A great hotel with its own beach. Good location, near the presidential Palace and the Emirates Hotel, where you can have a cheap cup of coffee with gold and take a walk. Twenty minutes at a leisurely pace to the Marina Mall. Embankment for evening walks. There are supermarkets and a liquor store nearby. Attentive staff. The quality of the dishes for breakfast and dinner is excellent. The rooms are not large, but freshly renovated. Snow-white bed linen and towels. We visited this hotel relatively inexpensive, taking into account the fact that we flew ETIHAD, we were very satisfied with the rest.

Rested on March 18-25, 2023. The staff is friendly, cleaning every day. The bathtub was leaking a little in room 912, the laminate was swollen in the corridor of the room, but this did not spoil the stay. The hotel is aimed at customers with children, there are a lot of them there. We had half board, dinner was changed for lunch. I took off one star for Breakfast and lunch, they are mediocre and monotonous. In comparison with the Radisson in Adler, they don't even stand next to it. There are no casseroles, cheesecakes, cottage cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, sausage-sliced without delicious. From fruits, a green, tasteless melon strained. Stretches gym,beach and promenade. Near the Marina mall shopping center, there is a good currency exchange. Of the places of interest near the Presidential Palace Qasr Al Watan and Emirates Palace. The food is simply excellent, varied both at breakfast and at dinner. Abundance, everything is very tasty, there is European and Asian cuisine, wonderful desserts, pastries, meat. The rooms are newly renovated, with good design, lighting, spacious and very cozy. Separately about the beach - the beach of the hotel is the Beach Club - in itself is not a very cheap place with expensive restaurants, a high level of service. For hotel guests - admission is free. Very beautiful territory, beautiful large swimming pools - adult and children -both heated, with bars. There are small details about the service at the hotel, they may forget to put something in the bathroom or on the day of arrival - a bathrobe, slippers, toothbrushes. But if you spend a few minutes of your time, everyone will bring, and also bring a thousand apologies) in general, all the staff is very polite, friendly. The location of the hotel is also excellent - there are many walking directions, you can't get around everything in a week - a park along the city beach, the presidential palace, a shopping mall nearby.

Many thanks to the hotel administration for their help with finding a phone! The kid left it at Warner Brothers, where we came from by taxi. The administration itself contacted the park, taxi drivers, found the phone and delivered it to us directly to the room! It was just some miracles! I don't know where else the hotel administration would be so confused and so diligently looking for a phone! Thank you so much!!!🙏 And we were settled immediately upon arrival, at 11 o'clock instead of 15 o'clock. It was also very nice! More precisely, it was - just super-duper! Because after a night flight with three children, we were very tired. Room: large, nice, bright. The Internet is normal. There is a refrigerator. But! There is no balcony and absolutely terrible view from the window. Food: the choice is small, but the food is delicious. The breakfasts are the same, it's fine for a week, if more - monotonous food will get boring. Coffee and tea only for breakfast, lunch and dinner - for a fee. Alcohol is insanely expensive. 0.33 beer supplements almost 1200 rubles. Coffee on the beach - almost 800 rubles. Cleaning: upset ((( large towels were once not put at all. Only 2 small ones for two adults. Another time they put 2 large ones, but forgot the small ones.. in short, there was always a problem with towels. The body balm was not replenished. Only upon check-in. When I asked, they put not branded, but the cheapest. There is no capsule coffee in the room, only a sachet (I did not expect this, in other Radisson, where we rested, there was a capsule). When checking in, they put 1! a bag of cocoa for two😅 and no longer replenished. Little things, but they also create an atmosphere. Floors, surfaces don't even seem to have been wiped. At least it wasn't clean. We had to ask for slippers and bathrobes ourselves, no one even offered them to us. Hall: just super! Lots of simulators! The air conditioner works well! It was a real pleasure to study!!! Well, the main thing. Beach. Disorder. Firstly, in the heat, walking through the passage on slippery tiles turned out to be not at all a joy. And the pool is just across the street😳 not only the sea, but the pool itself!If you want to swim, earn it. Stomp in the heat across the road on slippery tiles, pass the security guard's inspection of all bags! (you can't go to the beach with your own, but you can buy 0.33 beer for 1200 or coffee for 800 rubles on the beach). After that, you can go to the shallow hot pool if you came with the children. Because in a normal pool, where there is music, where the water is cool - with children (even with adequate and already quite adults, perfectly swimming, not crying, not pooping, with no!) you can't!!! Local and visiting youth who do not live in Radisson are allowed there for money. It was a shock!) and there is almost no sand on the beach, the water is muddy, the entrance is unpleasant, sharp pebbles come across. A year ago we were in Mövenpick Ras El Khaimah, where the beach was great. This time we were shocked. The salvation was the "lazy river". Bottom line: if you are with children, you are definitely not there. It will be very boring and unfair. And when do you get there? To be honest, I don't have an answer. Since there are definitely better hotels in the Emirates for this. And there's even a swimming pool - and that's across the street. And not everyone is allowed to😒 However, many thanks to those who found our phone and settled in early! I give 4 stars for this, without it it would be only 2, since this is our fourth Radisson and we have already come here with certain expectations that have not been met, unfortunately

Within walking distance of the Sheikh's Palace and the Presidential hotel (they look like each other better than the other), the huge skyscraper of the national oil company from which the heyday of the UAE began. The beach is across the street via an underpass, norm beach, cafe on norm beach. The water is terribly cold in February, but the pool is warm. The 4 pools are very nice, all of them. The food is normal, it doesn't shine with variety, it could be better, the products are of high quality. This is not the first time we have been vacationing in the Emirates, we have lived in different locations, in different hotels, chain, themed and apartments. There are no hooks for hand towels in the bathroom, one on the door and that's it. There were three of us, two adults and a child-a set of shower gel/shampoo and so on, for one person. There has already been cleaning twice, but every day, they did not replenish it, the dirt was lying at the door, obviously not from us, and it lies there. But the wildest thing for us is the queue at the restaurant, it is small and cannot cover all people. I haven't seen this anywhere else. If you are vacationing in Turkey and Egypt, it is probably customary. But not in Abu Dhabi, komon guys!!!! Once we were in Turkey and there was a queue, but it was in front of the closed doors that people stood and waited for the restaurant to open and that was it. There's a queue everywhere-for hot, for an omelet, for coffee..... I do not recommend it!

It is better not to come to the restaurant at 10, as there is a lot of fuss, there are a lot of people, you can even wait for an empty table, but they clean up quickly, they try. It is free to use the beach, but if you want to use the beach bar or restaurants, you can leave some money at the reception. Well , good food , why write that it 's bad?? The meat is delicious and the fish is delicious too! Our vacation from August 29th to September 5th was hopelessly ruined, and the blame lies with both companies. 1. Transfer from Biblio Globus: mockery under the scorching sun. We arrived on 08/29/25 at 16:00. The tour operator Biblio Globus has shown its complete incompetence from the very beginning. For an hour and a half, we waited like a flock of sheep in the arrival area for their representative, who looked absolutely lost. Boarding a bus at +40°C turned into torture. No water, no help with luggage. Biblio Globus abandoned its exhausted customers in a stuffy bus to their fate. We got to the hotel only at 20:00, having lost half a day of rest. 2. The room after the flood: dampness, fungus and complete nonsense. We were put in a room that was obviously damaged by the flood. The floor was wet, but the worst part was that the blankets and pillows were soaked through and smelled of mold. Sleeping in such dampness is a direct path to illness. Breakfasts are a disgrace for the declared 5 stars. The level of a student cafeteria, and even with a beard. The crush, the queues, the food is running out and not replenished. The staff openly demonstrates racist behavior: they jump in front of the Arabs, and the Europeans are served with a disgusted grimace, as if they were doing a favor. 5. This man only aggressively sold excursions if we could not immediately approach his obsessive "meetings". There was a strong feeling that he was here only to siphon money, and not to help tourists. 6. Bottom line: a complete failure on all fronts. The spouse's birthday was ignored. The guests of this hotel are just a purse on legs. A good beach is the merit of the emirate, not the hotel. During the entire week of our stay, we struggled for basic amenities rather than relaxing. 7. The policy of double standards: own drinks are prohibited. All week, like many other guests, we carried our own water and drinks to the beach and pool, as the prices at the hotel are too high, and the food leaves much to be desired. The staff saw it and did not react in any way. However, on the last day, the guards staged a real raid.: All our drinks were seized from us and other tourists under the pretext that "you can't have your own." This is the height of hypocrisy and greed! First, they create conditions where it is impossible to use their services, and then they force them to buy. 8. "PREMIUM ROOM SEA VIEW" is a deception and a complete mismatch. We were accommodated in a PREMIUM ROOM SEA VIEW room, which turned out to be a real disappointment. Instead of a panoramic view of the bay, the windows faced primarily a busy road with constant noise. The view of the Persian Gulf was just a tiny crack on the horizon that still had to be looked out for. This is not a "Sea View", but an outright deception of the guests. Conclusion: Never choose this hotel and never buy tours from Biblio Globus. They work according to the scheme "they took the money and abandoned the client." Instead of resting, we got a nervous breakdown, lack of sleep due to the terrible air conditioning and a lot of wasted money. This is the worst experience of our lives.
