Great hotel! We had a wonderful time, the private beach is a 2-minute walk from the hotel through the underpass. There were always plenty of sun beds on the beach. The breakfasts are varied and delicious , in the evening we bought dinners for 100 dirhams, delicious and satisfying! The rooms are well cleaned, bath accessories, slippers, and bathrobes were not always provided. But upon request, they provide everything.

We've been to the hotel twice, the rooms are good. There are no balconies and nowhere to dry swimsuits, nothing is provided for this. There was something on the ceiling in room 220 that was flashing green and made it very difficult to sleep. We chose this hotel because of its location, very convenient, close to the beach, its own territory with pools. There is a separate children's and adult-only swimming pool. A fitness room, hammam, sauna, and Jacuzzi were also included in the price, but we did not use it. The hotel itself requires restoration, there is an unpleasant smell in the lobby and corridors of the hotel, the windows are dirty, it is not pleasant to look out of the window, although the view is beautiful to the sea. The rooms themselves are pretty good, everything you need is there. We didn't take any delicious breakfasts and dinners.

One of the advantages is the location. The beach is normal. Entering the sea is all in small shells, in shales - tolerable. Everything else is downside. The windows don't open, the air conditioner works strangely, it's very loud and 19 degrees is its only temperature. In fact, you are without fresh air and with a broken air conditioner. The cleaning is bad, and my grandmother used to use towels like this for rags. The windows are dirty. All faucets are flowing. They forget to bring towels, gels, etc., for some reason they have to ask. The drinking water in the room, which they pour into glass bottles from somewhere, tastes like some kind of chemistry, in plastic - for some reason, you also have to ask. The food is mediocre, tasteless, and monotonous. We took an all-inclusive package - this package includes several cheap cocktails and beer from alcohol. I don't know who gives this place a 5. And what are the 5 stars? For what? It's just an old joke with poor service.

The hotel is old, the elevators are tired. The room is tiny without a balcony, the window is small, dirty and does not open. The only way to dry a swimsuit is in the bathroom - they don't dry out there. The extra bed for the child was brought all stripped down. It's a little gloomy in the hallway. The bathroom is tiny and dark. The cabinet doors creak. The food in the hotel is good for three - you won't stay hungry, but you won't eat delicious either. I do not recommend the hotel.

Good afternoon. I'm currently vacationing at the Radisson Blu Hotel and I really want to write an honest review about the hotel. I'll start with the pros: 1. Location of the hotel 2. The beach area Perhaps that's all the advantages! Minuses: 1. Numbers. We have a room on the 5th floor with a sea view. This is a premium room, not a standard one. There is no balcony, the window is small, it does not open. There is only one chair per room, there is nowhere to dry the swimsuits. 2. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. 3. The water in the room is in glass liter reusable bottles and it tastes like water from the tap. 4. I can put up with all of the above, but I can't put up with the lack of food in the restaurant for lunch. Not only is there little food, there is no choice, but every day crowds of tourists from excursions came for lunch. There were definitely two buses every day. I want to sit in a restaurant, have a quiet lunch, and then there's noise, shouting, queues. The horror! 5. The food is not very tasty. The meat is always overcooked and dry. The fish is in some kind of sauce and is also not edible. I probably won't be coming to this hotel anymore.

There are two rooms in the room, a large wide bed, two people are good and there is a lot of space, it is fashionable for a child to lie down with a third, there is also a sofa, and in the second room there is a sofa. Two toilets, a bathtub and a shower. All personal hygiene supplies , a powerful hair dryer , huge snow - white towels and bathrobes , bed linen , white and crisp - how I love good comfortable disposable slippers , these are the right ones . Also in the room there is an iron, an ironing board, wardrobes with an early number of clothes hangers. There is a refrigerator and a kettle , drinking water , put in the room every day. A beautiful smiling Salome receptionist works at the reception, speaks Russian fluently, for Russian-speaking visitors there is a huge plus, you can solve all issues related to your vacation, Salome responds to your questions and wishes. In the morning, we just woke up and knocked on the door , I received a compliment from the hotel, happy birthday ! And the day started so well! We went down for breakfast , my dear people gave me flowers 🌹( by the way, Salome helped me order flower delivery ) and the hotel team presented congratulations again at breakfast , a compliment - a cake with a candle and the whole team sang: "happy birthday"! All the hotel visitors who came to breakfast sang "happy birthday" too. Wow! It was so nice! The staff, all nice, smiling and trying to help you - at check-in they gave us the opportunity to check in two hours earlier. We changed our clothes and went for a walk. There is a Russian-speaking specialist at the reception, who works, in my opinion, from 9:00 to 17:00. There is a separate travel manager, offers excursions , and part of our company went on safari in the desert and were very satisfied. The hotel is beautiful, clean, with a delicious aroma in the rooms - additional aromatization of the air and this is also pleasant. There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers , we realized this when we passed through the floor . You have your own beach at the hotel, go down, cross the road through the underpass and you are already at the reception of the beach. You will be registered, your hand will be marked with a bracelet, you will be given a ticket for towels ( they are huge , though) and you will be allowed through the turnstile. Two, or maybe more, swimming pools, well-groomed beautiful territory , there are sun beds near the water, which is of an incredible color . Entertainment on the shore . There is a cafe and there is a lounge bar, cocktails by Arab standards, well, as if everyone would appreciate it for themselves. The main thing is that everything is there for a comfortable stay, friends! And my dissonance is somehow quite unusual, you are swimming in a pool, next to the sea, water, even if it is the Persian Gulf, and you see beautiful high-rise buildings above you. Well, that 's it 🤷♀️ About the food also - a delicious breakfast - a full buffet, - everything is delicious, I will list the dishes and so on, "kitchen" - delicious food for a variety of preferences. We had a rest in the second week of April 2024. The hotel is where I stay on business trips. The usual network, comfortable, but no frills. There are a lot of guests, Europeans, Indians. On the first night, the children and I were accommodated in rooms at different ends of the third floor - there are no rooms for which we paid. The third floor is tired, old renovation. The next day, after a small scandal, they moved to the seventh floor in two rooms connected by a door. These rooms were newly renovated. There is a queue at the restaurant to enter if you arrive late. BUT: the hotel has a great beach with an aqua zone, it is convenient, the children are delighted. The beach compensated for the rest of the inconveniences.

When changing towels, they constantly forgot to put everything in (maybe they didn't count well). Three or four bottles of water were put in the room (it is unclear what it depended on). The bed linen was changed only after a reminder. I also had to insist on cleaning the floor. Slippers and bathrobes are available on request, there are no toothbrushes. The breakfasts and dinners are normal, the pastries are very tasteless. Happy birthday to the hotel " forgot" to congratulate. The beach across the street is free for hotel guests, and anyone can relax for money, they are also allowed to visit restaurants. The embankment on the water side is closed by various establishments . We do not recommend it.
