The main attraction of the old town is worth a visit, and it is very difficult to pass by. But! Guides make up stories about the age of the tower, and they invent legends on the go, so don't expect historical accuracy. The entrance to the tower, including access to the observation deck, costs 19 manats per person (10 euros). For this money, you only get a staircase and a roof deck, enclosed in a circle by glass shields. There is a meager exposition inside, but there is not a single word in Russian (however, as everywhere else).
