In terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is simply amazing. A huge room with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen. A great breakfast, especially if you come early. There is a good gym, there is a sauna. The pool is tired, but it is there and it works. A good transfer to the excellent Al Khan beach, 10 minutes on the road. There are many shops around. You can even walk to Dubai to the liquor store, if anyone needs it. A maximum of 15 minutes through the Sugar. If this hotel is still cleaned from the outside, it will be an exemplary place. Compared to the surrounding Indo-Pakistani landscape.

We stayed for 10 days in November-December 2024. I liked the hotel as a whole, we lived in room 410, this is a 2-bedroom apartment with its own kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The noise from the road made it difficult to sleep the first night, then they got used to it. The service at the hotel is unobtrusive, of course they will not run after you, but they fulfill all the necessary requests. Meals were taken for breakfast, monotonously, but you will not stay hungry. We went to Al Khan beach on a free transfer from the hotel, sometimes there were more people than seats, in this case we crowded and sat down in threes on 2 seats. The hotel has a children's room with a babysitter, you can leave children there for 3 hours free of charge every day, I really liked it. We stayed with our family in this wonderful hotel. For us, he opened up only on the positive side. Very clean and beautiful, pleasant smell, excellent food. Spacious room, daily cleaning service. The staff is friendly, but there are no Russian speakers. Every day, a transfer to the sea departs 3 times from the hotel (9.00, 10.00, 11.00) and brought back 3 times a day (12.00,13.00, 14.00). The sea is transparent, clean, the beach is sandy. Beauty. The hotel has a small indoor pool with an outdoor terrace, but it is always in the shade of the main building of the hotel. We had a rest in the middle of September. I liked the location of the hotel. If you get to the Sahara Mall via an elevated passage, there is a passage to Dubai. You can also go through the underground parking. We bought a transport card in a small shop across the street and drove from the nearest bus stop to the Dubai Mall. I liked the hotel as a whole. Our room was on the 23rd floor, there were no problems with elevators. The room itself is large with a large and comfortable bed, snow-white linen. The room also had all the necessary furniture (2 bedside tables, a sofa, a coffee table, a secretary with a mirror and a pouf, a huge chest of drawers with many drawers, a large wardrobe, several mirrors (one of them is huge all over the wall), there was more than enough storage space. There was also a refrigerator, iron, ironing board, kettle with tea accessories. Towels were changed every day. The bathroom has a separate toilet room. According to our diet, we only had breakfast (delicious and varied), and there was also a quite decent Italian restaurant in the hotel (we had lunch there a couple of times). What didn't you like: 1. The bathroom was poorly cleaned; 2. There is only 1 bus to the beach in the morning 1 time per hour, in the morning it is packed, if there is not enough space, you will have to take a taxi.

The portions are simply huge, everything that was ordered was eaten with pleasure. If you don't finish, they'll pack everything with you. To the beach by bus 9.10.11 return12, 13.14 hours. We visited this hotel in 2012, when it was still a Ramada. We decided to repeat the trip in 2023, because there was a large company, and we needed a large room. My memory did not fail, the rooms are huge, of course, but it looks like there has been no renovation since then. The old room stock, completely alienated staff, poor cleaning. I didn't like the hotel! We had a rest in November 2024. I wouldn't go a second time. It does not pull for 4 stars, but for a maximum of 3 stars. We lived for a week with a child at breakfast. The breakfasts are disgusting, there is nothing to eat except scrambled eggs and cereal. There are 5-6 pots, and there are only small gossamer noodles, beans floating in some kind of sludge and some other kind of disgusting inedible for Russian tourists. Pakistanis and Indians mostly live there. For them, this food is probably normal. There are very few pastries and they are not particularly fresh. Croissants are empty and one kind of buns, they constantly make sure that the bun is not taken out with them. A family with a small child who did not eat anything at breakfast was not even given a couple of buns to take. Of the fruits, only the watermelon is very finely chopped, which floats in the juice is not even pleasant to eat and the melon is also diced. There is no coffee machine, just a tank with instant coffee. In general, you will not get pleasure from eating. Transfer several times a day, there is nowhere to walk, solid roads. The fact that everyone is happy that the hotel is on the border with Dubai, but I did not see a plus in this, because you will not see any backyards there. We took an excursion to Dubai, that's what we liked. Beauty!!! It was also unexpected that they took a deposit of 200 dirhams upon arrival, about which Biblioglobus, for some reason, did not warn. You can't ask for water yet, they give 1.5 liters per room, they try to hold out until the evening so that they don't take it anymore. I had to fight about it. On the ground floor, they put a jar like with water, but they throw cucumbers from breakfast into it specifically so that they don't drink a lot! They would have thrown tomatoes there. In general, I do not advise it, we paid dearly for the ticket and left with some unpleasant aftertaste. Of the advantages, I can note that their beds are comfortable, that's all!

In front of the hotel there is a large Sahara mall, behind the hotel there are working areas, which are also interesting to wander through, I take into account security in the UAE. Of the disadvantages, it can be noted that the menu could be more diverse, and there was no cork in the bath, but round soap perfectly replaced it. My wife and I were without lunch, breakfast and dinner included. Everything that was tasted is very tasty. But this is our personal opinion. We liked it. Across the street is the Sugar Shopping Center. There is a supermarket to the right of the hotel in a five-minute walk, you can buy groceries and other goods. Behind the hotel on the third parallel street, a street with a dividing strip, near the park, there is a supermarket. One but... Couldn't find a souvenir shop near the hotel. We, three friends, rested at this hotel for 7 nights from November 22, arrived in the morning at 10.30, met us at the airport and took us to the hotel by transfer. There were a lot of people leaving that day and we could not be accommodated before lunch, at around 13.00 we were issued, with a deposit of 200 dirhams, followed by payment at check-out, there is no daily fee in Sharjah hotels and they placed us in room 1802. The room was Deluxe, very large, with a balcony, with a safe, autonomous air conditioning, windows facing the courtyard, opposite the mosque. The mosque did not bother us at all. We really liked the room, our things were delivered by the butler, there were three of us, there were two beds in the room and he told us that in 10 minutes we would arrange a third bed and everything necessary for the third guest. We took breakfast and dinner, on arrival, had a snack from the road in the room, drank tea, a kettle, 1.5 liters of water and sugar, tea leaves, coffee, cream were for tea. Having settled in the room , we decided to take a walk in the shopping center before dinner ‘Sugar.’ It really turned out to be huge, three floors high, it has everything for shopping, snacks, a playground for children, currency exchange, a cafe, the only grocery store left on the lower floor, and the other one did not stop by. We passed through the shopping center to the Dubai side, from where you can get to Dubai and back, saving 20 dirhams, tax for crossing another Emirate. Then we returned to the hotel for dinner. When we went up to the room, we found that for the third guest, the sleeping place was not prepared and there were no accessories for it. I had to go down to the reception, where, fortunately for me, there was a Russian-speaking employee, he immediately called, instructed the employee to arrange a sleeping place, give out slippers, bathrobes and everything necessary. But this employee turned out to be very slow and incomprehensible, although he came to our requests all the time and said Ok, but all the time he did not bring the matter to completion. And again I had to go down again and tell the employee that not everything was being achieved on his instructions from the employee serving our room, he scolded him on the phone and instructed another employee to finish the job. After that, they walked then in twos, both answered Ok and walked endlessly. We still didn't understand whether the guys were just starting to work on maintenance, or it's not clear what...? From this situation, we concluded for ourselves that all the questions that arise,?We need to decide without delay, immediately. Of course, we were tired of them, considering our overnight flight. The food in the restaurant, breakfasts and dinners, were very well organized, the menu selection was good for us and there was a very pleasant, attentive service, especially I would like to mention the employees of NANDAN and JACQUELINE. At first there were very few of us, guests, in the restaurant, from one or two rooms, by the end there were more. The hotel was packed, but there were few Russian speakers. Therefore, it was free in the restaurant and on a trip to the sea. The transfer to the sea was organized in the morning at 9.00,10.00,11.00 and back at 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, clearly timed. We got to the beach in literally 10-15-20 minutes, based on the situation on the roads. They gave out huge beach towels at the reception. The beach is municipal, very clean, with white sand, with clear water, with toilets, changing rooms, with a cafe for a snack. Next to the beach on the same side is the CARLTON hotel, which has a nearby shop with a large selection and a daily changing assortment of sweets, tea, nuts, mangoes and other goodies, at reasonable prices. Every day, the seller of this store runs into the beach buses, quickly treats tourists with sweets and distributes a flyer. It is open from 9.00 am, which allows you to make purchases first, leave them with them and then pick them up after returning from the beach. Upon leaving the hotel, we were given two additional free hours, until 14.00, although the day before we ourselves wanted to extend our room for money, but at the reception we could not find such an opportunity, saying that all rooms were redeemed and paid for. And the transfer from the hotel picked us up at 16.00. We managed to visit the sea that day, wash in the room, move things again, get ready, have a snack before departure. And from 14.00 to 15.30 we went, finally, to the NESTO shopping center, it is located 400 meters from the hotel, to make the last purchases. The transfer was served at 15.45 and took us to the airport. It is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Overall, we really liked the hotel, we would like to return more than once.

The rooms are quite spacious, we had a balcony open, dried things there. The food is not as diverse as in Turkey-Egypt, but they did not starve, there are juices, chicken, fish too. We took breakfast and dinner, quite enough. They took about 10 minutes to go to the beach. The beach is mainly for Russians, just like I got to Sochi, some of our aunts.
To get around the hotel from behind, there is a sauna, a gym and a swimming pool, but it is not instagrammable, so if you go after the sauna in the evening.

We have been resting for a week in this hotel. Excellent price-quality ratio. The views from the windows are not pleasing to the eye, but the blackout curtains are always closed) The noise from the road prevented sleep only on the first night. The furniture is old, the plumbing is too. But the masters come to fix it very quickly. The bed linen is snow-white, very pleasant. the mattresses are comfortable. We took two meals a day. The choice is small, but the food is fresh and good. Daily cleaning, good. The bus to the free beach at 9.10 and at 11. There was always enough space. We liked the paid Al Mamzar more, we go there by taxi. After the crowded Dubai Mall, the Sahara Mall is just a relaxation.
There are good restaurants and brands. Hit Black Friday, the prices are great. For an overnight stay, the hotel is just super, the location is convenient. Going to Dubai is not close, but we were going to sunbathe and swim. The beaches nearby are clean and comfortable. We like everything)

The location is not the worst option, but the distance from the beach and the dependence on transport to the beach (a crowd of tourists in one small bus) was a little annoying, departure to the beach at 9, 10, 11 in the morning and at 12, 13, 14 back. All who did not have time, on their own.
Room service. Normal maintenance (just so that the room is normally cleaned), the plumbing was washed, the bed linen was replaced as it should be 1 time in 3 days (as stated) we did not wait, we added soap, shampoo, gel, balm, toilet paper and changed the towel on request, but actually we had an order, so we did not really complain to them.
The staff is polite enough, there are Russian-speaking staff. All the problems with the poor plumbing and the request for the allocation of an ironing board and iron were fulfilled quickly. In general, well done! What falls apart and flows does not depend on them...we repaired everything quickly.
I liked the food in principle, but surprisingly, tea and coffee were not served for lunch and dinner...the cake was cooked, and to eat with juice...a strange story...they didn't understand why.
The beach is generally clean, the water is clear, lifeguards work on the beach, alcohol is prohibited in Sharjah, but the Russians managed to drink beer on the beach in the open))
