High professional front desk, two incredible restaurants, one with Italian cuisine and perfect served breakfast, outside pool with breathtaking view… a can keep writing, but you really have to try it by yourself!

The hotel has a convenient location in the very center of the city, with beautiful panoramic windows offering incredible views of the city. We provided a great compliment to the room: a bottle of wine and a fruit plate -it's nice. Beautiful SPA: clean swimming pool, panoramic saunas with a view of Tbilisi. One of the disadvantages: initially they moved into an unmade room, where the bed was not made and bottles were lying around, then they moved into a very cold room in which the air conditioner did not work for heating, at 2 a.m. an employee came and tried to fix it-to no avail. The main disadvantage for me is the hum all the time, all night (I think it was the 15th or 17th floor). And it's not an air conditioner. I had to sleep with headphones on.

+ Excellent location of the hotel, there is a large parking lot for cars next to the hotel, but it is paid from GEL 7/hour; + the hotel has a decent spa with an indoor pool on the 18th floor (I didn't like the plastic deck chairs only) and an outdoor pool; + a small gym on the 18th floor with beautiful panoramic views, equipped with modern technology and sufficient for effective training; + good air conditioning system in the rooms with precise temperature control; - upon arrival, I had to wait 3 hours to check into the room, when I was literally falling off my feet from fatigue; - an hour before arrival at the hotel, the Premium room on the 14th floor was assigned in the application, and they eventually settled into the Superior on the 10th floor without any upgrade or improvement in VIP status, next to the elevator; - the room is very ordinary, but the presence of 2 very small cabinets immediately caught my eye: So I just had to put my clothes on the couch.; - some requests had to be repeated twice, they forgot to bring water.; - pillows are torture for people who are used to good pillows, and there is no "pillow menu" in this hotel.; - poor sound insulation: you can hear a lot of sounds from the street and from the hallway; - the breakfasts for a 5* hotel are very mediocre, on the second day there is no special desire to eat it all. - after checking out of the hotel, the Silk rewards points were not credited using the QR code provided - I had to contact the hotel again a few days later

We liked the clean and panoramic pools (inside the spa and outside). They just cover up all the shortcomings. The breakfast is good, the rooms are stylish with a view, the bed is comfortable, but the room service is long and there is little healthy food on the menu. Russian Russian is an unsafe Jacuzzi (inside the edges are sharp 45 degrees, the joints of the tiles are like a knife), the shower gel has not been filled for two days, the staff who allegedly does not speak Russian and the lack of a Russian menu. We speak English perfectly, but tourism can flourish thanks to Russian tourists in a more epic way. You can make the Reception area more sincere and introduce a common standard of hospitable communication for the staff, there are those who are confused and unsmiling. Overall, we are happy, we would like to come again, in beautiful weather, relaxing by the pool is wonderful.

There are rooms available at the hotel at 16:00, but they can only check you in for an overdraft fee and they can't offer anything. As a result, we chose to spend the money elsewhere. Based on my experience, I recommend booking only online at the price you agree to, and not contacting the staff. There may be unpleasant surprises on the spot. And the breakfasts are great, prosecco, fruits, salmon, all kinds of cheeses, puddings, fresh juices and so on, there are no questions here. I hope the management will pay attention to the Russian-language review about them! And please note, we booked through Yandex Travel, but the hotel has a Ukrainian flag, which is also a minus. There is no sign of him at the neighboring hotels!

Medicines were brought and the change was not brought. I call the reception, I say what's the matter? And they tell me, you communicate with the staff yourself, we have nothing to do with it. You agreed on it yourself. And when we took the pills, we also tipped 10€, thinking that the change would probably be in the package. I felt bad, and I didn't think about money at all. But then I wondered where the change was. And the guy told me that his service costs so much money. To which I was outraged, because he has to warn in advance how much his service costs.... It's a mess. Definitely not for a 5* hotel, especially such a grid. It was unpleasant. And I got so many nerves. I would have given him the money if he had asked. But they just wanted to fool me in a brazen way, taking advantage of my sick position or what is not clear. But this was the first time I had such a case. But I love this hotel, but the staff is so-so... everyone wants to fool you very much.
