The location is great!!! Ideally, there is a metro and tram nearby. Walking distance to all attractions. The Bosphorus is just a stone's throw away. The street where the hotel is located is very atmospheric. The hotel is in an old building, with a spiral staircase. Personally, I really like this. There is a shared kitchen where tea is freely available. Tables, refrigerator, you can have breakfast in peace. One of the disadvantages is the old furniture, but the mattresses are very comfortable and new. And a shower/WC on the floor. Although there were no problems, everything is clean. The price - quality is perfect! Will be back.

I found this hotel on Booking, read the reviews, looked at the photos of the rooms, carefully studied the description of the hotel - I got a certain impression. Therefore, when we arrived and settled in, there were no discoveries and surprises on the spot. I read in other reviews that they allegedly did not warn that there is no toilet in the room. Well, friends, well, do not shame our country 🤦 All rooms are registered on the hotel's website - what is, what is not! Read carefully! And you will not have any disappointments. They didn't understand it themselves, but they blame the hotel! The location of the hotel is excellent: 5-7 minutes walk to the main attractions. To the embankment, where the ferries are, also 5 minutes on foot without hurrying. The tram and metro are even closer. But to go to the bus a little further. There are plenty of cafes, shops, pharmacies nearby. The staff speaks Turkish, English and the hotel owner speaks a little Russian. We arrived late, we checked in right away, we didn't rush the departure. Officially check-out is at 11:00, we had to stay for an hour. We were delayed, there were no complaints. The staff is friendly and friendly. I recommend the hotel!

It was normal for me to be alone for 3 nights without luggage. Yes, a small room, yes, it resembles a Soviet boarding house. But coming clean to sleep and wash is enough. The bed is great. At least one clothes hook on the wall was missing (I find fault), and a dark curtain (one tulle). The only significant disadvantage is the absence of any kind of pallet in the shower or at least a curtain in the floor, so as not to fill everything around, because the bathroom is shared and there is just a hole in the floor for the water drain. Walking distance to transport, a lot of cafes nearby, but the Shock store is a little far away. In general, it's fine, I would still come, an acceptable economy option.

The owner is very friendly and polite, they communicated in English, he knows him well (and also knows a lot of Russian words). Upon arrival, the boy can take things to the room (there is no elevator, and the stairs are steep). Breakfast was included in the booking (from 8.00 to 11.00). The breakfast is modest (buffet type), but very hearty and delicious. Breakfast is served in the hotel cafe on the ground floor to the left of the main entrance. In the cafe, a girl from the staff speaks Russian well. The room is cozy, with air conditioning. The view from the window was not important to us, we only spent the night here, and walked around the city during the day. A hotel in the heart of Istanbul! You can go sightseeing right after breakfast! And it was not difficult to get to the hotel from the tram stop near Sirkeci station. The distances in the center of Istanbul are very small (if compared with a map of the area).

The hotel is located in a historical place of Istanbul, all the sights are within walking distance from the hotel: Hagia Sophia, Cesterna, Blue Mosque, former hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Archaeological Museum, crossing the bridge to the Galata side, not far from the Galata Tower, etc. The hotel is located in an old building, such an authentic Turkish hotel. Friendly staff who will prompt and help. They moved on ahead of time, apparently to another room. But we went to the meeting, as I arrived earlier and very tired. The heating was turned on to warm up the room. Why, after all, with all the positive things written above, did I put a three!? Yes, because when I booked the hotel, each room in the photo had a bathroom and a toilet, and as a result, when I arrived and checked in, it turned out that there was a toilet (2 pcs) and a bathroom of 1 pc, for the entire floor, i.e. in my case for 6 rooms. To be honest, if I wanted such conditions, I would rent a hostel that is cheaper, but with the same bathroom conditions. For me, the bathroom and toilet are very important when I book rooms, this is a special condition in my case. Since I only walk around the room in my underpants, I want to go to the toilet in my own, without wearing trousers or shorts before each visit. That's how it is. According to the location 5+, according to the amenities (for me 3-), this is why the hotel was rated three stars out of five.

The price is unrealistically low and profitable, and it is even cheaper than hotels in the Lalelli area, no matter how incredible it may be. There is also air conditioning and a TV, although there is no point in watching TV when the Bosphorus is two steps away from you, along which ships sail. Some tourists say that the hotel is old, but this is part of its beauty, part of the spirit of Istanbul. Who only wants to eat, feed and be in a new hotel - you need to go to Antalya, Didim, Side, this is not for him, and such tourists do not understand anything about tourism. There is no crime in this area. There are many good restaurants and cafes, just below the hotel itself, but the restaurants cheat with prices-we are foreigners.

The very center of the city. 50 m from the elevator entrance of the Sirkeci metro station - this is especially convenient if you are carrying things. All the main attractions are nearby and there are inexpensive cafes. The hotel's furnishings are modest, the furniture is not new, but everything is clean and working. I spent 5 nights, took a room with a shared shower on the floor, there are no complaints about common areas. on the ground floor there is tea and coffee freely available at any time.

The rooms are small (photos from the Internet are clearly processed), there is no sound insulation, it is not very cozy - there are no bedspreads on the beds, the walls are simply painted, 1 outlet per room. The feeling that you are in a hostel, and the price is average in the city.
