My aunt rented a room in this hotel, and you can't think of a better name like an apartment hotel, so there are apartments instead of rooms. My aunt had a nice large two-room apartment, in one room there was a double bed and a wardrobe, in the second there was a living room with a TV and 3 sofas, a table with chairs, also in the apartment there was a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet (toilet + sink) and a fairly large kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine. Employees come in periodically and clean up like in a hotel, in general, everything is tired, cockroaches have been seen in the kitchen (in general, this is the only fat minus, everything else is like a 3-4 star hotel). It is possible to live, spacious and has everything you need. There are about 5 apartments on the floor. It is located next to a construction site (frozen for November 2025), very close to the beach. The proximity to the sea is 7 minutes slowly. The room is large, the air conditioner turned off immediately without it, and so the room is fine. The furniture is tired, and the room needs to be repaired.
