My wife and I had a vacation from April 27 to May 7. We really enjoyed all the moments of our stay, it really feels like we had a rest. The territory has a beautiful landscape, separate low-rise cottages, swimming pools. The restaurant's range of dishes is very large, everything is delicious, fresh and does not stop. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. We had a rest in Antalya, Hainan, Japan, but we liked Tu Magic Life more. Next time we will be happy to come to rest again!

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in! Every day is like a holiday! I really liked everything: the territory, the animation, the food, the staff, the sea. Everything is well thought out for the guests. There is a mobile application where you can select activities according to a schedule: sports, entertainment, children's clubs by age. The animators are wonderful, especially Freya and Jasmine! DJ Akhmet is great too! I participated in some activities every day: yoga, Pilates, dancing, zumba, water aerobics, shooting club, canoe, banana riding - all for free. Classes are held in the shade under a canopy, and not in the sun as in many hotels. The daily shows are just an extravaganza, with professional actors, aerial gymnasts, and special effects (surprisingly, these talented actors are animators), on a large stage in an amphitheater for 2,000 people. Parties are great too, the most beautiful scenery! I visited Silent disco for the first time - it's very funny! The food is beyond praise! Oh, there's a large selection of food, there are practically no queues (only if they cook in front of you, then there are small queues), because everything is distributed in different halls and dispensaries. Cleanliness is carefully monitored - even on the beach, tables are wiped with a disinfectant and cleaned several times. The area is very beautiful, it's nice to walk in the shade of the trees. I saw a turtle near the villa a couple of times. The staff is Russian-speaking - there is a woman at the reception, very friendly. The doctor also speaks Russian. There is a guest service - I needed to buy allergy medicine, it was delivered in 2 hours. Any issue can be resolved. There is water at every turn, several cafes with drinks/cocktails. And before leaving, when we had already left the room, we were offered to spend time in the Guest room - these are three-room apartments with two showers... Everything is for the convenience of the guests. It was the most carefree and fun vacation ever! We will definitely come back here!

Tui Magic Life Belek 5* Hotel is a paradise in Turkey. We rested for 9 days. 1. As I wrote above, it's hard without English, but we were lucky, everyone helped us and found a common language. Sevinch took special care of us, and we are very grateful to her. The reception itself is awesome, very unusual and covered in greenery. Very beautiful. 6. Spa. This is the only place that I think is not very good. The price of $175 is incredibly high. We spend every year with our grandchildren in Turkey and only (Belek) we really like it, however, we also had a rest in Alanya, Cleopatra beach. We really like to go on active excursions, we advise everyone to go rafting on a mountain river, it's an unforgettable experience, then riding on a Buggy, it's going up into the canyon, the altitude is 600m. This is our third time at this hotel, before that everything was great. We're not coming here anymore. I advise you to choose hotels from Turkish, Italian or Austrian chains. Drinks at the bar are not very good, they can pour cappuccino from water and milk. There is no cleaning for the second day, you come back by 4 p.m., and they didn't even start there. There is not even a shoe horn, and there are no cosmetic problems, although they are present in the description of the room. Toilet paper should be saved). We had a rest from August 7 to August 16, 2021. Room 2056, family room in the main building. The room is not bad, on the ground floor with access to the party (previously, apparently, there was a small pool here, but now there is a flowerbed). 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, 2 spacious wardrobes; in the living room there is a single bed and a sofa that was broken, they called the reception- they fixed it, a wardrobe with hangers. There is a kettle, tea/coffee, no cups, only paper cups. The cleaning is symbolic (change of towels), the sink and toilet are not cleaned, the floors are not washed. Check the mini-bar, we had open bottles, obviously they didn't even look there when preparing the room. The food is not very varied and tasty, but you will not stay hungry. There are small queues for food. And at 7 a.m. there are not enough people at the distribution. Sometimes it's hard to find an empty table. Beach: a good approach in front of the Toucan kids club and bar. To the right of the pool (if you face the sea) is a baby Toucan, where you can put the baby to sleep. But it's very noisy there. Slot machines and a steam train are open in the evening. In addition to the main pool, there are 4 more (3 of them in the Muun area). The pools are cleaned daily. I do not recommend a la carte restaurants, nothing new, everything is in the restaurant. To Belek by taxi is 6 dollars. Free daily shopping trips to Antalya. By the way, sun beds on the beach and near the pool are occupied in the morning, then it is very difficult to find a free one. The hotel grounds are green and large.

We lived in villa 5, room 5604, a chic house with a separate entrance on the second floor, a relaxation area (small pool + Jacuzzi) under the windows, we always rode buggies to the main building, which personally drove us at any time. The children really liked the animation (Serat, Slava and Guzel), took an active part in all the events until the closing. Excellent discos were held daily, different performers came, sang live (many Russian-language tracks). The beach is clean, there are always free sun beds available. A good sandy approach to the sea. The food in the dining room was very tasty, there were always empty tables. A varied menu. I really liked the Italian a la carte restaurant, we had a delicious dinner, thanks to the chefs! Lots of snack bars (French fries, rustic, pizza, burgers, ice cream), clean pools, a new water park. We went shopping in Antalya for free from the hotel. Separately, I would like to note the green territory, which was always well-groomed, squirrels and turtles were seen, century-old pines, eucalyptus, pomegranate and other trees grow on it. New ping pong tables, good rackets and balls. A cool hammam, which was by appointment ( 30 minutes per person), went! There are 2 swimming pools in the spa area (under the roof and outside). There is a chic fitness room (no more than 8 people). Yoga, Pilates, aquaerobics and aquabikes classes are held (simulators in the pool). Daily games were held in the main pool, very fun and interesting! There is a great coffee bar in the lobby. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel! Interesting show programs were also held in the amphitheater! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, we will definitely come here again!

Opinions about the hotel are divided. Initially, we planned another hotel, but in fact we had to go to the Fun&sun Club Belek, which I am glad of in the end. After reading the reviews before leaving, to put it mildly, I was upset. In fact, and to the case of the hotel. At the reception, they always smiled at us, were not rude, they were always happy to help (both girls and boys), there are no complaints about the staff. We had a room at the very end of the hotel, in houses on 3 floors, it takes about 6 minutes to walk from the main building. Every day we were cleaned, everyone! They made the bed, washed the floors, shower gel was also always present, as well as toilet paper, new towels. In terms of food, I don't know what the cat was missing there?! And in general, people, I'm sorry, what forests or mountains do you come from!? Looking at most of what I've seen, it feels like you've been starving for a whole year, and then coming to the hotel you're full for a year in front. These watermelons are rowing with basins and God forbid they are over! Someone didn't have enough scrambled eggs or pancakes (pan cakes), but there are always women there who, at your request, will immediately fry everything as much as you need. We did not starve, I will not complain (neither my husband nor I had an upset stomach). The tables were covered with tablecloths, I ate, I just got up, everything was immediately cleaned. You can also eat at the main pool. There are from fast food (burgers, hot dogs), to grilled (chicken, vegetables), soups, desserts, fruits. The territory of the hotel is very large, beautiful nature, everything is well-groomed, ceramic jugs for garbage are everywhere, the beach is clean (sand), there are a lot of sun beds, you can always find free ones, there is always a lifeguard and a guard on the beach. But since 01.11 the concept of the hotel has ended. There is no children's animation!!! This is the biggest problem. There are a lot of kids and they have nothing to do. We organize and entertain ourselves. If the hotel remains open, then it is necessary to maintain this steep level. The room is lovely, very clean, cleaning by electronic order from the room. There are no paper booklets here, like I'm resting or take it away. I pressed the button I want cleaning, they come in 15 minutes. Everything has been thought out, parents relax on the show program, children are picked up and entertained in a mini club. The service is at the highest level. They are very respectful to the guests. I recommend. I always choose different hotels. But I will definitely come to another Fan San hotel.

There are several bars, imported alcohol (whiskey, martinis) in the lobby, cocktails are excellent, the animation is wonderful, every Thursday is a children's holiday! The rooms are normal, we only slept there, so the main thing for me is clean bed linen and towels. Cleaning every day, the food is good, the queues are only because people take so much food that they can't eat it later. The contingent is mainly Russians and Ukrainians, a few Turks. Legend Amusement Park is nearby. Transfer to the beach by the beautiful steamboats on which I put the youngest to bed for a nap. The beach is decent, the entrance to the sea is gentle, small pebbles, as everywhere in Belek. On the beach, there is a bar with beer and soft drinks, tortillas, shawarma, burgers, grilled fish, salads and side dishes. We haven't had any complaints or questions in 10 days. Children (14.11 and 3 years old) I liked everything.

Towels are constantly being changed. The safe is free, the Internet is absolutely free EVERYWHERE. There is a different show program every day. Invited guests several times a week. Saturday and Sunday are special days in the restaurant and special decorations. In general, there are a lot of emotions...I can't tell you everything. What a territory...She's gorgeous.❤

We liked the beautiful, extensive territory of the hotel, a mini zoo, a mini botanical garden, a large variety of trees, sports grounds, swimming pools, friendly staff. I also liked the food. You can find food for all tastes, there is meat, fish, vegetables, fresh fruits. Animators worked constantly and conscientiously. The room was also comfortable and spacious. The only drawback is not particularly high-quality room cleaning. Somehow they wipe the floor, after which small debris remains, the loggia, in general, was not cleaned, and the most unpleasant thing is that wet used towels are removed from the hooks where they dry, stacked and put upstairs, as if they were clean towels. Then you have to take them off, not dried and sort out where whose is, because they are all the same, white. It was not possible to achieve order in this, perhaps because of the short rest time. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Vegetable holidays with a child can hardly be called truly vegetable) Were in May 2019. But we must admit that we really liked it. We searched for the hotel for a long time and were not mistaken for my taste, our choice fell on Tui Fun&sun club Belek 5*. A hotel where everything is done so that a vacation with children would be no more difficult than without them. With the weather, we were very lucky it was not hot or cold and at the same time the sea was quite pleasant - we swam every day. My son loved children's discos with all his heart and already an hour before it started, he began to show us that it was time to dance). We were only very scared of the symbol of the children's club - a toucan (or rather an animator in a costume). And when he appeared on stage, and all the children joyfully ran to him to perform the final dance, ours ran to hide with us) but thanks to this fact, we managed to get the best seats for the evening show) We were shocked by the dinosaur exhibition on the territory of the hotel (held every 2 weeks), there are trampolines and attractions and eggs for photos and dinosaur figures that roar and move, I think about the same exhibitions happen and are actively advertised in our shopping malls, which I could not get to for various reasons) There is nothing to say about the olinclusive food system, everyone knows that it is always a full refrigerator and a bar that walk around the hotel with you, anticipating your not yet made-up gastronomic wishes😋 Although the feeling of rest came to us after a week, I really want to go again🤣

Cleanliness is lame, dirty water glasses, the rooms are dirty. The territory is well maintained, rabbits are running, chickens. The staff is Russian-speaking, friendly. We smoked a good hookah, many types. We appreciated the souvenir shop with my husband, bought a hookah, plates, all sorts of small things, the seller is not annoying as it usually happens, friendly. There is also a shop near the amphitheater, they took lukums, one set of 4 small 10 $, they turned out to be very tasty and fresh. TUI Fan&Sun Club Belek is an expensive and fashionable hotel. We are having a family vacation in the first week of June 2019. To be honest, I first wrote a more negative review at the beginning of my vacation in a hurry. Now I decided to correct it. A 5* hotel does not pull in any way. But they didn't count on it. In Turkey, the bit depth is conditional and differs from the generally accepted world one. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. Very green, lots of flowers. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The animators are great. Special thanks and respect to them. They work with the soul. I recommend going to the hairdresser Ibrahim. A good craftsman and a very positive person. I was giving my son and wife a haircut. Makes colored pigtails. A good SPA, but expensive. There are many pools at every house. Slides for children. The food in the canteen is decent. The quality service is working. Measures are taken when applying. Negative points: The room is not cleaned daily. We spent two days kicking the maids to change the towels. Only one maid cleaned well. I left her a tip. And she tried to make us feel good. The canteen resonates strongly with the hotel. Dishes (glasses) are poorly washed or not washed. Everyone complains about it. But that's why the beer glasses are clean. Therefore, for the child, it was beer glasses that he took under the water. As part of the tour, you can order a restaurant of your choice once. The hotel has three restaurants: Turkish, Italian, and fish. The fish restaurant costs $10/person. We went for a short stay and the free Turkish and Italian restaurants were all booked. So we ordered a fish restaurant. For three people (two adults and a child), it was necessary to pay an additional $ 25. Food is brought to the restaurant from the common canteen. The only difference is the serving. It is not clear what the money was paid for. It is worth saying that the first two days the overall impression was more negative, but then the situation began to change. Either people began to be outraged, or the "season" began in hotels and earned fully. I'm leaning towards the former. According to the criterion of "I will go again/ I will not go again", our family is for "I will go again". It is also worth noting that Belek is a fairly expensive resort region. Compared to other hotels, Fan&Sun is perhaps the most optimal and balanced. There are hotels with better service, but more expensive. But this is an individual issue. As he decides for himself. But we lived in a large building - a maze. About the disadvantages in the corridors of the hotel, the air conditioners are not turned on, the windows are open: in the heat of + 30 it is stuffy. The hotel was fully occupied. The food was very tasty and for breakfast and lunch you could find a place at a table, but for dinner you need to circle the hall for a long time in search of an empty table, and if you find it, you will sit behind a dirty tablecloth. And yet: it turns out that the duties of receptionists do not include waking up or even warning about the postponement of the tour time.
