The hotel was destroyed, the toilet was leaking, there was a problem with towels, bottled water for drinking, I remember one teaspoon for two in the room. The air conditioner is tinny, humming like a tractor. The receptionist did not help to call a taxi. But the staff is very responsive, so I solved all the problems with the maids.

The Presidential Palace is worth a visit! The beach is private, equipped with everything you need. A cool warm pool and a simply awesome hammam with a hot Jacuzzi with panoramic windows overlooking the sea!

The room is large, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, good views from the windows, the hotel is tiny compared to neighboring skyscrapers, the location is excellent. Within walking distance of the Sheikh's Palace and the Presidential hotel (they look like each other better than the other), the huge skyscraper of the national oil company from which the heyday of the UAE began.
The beach is across the street via an underpass, norm beach, cafe on norm beach. The water is terribly cold in February, but the pool is warm. The 4 pools are very nice, all of them.
The food is normal, it doesn't shine with variety, it could be better, the products are of high quality.
This is the perfect place to spend a weekend, there's just nothing to do here for more than a week, in my opinion.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. If you are considering it, I sincerely do not recommend it to you. This is not the first time we have been vacationing in the Emirates, we have lived in different locations, in different hotels, chain, themed and apartments. But I did not expect this from a well-known grid.
The hotel is very tired, very! And who writes that the hotel is fresh, I have a question for them-where did they rest before?!
There are no hooks for hand towels in the bathroom, one on the door and that's it. There were three of us, two adults and a child-a set of shower gel/shampoo and so on, for one person. There has already been cleaning twice, but every day, they did not replenish it, the dirt was lying at the door, obviously not from us, and it lies there.
But the wildest thing for us is the queue at the restaurant, it is small and cannot cover all people. I haven't seen this anywhere else. If you are vacationing in Turkey and Egypt, it is probably customary. But not in Abu Dhabi, komon guys!!!! Once we were in Turkey and there was a queue, but it was in front of the closed doors that people stood and waited for the restaurant to open and that was it.
There's a queue everywhere-for hot, for an omelet, for coffee.....

Not tasty breakfasts, does not correspond to the 5th at all, the carpet is dirty, the entrance group is not in any way, the room is good, the window is small and does not open, the sea and the pool are across the street.
Of the advantages, the excellent location at the hotel, the beach and the pool are located on the territory of the bar, which the residents of the hotel have access to, respectively, a more intimate beach than a public one.
If you take a hotel for the night, then it is normal, I would not recommend staying for a few days.

Rooms of different sizes, 7-10 minutes to the beach by the passage. The people at the reception sometimes know Russian, the menu is not the best anywhere, but the proximity of supermarkets, the beach, the view from some rooms, is catchy, especially if you do not leave the room. A taxi with a red roof is for the royal family, if you like how the Arabs have decorated the desert for 50 years, take a red roof.

When we stopped by, we were very disappointed, it was shabby, the small narrow window, in places even the walls looked like after the flood, but then we got used to it and apparently the proximity of the beach did its job, calmed down a little))) The bed is large , soft , not very comfortable pillows. The air conditioner cools the room quickly, but the sound is VERY loud. It was good that it wasn't hot outside.. The water didn't drain well in the shower. I should have asked for bathrobes
and slippers . There is only a kettle with instant coffee in the room, 2 bottles of water, and there is nothing in the refrigerator at all. It is better not to come to the restaurant at 10, as there is a lot of fuss, there are a lot of people, you can even wait for an empty table, but they clean up quickly, they try. It is free to use the beach, but if you want to use the beach bar or restaurants, you can leave some money at the reception. We left the dollars, 200, then changed them to the local currency in the Mall, paid for everything and took the dollars. There is a jazz bar, a pleasant atmosphere and you can eat until 23h. We checked in on the eve of my birthday, two rooms, on the eighth and fifth floor, in the de luxe rooms, where the view from the window is on two sides , on the one hand a beautiful blue water space and on the other , a view of the city. There are two rooms in the room, a large wide bed, two people are good and there is a lot of space, it is fashionable for a child to lie down with a third, there is also a sofa, and in the second room there is a sofa. Two toilets, a bathtub and a shower. All personal hygiene supplies , a powerful hair dryer , huge snow - white towels and bathrobes , bed linen , white and crisp - how I love good comfortable disposable slippers , these are the right ones .
Also in the room there is an iron, an ironing board, wardrobes with an early number of clothes hangers.
There is a refrigerator and a kettle , drinking water , put in the room every day.
A beautiful smiling Salome receptionist works at the reception, speaks Russian fluently, for Russian-speaking visitors there is a huge plus, you can solve all issues related to your vacation, Salome responds to your questions and wishes.
In the morning, we just woke up and knocked on the door , I received a compliment from the hotel, happy birthday !
And the day started so well!
We went down for breakfast , my dear people gave me flowers 🌹( by the way, Salome helped me order flower delivery ) and the hotel team presented congratulations again at breakfast , a compliment - a cake with a candle and the whole team sang: "happy birthday"!
All the hotel visitors who came to breakfast sang "happy birthday" too. Wow!
It was so nice!
The staff, all nice, smiling and trying to help you - at check-in they gave us the opportunity to check in two hours earlier. We changed our clothes and went for a walk.
There is a Russian-speaking specialist at the reception, who works, in my opinion, from 9:00 to 17:00. There is a separate travel manager, offers excursions , and part of our company went on safari in the desert and were very satisfied.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, with a delicious aroma in the rooms - additional aromatization of the air and this is also pleasant.
There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers , we realized this when we passed through the floor .
You have your own beach at the hotel, go down, cross the road through the underpass and you are already at the reception of the beach. You will be registered, your hand will be marked with a bracelet, you will be given a ticket for towels ( they are huge , though) and you will be allowed through the turnstile.
Two, or maybe more, swimming pools, well-groomed beautiful territory , there are sun beds near the water, which is of an incredible color . Entertainment on the shore . There is a cafe and there is a lounge bar, cocktails by Arab standards, well, as if everyone would appreciate it for themselves. The main thing is that everything is there for a comfortable stay, friends!
And my dissonance is somehow quite unusual, you are swimming in a pool, next to the sea, water, even if it is the Persian Gulf, and you see beautiful high-rise buildings above you. Well, that 's it 🤷♀️
About the food also - a delicious breakfast - a full buffet, - everything is delicious, I will list the dishes and so on, "kitchen" - delicious food for a variety of preferences.

Plus of the hotel: the location, that's why we chose it. But the hotel does not match its stars. Our plane (FLY DUBAI) was detained for a day. At the hotel, we showed a certificate of flight delay and were promised that everything would be resolved, we would be settled and we would not pay for an unlived day. But the hotel manager came and the issue of paying for the first day was not decided in our favor. The bathroom door wouldn't close in the room (the latch was broken), the window was locked, but we insisted on opening it. When changing towels, they constantly forgot to put everything in (maybe they didn't count well). Three or four bottles of water were put in the room (it is unclear what it depended on). The bed linen was changed only after a reminder. I also had to insist on cleaning the floor. Slippers and bathrobes are available on request, there are no toothbrushes. The breakfasts and dinners are normal, the pastries are very tasteless. Happy birthday to the hotel " forgot" to congratulate. The beach across the street is free for hotel guests, and anyone can relax for money, they are also allowed to visit restaurants. The embankment on the water side is closed by various establishments . We do not recommend it.

Upon check-in, a nice smile to the girl and I received a compliment from the deluxe two-room hotel with a gorgeous view of the sea from the room. There is a coffee machine in the room. Water and coffee capsules without restrictions are brought to the room on request, saving. The beach is through an underground passage (to cross in clothes since this is a public area). On the beach there are towels, water, a gym, a lazy river and a pool with waves, also bars and restaurants, a bunch of sun loungers and they are free. The sea is clear. It gets deep fast enough. Meals breakfast and dinner. Everything is delicious and a huge variety. I didn't feel like eating from breakfast to dinner, as there was a lot of food. Meat, soup, fish (sea). The hotel is an old and battered dumpster, with a maximum of three stars. Everything is very tired and old. There's nothing to eat, so as not to stay hungry, you cram something disgustingly tasteless into yourself. People go to the shops for food. Dinners are held in a cramped, stuffy room with no windows. You wait for the water to be poured for half an hour.
The service is disgusting, towels, linens and accessories do not change until you start calling, we ask you to bring extra water every day, they bring exactly 4 bottles of 0.5, the next day a new one, the staff has no desire to help, you call several times.
The cleaning quality is disgusting, tips don't help. All inclusive in this case is a mockery, both in the quality and in the number of places in the hotel, there are many times more restrictions. They didn't even congratulate me on my birthday, they just ignored me.
The only advantages are the beach, across the street and the location of the hotel. It takes 30 minutes to drive from the airport and 15-30 minutes to get to other places.
Don't set foot in Radisson anymore.

Objectively, the hotel is already very shabby, and the rooms, towels, and sun beds with umbrellas are pretty tired. Hygiene supplies are strictly per guest, although there are two of us. After taking a shower, all the water flows down to the floor through a glass partition. The option of hot drinks was not available for lunch and dinner, which is strange, because there are a lot of desserts. In general, the menu is extremely meager, it does not pull at 5 * in any way, especially for Radisson. There was a ban on swimming in the sea during the stay, we did not receive any clear explanations about the opening, we had to go to another beach.

Great hotel! Polite and helpful staff. In general, the impression remained good. I put 4 stars because of the breakfasts and dinners. The food is delicious, almost all of it, BUT we stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and during this time the breakfast menu practically did not change (
I travel quite often and stay in radisson hotels, and I was always amazed and pleased with the breakfasts: a huge selection, something new and interesting constantly appeared! But in Abu Dhabi, we were upset + they always gave us an early breakfast (if you leave the hotel earlier and don't have time for it), and then they told us that there was no such option (
I repeat, I was in Helsinki, Riga, Berlin and many other places, and early breakfasts were absolutely always. The situation is similar with dinners, but still the dishes were changed and even somehow shrimp, squid and mussels were served, it's nice.
The territory is small, but well done. The sea is clean, its own beach. There is a free gym for hotel guests. The bottom line is this: I probably wouldn't have come back again, I would have chosen another radisson hotel, but I'm not upset and I don't regret having been there!

I didn't like it: tired rooms, a broken door in the closet, a handle in the bathroom, the refrigerator didn't work - there was no reaction to requests to fix (2 times), they save 0.5 liters of water per person per day, the air conditioner works like a tractor - there is no sleep mode, it's so hard to sleep, room service is also weak - they can not to remove.
In general, if the hotel was not 5 stars, then it would be fine. But I don't recommend it for that kind of money.

Many thanks to the hotel administration for their help with finding a phone! The kid left it at Warner Brothers, where we came from by taxi. The administration itself contacted the park, taxi drivers, found the phone and delivered it to us directly to the room! It was just some miracles! I don't know where else the hotel administration would be so confused and so diligently looking for a phone! Thank you so much!!!🙏
And we were settled immediately upon arrival, at 11 o'clock instead of 15 o'clock. It was also very nice! More precisely, it was - just super-duper! Because after a night flight with three children, we were very tired.
Room: large, nice, bright. The Internet is normal. There is a refrigerator. But! There is no balcony and absolutely terrible view from the window.
Food: the choice is small, but the food is delicious. The breakfasts are the same, it's fine for a week, if more - monotonous food will get boring. Coffee and tea only for breakfast, lunch and dinner - for a fee. Alcohol is insanely expensive. 0.33 beer supplements almost 1200 rubles. Coffee on the beach - almost 800 rubles.
Cleaning: upset ((( large towels were once not put at all. Only 2 small ones for two adults. Another time they put 2 large ones, but forgot the small ones.. in short, there was always a problem with towels. The body balm was not replenished. Only upon check-in. When I asked, they put not branded, but the cheapest. There is no capsule coffee in the room, only a sachet (I did not expect this, in other Radisson, where we rested, there was a capsule). When checking in, they put 1! a bag of cocoa for two😅 and no longer replenished. Little things, but they also create an atmosphere. Floors, surfaces don't even seem to have been wiped. At least it wasn't clean. We had to ask for slippers and bathrobes ourselves, no one even offered them to us.
Hall: just super! Lots of simulators! The air conditioner works well! It was a real pleasure to study!!!

And the pool is just across the street😳 not only the sea, but the pool itself!If you want to swim, earn it. Stomp in the heat across the road on slippery tiles, pass the security guard's inspection of all bags! (you can't go to the beach with your own, but you can buy 0.33 beer for 1200 or coffee for 800 rubles on the beach). After that, you can go to the shallow hot pool if you came with the children. Because in a normal pool, where there is music, where the water is cool - with children (even with adequate and already quite adults, perfectly swimming, not crying, not pooping, with no!) you can't!!! Local and visiting youth who do not live in Radisson are allowed there for money. It was a shock!) and there is almost no sand on the beach, the water is muddy, the entrance is unpleasant, sharp pebbles come across. A year ago we were in Mövenpick Ras El Khaimah, where the beach was great. This time we were shocked.
The salvation was the "lazy river".
Bottom line: if you are with children, you are definitely not there. It will be very boring and unfair. And when do you get there? To be honest, I don't have an answer. Since there are definitely better hotels in the Emirates for this. And there's even a swimming pool - and that's across the street. And not everyone is allowed to😒
However, many thanks to those who found our phone and settled in early! I give 4 stars for this, without it it would be only 2, since this is our fourth Radisson and we have already come here with certain expectations that have not been met, unfortunately
