Well, both my husband and I are coffee lovers. Sometimes in hotels you can drink a good cup just in lobby bar, here the coffee is good everywhere you order it, in the main restaurant, at the beach or in the bar. It’s the same, good quality! Another think that I appreciate a lot is that there is no crowd everywhere and it feels relaxing, you do not hear plates and forks noise in the restaurant, you do not hear screams at the beach and you do not see crazy drunk tourist at the bar, everyone is just well mannered and polite, both the workers and the tourists. The whole territory is well maintained and clean. Also, premium quality alcohol everywhere, really admirable the choices, I have tried even Prosecco and it was a good one! Colloseo dry, pleasant taste! Service at the beach is just fantastic and I say I genuinely, they don’t forget about you and they make your stay at the beach all day with pleasure. We were coming first and going last from the beach because sea is what is first thing we are coming for in Bodrum ! The climate and here the beach is really good! Especially for kids, warm entry, safe , sandy! Well, another big value to the hotel it’s GODIVA CAFE with tasty desert and coffee choice! The deserts isn’t just looking good for the eyes, they tastes delicious and it’s clearly made from premium ingredients, as most desserts in hotels just look good but taste like simple sugar candy, here is not like this, and honestly I did not remember when I eat last time dessert in the hotel. The brilliant of our stay was Italian a la carte Olivo, where food tastes exactly like in Italy, and where you feel spoilt with attention and care from personal. Especially thanks to Emre who was serving us there, he did it so elegant and professional like in his he Michelin restaurant! It’s 10 out of 10 for food and atmosphere! Tip, our favorite from the menu was carpaccio and don’t even try to skip the desserts, pana cotta and tiramisu are out of this world! 🫶🏽 Spa center is very good also, elegant and cozy. But when it’s good weather outside we did not wanted to loose time staying inside, I guess i would like to stay more there in October when it’s gets more cold. Internet connection on the beach is good! For us working remote was also huge plus! In numbers also the internet is working properly! Good cleaning in room and amenities. Comfortable bed and 2 set of pillows. Life music in the evening which is pleasant end of the day. My kid enjoyed fly yoga and sound healing , the island which is a relaxing zone for walks and it’s like from the movies. You feel so quiet there and relaxed. There are hammock there and music . Cosmic experience. We stayed here in the end of August beginning of September! Outside temperatures were 30 and water temperature 28! So comfortable! Also want to mention Tursynay and Vahit who where serving us in Kalamata a la carte and people’s restaurant at the beach. Her genuine smile and care was appreciated by my family! The sup yoga class is out of this world experience. So relaxing and different from all the sports from the seaside! All toghether made our 9 nights stay here fabulous! Of course there are some weak parts but they were shadowed by the strong parts. Если вы хотите отдохнуть в стиле wellness, спокойно и непринужденно это отличное место. Сервис на пляже замечательный, очень внимательно подходят и выбор напитков премиум качества радует. Пляж чистый, песок , вход в море удобный , если у вас дети можете спокойно ехать с ними сюда. Вода одно удовольствие; мы проводили на пляже весь день, с 8 до 19:00 вечера; так же есть ресторан а ла карт который с 12:00 до 18;00 вас примет и можете по меню заказать обед или снэк не тратя время идти в главный ресторан. Здесь есть кафе Godiva которое работает с 12:00 до 19:00 , десерты там невороятно вкусны, это редкость для турции где обычно десерты имеют вкус сахара и не более, но здесь чувствуется хорошие ингредиенты, как в кафе Европы. Звездой отдыха я бы отметила Итальанский а ла карт olivo , где атмосфера и блюда переносят тебя в Италию , живая музыка, отменный карпачо, равиоли и паста нам запомниться надолго . Плюс обслуживание уровня изысканного ресторана от Emre , нам повезло именно с ним, очень профессионально, ненавязчиво и приятно создал атмосферу. Похвала шеф повару и ему за это огромное! Хороший интернет на пляже и везде, это огромный плюс для нас кто работает дистанционно и зависят от телефона нон стоп. Уборка номеров хорошая, кровать удобная и разные типы подушек. Девушка из Kalamata Tursynay зделала наш отдых красивым и незабываемым! Очень приятная и очень милая девушка! Мы заболели все по очереди и guest relation были очень внимательны, привезли нам лекарства. И за болезни в этот раз мы не выезжали за отель но это не испортило нам отдых…. Мы насладились им на все 100. Благодарна Зейнеп и Эмиру за все их старания! Dacă ar fi să spun ce mi-a plăcut cel mai mult la acest hotel ar fi cu siguranță plaja! Serviciile impecabile și deservirea la plajă merită mențiune și apreciere! Deservirea peste tot poartă marca Rixos , la fel și calitatea alcoolului și a mâncării. Recomand a la carte Italian în mod special, mâncarea și servirea profesională ne-a teleportat în Italia! Muzica vie seara în bar un mare plus de asemenea! The hotel was our choice because we have been visiting the place for many years. The beach is very nice due to sand and shape of the bay. The food though wasn’t what we expected, however we can’t say it was bad. The room amenities were not so good (the shampoo, gel etc) - we had to ask for a substitution. The territory is getting a bit old already. We were denied the access to Kleopatra a la carte restaurant, even though for all previous years we were having the access to it - this means that there is no track record of the loyal clients and as soon as you get out of the certain category of a room, you are not interesting for the hotel (no matter how much history you have with them). At the same time would like to thank the assistants who were helping during our stay at the hotel - the team was responsive and helping (special thanks to Zeynep!).

I will share all my experiences at Rixos Premium Bodrum without filtering. First of all I would expect more modern, newly designed rooms. When we entered the room it was stinky in the bathroom, we directly contacted our assistants Yelda and Berkan and it was solved very fast by upgrading our rooms (excellent). In the upgraded room we also contacted our assistants because of a noise complaint we had about the upstairs neighbors. Yelda helped solving this very quickly which we were very happy with. On day 2 of our holiday we ate something from the lunch-buffet which gave my girlfriend a reaction because of her food allergy. This was a pity because we paid very good attention to the QR-codes with the allergy information about the meals. We were not happy with this because the allergic reaction could be deadly to her and because it felt like we were falsely informed about the ingredients. This had cost us one day of our holiday because of sickness unfortunately. We spoke to Yelda in the evening about this and she gave us very good solutions like having lunch at the a la carte restaurant called People’s where the chef would find us to talk about the allergy situation so that it would not happen again. This was very suiting for us and so far we are able to enjoy the delicious foods! We really liked the personal contact with the assistants. This was our first time experiencing this service and we feel very special and it’s very nice because of the fast service. We spend most of our days sunbathing by the pool. The service here is also fast and good like the towel service. One thing we don’t like is that some people ‘reserve’ a bed in the morning at the towel person (probably by giving a tip) and never show up or are gone for almost the whole day. It became busy in the hotel and difficult to find good places at the pool. We are very happy with the room cleaning. They clean everything very good. Also the waiters are very fast which is very nice and everywhere you look you see a friendly face which makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We also really like the daily activities, you never get bored here! For example we joined the pool activities in the afternoon and really liked it because of its professionally and it’s just very fun. At the spa we got a very detailed tour about the facilities and were very surprised how big it is. We enjoyed our afternoon in the sauna and steam room very much. Although the massages or turkish hammam are a bit expensive. We didn’t chose for those services because of this reason, but still could enjoy of the other facilities. They also have an extra pool there for ultimate relaxation. Overall, so far we are very happy with the employees and service from Rixos, although there are some things that could be improved which are mentioned in this review.

I really loved this hotel! 👏🏻 From the moment I arrived, I felt so much warmth and care the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. Everything was clean, neat, and beautifully designed you can really see that they care about their guests. The food was very tasty and fresh, with something new to try every day. And the view from my room was absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and at sunset! ☀️ The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, it truly felt like home. A perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy every moment. I’ll definitely come back again! 😍

The front desk manager, Yelda Bagci, went out of her way to accommodate our early check-in request.” The staff were very friendly polite, attentive, professional, warm, especially , Yelda Bagci and Berkan Yorgun. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable . We were group of 12, I believe everyone had same experience and enjoyment. I have special thanks to Melis from front desk Manager. We couldn’t locate our lost luggage at the Bodrum Airport. But Melis and Yelda went out of their way to find luggage and send a special concierge to airport and they picked up luggage. Million thanks to Rixos Resort and entire employees.

We had a rest at Rixos Premium Bodrum at the beginning of August, just a complete delight! There is something to compare it with, and this hotel is above all praise. The service should look exactly like this! The food is amazing, everything is fresh and very tasty. I especially liked the fish, it's divine - if you look at the main restaurant. I was pleased with the restaurant between the beach and the pool. There are dishes from different countries during the day and drink and eat fully at night, which was personally not enough in other hotels. You open the menu and they cook for you, and it's at 2 a.m. Wow effect 100% The service is top—notch - the staff is polite, attentive and always ready to help. Any question, any wish. They'll find you a sunbed and towels on the beach, and they'll bring you anything you want, from snacks to alcohol. We would like to express our special gratitude to the recreation assistants, Emir and Zeynep. The guys are really good. Take a car to the city, book a massage, arrange a jet ski, everything is in the moment. Thanks to them, our vacation was perfect: any issues were resolved quickly and with a smile. They will always come up and find out how the vacation is going and if there are any problems, and there are none. I would also like to mention a guy named Ali who works with cocktails at the bar, everything he does is just a masterpiece! Very tasty! In general, everything will be organized for you here, and even what is not there will be prompted and explained. In our case, trips around Bodrum and where to find which shops; everyone came in for us and suggested the best way to go. At first it seemed that the territory was huge and it would be really difficult to walk. Even that's settled here. Buggy, you can take it anywhere in the hotel with a breeze. Damn, this is really brilliant! A separate miracle beach! The bay, the water is clear, clean. Swimming is a pleasure. The hotel has been found for next year! I'm ready to come here again and again. We stayed at this hotel with a young man. It was one of the first incredible hotels where you didn't have to think about anything: tea/coffee/water in the room./soda / juice – for any occasion; The main cafe is open for four meals a day, you can even have a snack at night, until 3:00! The 24-hour lobby bar was full of lemonades in the morning and delicious cocktails in the evening. And the views... the views are something! There are greenery, mountains, and clean air all around. Despite the fact that we were vacationing in October and it was already "not the beach season", we enjoyed basking on the beach, which was a 3–minute walk from the room. Special thanks to our Russian assistant, Emir and Zeynep, for the lack of difficulties with our ignorance of English: they always helped, they were in touch almost around the clock!

We had an unforgettable vacation! I would especially like to mention the delicious cuisine — everything was very tasty, with a wide variety of dishes for every taste. I was also very pleased with the variety of sports activities — every day you could try something new. The beach is clean, the sea is warm and transparent — a real paradise! We were unlucky with the room, we got an old room that was not renovated, the interior did not fit the concept of the hotel at all. We stayed at the hotel from August 15 to August 22. The hotel is incomparable, it really feels peaceful and relaxing. When fully loaded, there are no people in sight, there is always a place on the beach, there is no noise, and the bay itself and the water are crystal clear. We were especially lucky with the assistants Zeynep and Emir, they are always in touch, they will prompt, help and offer all options to resolve issues. The territory is clean, olive trees and an island where music plays and we walked every day in the evening create a unique feeling of relaxation. The sports program was professionally designed, Mert gave us a great ride on boots in the morning, and Vladislava conducted fervent workouts, in general, all sports instructors are professionals and individually approach each participant. We went to the Greek and Italian Alaska, I liked Italian more . The food is varied and very tasty everywhere. On the beach, the waiters bring everything quickly and often change wet towels. I strongly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, peace and relaxation.

I liked the hotel. Our room (we took 2+1, one large bed and one small one) was upgraded free of charge to a room with two bedrooms and a living room. I liked the food — in the morning there is an omelet station, in the afternoon you choose which meat or fish to cook for you, in the evening there is pasta. The choice of food is very large. On the downside, everything is much outdated and damaged (the mirror in the room was hanging out, the TVs were without YouTube), and it seemed like there would be more places on the beach. The heated pool is actually without. But the sea is warm. Plus, there are a lot of things for money — be prepared for the fact that the individual cabins on the beach will cost 200 euros. My husband and I stayed at this hotel in mid-September 2025. First of all, the sea was crystal clear. It reflected the different shades of greenery of the surrounding nature and, depending on the time of day, changed its color scheme. Special thanks to our guest management assistants (Omer and Nastya), they helped with many issues and always worked hard to make our stay more intense. The coaches at the sports events (Mert, Cetin, Jules) were so friendly and professional, we had a lot of fun with the guys. The waitresses, cleaners, pool and beach attendants, and bartenders were all nice and knew their jobs perfectly. They really made our vacation really special. 2. High-quality and well-balanced food. We are fond of sports and are looking for healthy food. Every day, the hotel offers fresh grilled dishes made from high-quality fish and meat. Lots of greens, fruits and vegetables. Although there were real diet violators in the form of the most delicious burgers, baklava and the best San Sebastian cheesecake I've ever tasted :) 3. We really liked the audience, which is attracted by the atmosphere of the hotel. Most of the guests were very relaxed, which makes the whole experience incredibly relaxing. 4. I would like to emphasize sports activities separately. We went to sapsurfing/rowing classes 10 times in 12 days :) We played tennis in the early morning (which, surprisingly, was free), we attended sound therapy sessions, mat yoga, fly yoga, trampoline classes, pilates, water aerobics on bicycles. I liked the attitude of the coaches. And I saw how they can adapt the program depending on the guests present at the class. 5. If you have problems with insomnia, you should definitely try this hotel to get better. Even after an 8-hour night's sleep, I constantly fell asleep during the day: on the beach, on a sun lounger by the pool, and once even in the Godiva cafe :) The air, full of oxygen, and the calm atmosphere did their job. The last time I slept so well was 20 years ago.

A wonderful place in a cozy bay. There is nothing higher than a personal feeling of happiness from being here. September, warm sea 27-28 degrees. There is no heat. There is always a clear sky and a breeze. Rixos Hotel is a combination of Turkish charm and marble decoration and modern equipment of beaches, spa center and room service. The hotel is suitable for relaxing holidays. We took an Executive room with a terrace, it's fine for four people. It was comfortable, but there was no dryer and I couldn't find a place to hang my swimsuits in the bathroom. The mixer was leaking, but the pressure was good. The food is varied and plentiful. My daughter liked the Rixi kids club. Very nice girls work there. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive everywhere, although knowing the language wouldn't hurt us. Our personal consultants Zeynep and Emir were very helpful in settling in and solving all the problems. It is more convenient to communicate with them personally than via messenger, since they are on duty at the hotel from morning to midnight. I recommend that you find out all the nuances from them right away The sea is clear when there is no storm. We saw a lot of fish near the shore, very interesting

Our stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum was impeccable from start to finish👍 The place is incredibly beautiful. Lots of greenery. Delicious food, and there are all the facilities for relaxing with children.👍 The hotel's beach with crystal clear water . There were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, even in high season, and the staff promptly brought drinks and snacks directly to the deck chairs. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of Emir and Zeinab, we didn't have to worry about anything. We checked in earlier than expected (at 11:30, when the standard check-in is at 14:00). Thank you more for your understanding and attentiveness At first, the room was just disappointing, old, just junk…The only answer is "this is your number." On the second day, the conversations were not ignored. The room was changed to a fresher and more spacious one (the rating was adjusted from 4 stars to 5 for a loyal approach. But if they hadn't raised the issue themselves, then everything would have remained that way). There are no questions about food, everything is decent. Everything is fresh, super, The territory is well maintained. Overall, the impression has changed. There will be no problems with sports. The coaches are very cool 😍😍😍 The city is 9.5 km away. Taxis are inexpensive. Overall, the impression was excellent. Thank you very much to the staff for their attention and care It is better to clarify all the nuances immediately ... so as not to find out on the spot and not waste time on it. Our stay in Rixos Bodrum left a positive impression overall. The hotel is located in a picturesque location with a magnificent sea and a well-maintained territory. I would especially like to mention the personal assistants Ekaterina Tishko and Evelina Grudii, who promptly and effectively helped solve all emerging issues. We thank them for their responsiveness and professionalism! Food The food at the hotel is quite varied, especially in the early days. However, with a long stay (we stayed for three weeks), the menu begins to repeat itself, and at the end of the rest it is already served. We conveyed the wish through our assistants to organize an “island of healthy food” at breakfast, where you could find chia pudding, overnight oats, and just avocado, and not something remotely resembling guacamole, which turned out to be completely inedible. Evening program The entertainment program needs to be reviewed. Already in the second week, the artists began to repeat themselves, and the daily performances of Turkish singers in a circle became boring. I would like to see more diverse shows: circus acts, vibrant dance performances. Such shows do not interfere with enjoying nature — on the contrary, they complement the impression of relaxation. A program for teenagers At the moment, the hotel does not offer anything full-fledged for teenagers aged 13-16. Our daughter (13 years old) could not attend the Rixi Club, designed for young children, and apart from yoga and paddling, she could not do anything. This is an extremely limited choice. We recommend creating a Teenage Club similar to the one in Rixos Tekirova. An experienced animator is needed who can captivate teenagers, rally them into a group, offer interesting workshops and active games. Godiva At the Godiva cafe, I would like to change the atmosphere: replace the current sad classical music with more positive and light music. Even in the classical repertoire there are many joyful compositions that better match the atmosphere of relaxation. Pool hygiene A very alarming situation occurred on August 2, when a pollution incident occurred in the pool. It was closed, but reopened a few hours later, which raises doubts about the quality of cleaning such a volume of water in such a short time. This year, we banned my daughter from swimming in the pool for hygiene reasons. spa The prices in the SPA are extremely high. For example: • Sportmassage 75 min — 230 euro • Children's massage 30 min — 80 euro • Sportmassage 50 min — 180 euro • Foot massage — 100 euros For comparison, in Germany, a 60-minute general massage costs about 60 euros. At the same time, the SPA tried to impose payment only in cash, not wanting to write to the number. Only after discussions did they agree, but at the same time they incorrectly counted the total amount three times. The work of the massage therapists themselves is at an excellent level, but it raises questions about how much of the payment reaches the staff. Also, the example of Ronnefeldt tea: in Germany — 4 euros, in SPA — 40 euros. Such pricing is unclear and causes distrust. Conclusion: Rixos Bodrum is a hotel with a great location, excellent service and nature. However, there are points that require attention and improvements: the entertainment program, the organization of leisure activities for teenagers, the hygiene of the pool and the price policy at the SPA. We would like to thank the staff and especially the assistants Ekaterina Tishko and Evelina Grudii for their help and care during the rest.
