expensive dinner in Yerevan. With wine and cognac. The Yerevan tavern cost 5k₽ cheaper with delivery, even though, like here, we couldn't eat everything. By the way, the menu here is small, but perfectly balanced.

A magical place! The patio is just a delight! We were walking in a minute, but if the guide hadn't taken us through the gift shop, we would never have known about this beauty. The first place visited in Yerevan. Honestly, I am disappointed with such a discrepancy between the prices and the dishes offered. Everything is really very expensive, apparently because of the popularity of the place. The patio itself looks good, there is a kitty for comfort. As for the dishes, dolma is delicious, probably the only one I would recommend to take. But I would not recommend the place, there are a lot of places nearby that will offer either top-level service and the quality of the dishes is appropriate for similar money, or they will be cheaper and tastier.
