Well, both my husband and I are coffee lovers. Sometimes in hotels you can drink a good cup just in lobby bar, here the coffee is good everywhere you order it, in the main restaurant, at the beach or in the bar. It’s the same, good quality! Another think that I appreciate a lot is that there is no crowd everywhere and it feels relaxing, you do not hear plates and forks noise in the restaurant, you do not hear screams at the beach and you do not see crazy drunk tourist at the bar, everyone is just well mannered and polite, both the workers and the tourists. The whole territory is well maintained and clean. Also, premium quality alcohol everywhere, really admirable the choices, I have tried even Prosecco and it was a good one! Colloseo dry, pleasant taste! Service at the beach is just fantastic and I say I genuinely, they don’t forget about you and they make your stay at the beach all day with pleasure. We were coming first and going last from the beach because sea is what is first thing we are coming for in Bodrum ! The climate and here the beach is really good! Especially for kids, warm entry, safe , sandy! Well, another big value to the hotel it’s GODIVA CAFE with tasty desert and coffee choice! The deserts isn’t just looking good for the eyes, they tastes delicious and it’s clearly made from premium ingredients, as most desserts in hotels just look good but taste like simple sugar candy, here is not like this, and honestly I did not remember when I eat last time dessert in the hotel. The brilliant of our stay was Italian a la carte Olivo, where food tastes exactly like in Italy, and where you feel spoilt with attention and care from personal. Especially thanks to Emre who was serving us there, he did it so elegant and professional like in his he Michelin restaurant! It’s 10 out of 10 for food and atmosphere! Tip, our favorite from the menu was carpaccio and don’t even try to skip the desserts, pana cotta and tiramisu are out of this world! 🫶🏽 Spa center is very good also, elegant and cozy. But when it’s good weather outside we did not wanted to loose time staying inside, I guess i would like to stay more there in October when it’s gets more cold. Internet connection on the beach is good! For us working remote was also huge plus! In numbers also the internet is working properly! Good cleaning in room and amenities. Comfortable bed and 2 set of pillows. Life music in the evening which is pleasant end of the day. My kid enjoyed fly yoga and sound healing , the island which is a relaxing zone for walks and it’s like from the movies. You feel so quiet there and relaxed. There are hammock there and music . Cosmic experience. We stayed here in the end of August beginning of September! Outside temperatures were 30 and water temperature 28! So comfortable! Also want to mention Tursynay and Vahit who where serving us in Kalamata a la carte and people’s restaurant at the beach. Her genuine smile and care was appreciated by my family! The sup yoga class is out of this world experience. So relaxing and different from all the sports from the seaside! All toghether made our 9 nights stay here fabulous! Of course there are some weak parts but they were shadowed by the strong parts. Если вы хотите отдохнуть в стиле wellness, спокойно и непринужденно это отличное место. Начнем с плюсов, отменный кофе, причем везде, не только в кафе но так же и на пляже и во всех ресторанах. Сервис на пляже замечательный, очень внимательно подходят и выбор напитков премиум качества радует. Пляж чистый, песок , вход в море удобный , если у вас дети можете спокойно ехать с ними сюда. Вода одно удовольствие; мы проводили на пляже весь день, с 8 до 19:00 вечера; так же есть ресторан а ла карт который с 12:00 до 18;00 вас примет и можете по меню заказать обед или снэк не тратя время идти в главный ресторан. Здесь есть кафе Godiva которое работает с 12:00 до 19:00 , десерты там невороятно вкусны, это редкость для турции где обычно десерты имеют вкус сахара и не более, но здесь чувствуется хорошие ингредиенты, как в кафе Европы. Звездой отдыха я бы отметила Итальанский а ла карт olivo , где атмосфера и блюда переносят тебя в Италию , живая музыка, отменный карпачо, равиоли и паста нам запомниться надолго . Плюс обслуживание уровня изысканного ресторана от Emre , нам повезло именно с ним, очень профессионально, ненавязчиво и приятно создал атмосферу. Похвала шеф повару и ему за это огромное! Хороший интернет на пляже и везде, это огромный плюс для нас кто работает дистанционно и зависят от телефона нон стоп. Уборка номеров хорошая, кровать удобная и разные типы подушек. Девушка из Kalamata Tursynay зделала наш отдых красивым и незабываемым! Очень приятная и очень милая девушка! Мы заболели все по очереди и guest relation были очень внимательны, привезли нам лекарства. И за болезни в этот раз мы не выезжали за отель но это не испортило нам отдых…. Мы насладились им на все 100. Благодарна Зейнеп и Эмиру за все их старания! Dacă ar fi să spun ce mi-a plăcut cel mai mult la acest hotel ar fi cu siguranță plaja! Serviciile impecabile și deservirea la plajă merită mențiune și apreciere! Deservirea peste tot poartă marca Rixos , la fel și calitatea alcoolului și a mâncării. Recomand a la carte Italian în mod special, mâncarea și servirea profesională ne-a teleportat în Italia! Muzica vie seara în bar un mare plus de asemenea! The hotel was our choice because we have been visiting the place for many years. The beach is very nice due to sand and shape of the bay. The food though wasn’t what we expected, however we can’t say it was bad. The room amenities were not so good (the shampoo, gel etc) - we had to ask for a substitution. The territory is getting a bit old already. We were denied the access to Kleopatra a la carte restaurant, even though for all previous years we were having the access to it - this means that there is no track record of the loyal clients and as soon as you get out of the certain category of a room, you are not interesting for the hotel (no matter how much history you have with them). At the same time would like to thank the assistants who were helping during our stay at the hotel - the team was responsive and helping (special thanks to Zeynep!).

I will share all my experiences at Rixos Premium Bodrum without filtering. First of all I would expect more modern, newly designed rooms. When we entered the room it was stinky in the bathroom, we directly contacted our assistants Yelda and Berkan and it was solved very fast by upgrading our rooms (excellent). In the upgraded room we also contacted our assistants because of a noise complaint we had about the upstairs neighbors. Yelda helped solving this very quickly which we were very happy with. On day 2 of our holiday we ate something from the lunch-buffet which gave my girlfriend a reaction because of her food allergy. This was a pity because we paid very good attention to the QR-codes with the allergy information about the meals. We were not happy with this because the allergic reaction could be deadly to her and because it felt like we were falsely informed about the ingredients. This had cost us one day of our holiday because of sickness unfortunately. We spoke to Yelda in the evening about this and she gave us very good solutions like having lunch at the a la carte restaurant called People’s where the chef would find us to talk about the allergy situation so that it would not happen again. This was very suiting for us and so far we are able to enjoy the delicious foods! We really liked the personal contact with the assistants. This was our first time experiencing this service and we feel very special and it’s very nice because of the fast service. We spend most of our days sunbathing by the pool. The service here is also fast and good like the towel service. One thing we don’t like is that some people ‘reserve’ a bed in the morning at the towel person (probably by giving a tip) and never show up or are gone for almost the whole day. It became busy in the hotel and difficult to find good places at the pool. We are very happy with the room cleaning. They clean everything very good. Also the waiters are very fast which is very nice and everywhere you look you see a friendly face which makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We also really like the daily activities, you never get bored here! For example we joined the pool activities in the afternoon and really liked it because of its professionally and it’s just very fun. At the spa we got a very detailed tour about the facilities and were very surprised how big it is. We enjoyed our afternoon in the sauna and steam room very much. Although the massages or turkish hammam are a bit expensive. We didn’t chose for those services because of this reason, but still could enjoy of the other facilities. They also have an extra pool there for ultimate relaxation. Overall, so far we are very happy with the employees and service from Rixos, although there are some things that could be improved which are mentioned in this review.

I really loved this hotel! 👏🏻 From the moment I arrived, I felt so much warmth and care the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. Everything was clean, neat, and beautifully designed you can really see that they care about their guests. The food was very tasty and fresh, with something new to try every day. And the view from my room was absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and at sunset! ☀️ The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, it truly felt like home. The front desk manager, Yelda Bagci, went out of her way to accommodate our early check-in request.” The staff were very friendly polite, attentive, professional, warm, especially , Yelda Bagci and Berkan Yorgun. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable . We were group of 12, I believe everyone had same experience and enjoyment. I have special thanks to Melis from front desk Manager. We couldn’t locate our lost luggage at the Bodrum Airport. But Melis and Yelda went out of their way to find luggage and send a special concierge to airport and they picked up luggage. We visited Rixos Bodrum at the end of March. We really like to relax in Turkey during the off-season - there are few people in the hotel, restaurants, spa. Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, stylish design in all public areas. Olive trees all over the area, beautifully illuminated in the evening. Good repairs everywhere, but the rooms need updating. We were given an upgrade to a room with sea view, a beautiful view from the balcony. A convenient whatsapp chat, any request was immediately accepted. There were rainy days, and I had to order a buggy many times a day through an assistant, which is very convenient via chat. Good sports programs, thanks a lot to Vladislav! There were no questions about nutrition, there were a lot of things (except seafood) and a beautiful presentation. There's just an endless selection of vegetable dishes, it's cool. Great hotel ❤️ Thank you for the care and attention from every employee.

The territory of the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Some olive trees and an island where you can always take a walk are a separate topic for admiration! The food is varied, lamb is very tasty, but I have never eaten such spicy food in any hotel in Turkey. On the third day, heartburn began. Hot pepper is found in almost all prepared dishes and snacks. The room with a sea view smelled of sewage, and not immediately, but on the 4th day of our vacation. When asked what happened, the assistant just threw up her hands. In general, assistants don't bother much, but they ask you to write good reviews. They can forget about an elementary request. The hotel is not cheap, and we would like better service. We will not return exactly to this hotel, although there are very beautiful views and the sea.

We stopped here to celebrate our honeymoon, and we didn't miss out. They also congratulated us at the reception and made a great room upgrade — thank you for taking such care, it was very pleasant. Food and drinks: the cuisine is very tasty, the portions are decent, there are many different cafes/ restaurants on site, and the bar menu has a huge selection — excellent cocktails, you can try something new every evening. Location and views: the views are just great! At the same time, the location is convenient: the center of Bodrum is only 15 minutes away by taxi (the trip costs about 1000 liras). Entertainment: the infrastructure is rich. A spa with a hammam and sauna is what you need for relaxation, but if you want to be active, there is also a large selection of sports activities (you won't get bored).

We spent the May holidays in Rixos premium bodrum, stayed in a room after renovation 119m. What can I say: 1. The room is a little tired, but everything is functioning, nothing is falling off. The bedding and the quality of the bed linen are at a good level. All rooms face the sea. Great veranda 2. The restaurant has been renovated, the atmosphere is very pleasant, but the food is strange for a premium hotel.It's like being in the top five, there's nothing unusual. Good quality food, no frills. Surprisingly, there were no strawberries at all.The desserts in the restaurant and in Godiva are the same. 3. The territory is large, it is very pleasant to walk.It's naturally beautiful, not because the gardeners work day and night. Gorgeous sea in this place, the water is lovely) 4. The staff is not bad, the room was well cleaned, there were no problems in the restaurant either. But there was no special attention.… Bottom line: the hotel is not very premium, but pleasant😂Maybe it wasn't the season (but the price was "good"), maybe something else. If we go again, it will only be for the sake of the nature of this place.

It was 13.04-20.04. I really liked the hotel. The cuisine is excellent, there was a salmon steak on the grill every day and a selection of meat (lamb, chicken, beef), upon request, the guys prepared the roasts we wanted. 🔥Everything was always delicious QR codes on the beach have always worked here, unlike a couple of previous hotels in Bodrum. The staff at bars and restaurants is generally very attentive and caring. They are not afraid and approach themselves, this is again in comparison with some hotels. We took a standard room, it was very old, the water in the shower cabin does not go away completely due to the countercyclone, but cleaning always brought the water🙂 This makes the room very humid and there is a smell. In general, everything is trending here. - Several pools, cold, but beautiful - The hotel is located close to both the city and the airport - A huge selection of drinks: alcoholic, second-hand, hot, cold, fruit, etc. Alcohol is excellent, a huge variety of alcoholic cocktails, not basic, but with interesting combinations - The food in the restaurants is very tasty, although the choice is small. The territory has its own pastry shop and the desserts there are great! Not the basic strange cakes with impregnation, but really high-quality cakes, pastries, cakes, sweets and handmade chocolate, about 10 types of ice cream - Wi-Fi is good everywhere, you can go into the woods and stay in touch there. Disadvantages of the hotel - the staff has a very strange awareness of the hotel. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, but very often we were misinformed when we asked. For example, we asked for the opening time of a spa, the opening hours of an institution, the principle of operation of a children's club, and we were never provided with the correct information. It's strange that the administration doesn't know the basic things about the place where it works. As a result, we almost always arrived at the wrong time or went to the wrong place at all until we figured it out ourselves. - We had to catch cleaning to get our room cleaned. They do not respond to the cleaning buttons. We could not be in the room all day, turn on the button that we need cleaning and the room was not cleaned in the evening, or wash one part of the room, and leave the second bedroom and shower as it is - The child swam for two days in the children's pool-water park, the territory is under the supervision of the girl's lifeguard. The lifeguard girl, who perfectly saw our son swimming on all the slides, only on the second day of our bathing decided to inform us that this was a technical launch of the rides, you can't swim there, all the water is with chemicals. There were no warning signs or ribbons covering the area. The situation occurred on 04/20/2026 at about 10:30 a.m. (you can check the cameras for accuracy). Perfectly! I've been silent for two days, and now I've decided to let you know I do not exclude that all the disadvantages are solely due to the start of the season and the new staff, who have not yet had time to fully settle in. Overall, we were satisfied with the rest. Thanks to Vadim for his help in solving all the shortcomings and resolving the situation with the children's pool.

I feel very ambivalent after a week's rest in May 2026. The hotel is not cheap, but it does not reach the level of its cost. Perhaps it was out of season, so the service was so-so, and the water in the pool was poorly warmed (it was cool outside), and the beach was not clean, and the choice of food was limited for a hotel of this level. The only thing I'll give you a solid 5 for is the territory. There is a place to walk, lots of greenery, like the whole area of Bodrum, a beautiful manicured island in 5 minutes and on the territory. We were with my wife in early April, we stayed in several hotels in different cities, this hotel was the last on the list. The trip was within the framework of my Dr. What you liked about the hotel: - beautiful location. The coastline, not far from Bodrum - 20 minutes by car and you are in the center of a big city with all the consequences; - architecture, zoning. The large territory of the plot allows the use of low 2 - 3-storey buildings, both separate buildings and individual villas. There are several restaurants, children's areas, and even a small island where you can walk - there is a bridge there. If I'm not mistaken, the hotel is about 20 years old, so all the landings are already adults and the territory looks thoughtful and finished. - numbers. We stayed in the room after renovation, it looks pretty fresh, with a beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. What I didn't like and why I gave it 3 stars: - food. The savings were clearly felt, perhaps due to the low season, but there are also questions about the assortment. They sometimes served red fish for breakfast, which is strange for a hotel of this level. There were no problems with egg dishes, but you won't find any bacon or sausages, which is strange for a hotel where the British are vacationing. My question about this has remained unanswered. The waiter said that this is a consequence of the Muslim country, but this does not prevent alcohol from being served, and other hotels in Turkey do not experience such a problem. For lunch and dinner, tomatoes were served only sliced, and for some reason, cherry tomatoes were served only for breakfast. There was no seafood, there was fish. Baklava is really a Turkish delicacy, only cheap pistachio (there was no green) was choked. Orange juice for breakfast was served already sour, i.e. stale despite the fact that it is not freshly squeezed, but ordinary packaged. At the same time, in Turkey, the season and the cost of oranges are cheap, they fall from trees right in the cities, and premium varieties on the market cost no more than 60 rubles per kilogram. There were no strawberries, although the season had already begun, and they cost no more than 400 rubles per kg on the market. The set of fruits, in principle, was quite modest. - cutlery. An employee was called in and had to argue through the prescriptions and prove that he was broken, and not just disconnected. It was fixed, but the lights went off several more times. As I wrote at the beginning, I had a doctor a couple of days before moving into this hotel, but the hotel did not congratulate me in any way, which is strange for a Turkish hotel. I reminded the manager about this, they said they had no information about my doctor. Of course, they don't see my passport when they check in). Resume. Drinks are delivered to the sun beds instantly. I took a booth on the beach a couple of times (convenient and private). We got into a period when there were practically no guests in the hotel and it was very comfortable. An electric car will take you to any point. The restaurants are decent, there are porridges, delicious steaks, soups (even borscht), pasta dishes and excellent desserts. The Rixiclub (children's club), as in the entire chain of these hotels, is spacious. The room was not renovated, but the view from the balcony is not bad. Then, as a result of negotiations, our room was replaced with a luxury suite. They clean up quickly. Audibility, like everywhere else, you sneeze - you're welcome from neighbors on all sides. Of the cons: The children's animation is weak, the rest of the entertainment is singers and musicians in two locations. The wine that is included in all restaurants is Turkish only. But there is a decent paid alternative to eating a variety of honey in the morning, and they don't put it out for dinner (although it's a must have for cheeses). There are no free visits in a la carte restaurants (although there were in other hotels). There are clearly not enough showers and changing rooms both by the pool and on the beach. I had to ask to fix the locks that were broken. The latch wasn't fixed on the beach because the door was sagging. Well, it's a shame that when you swim with a mask, you see not only funny fish, but garbage that has clearly been lying at the bottom of the bay for a long time. Is it really a problem to hire one scuba diver and put it all together? The managers in the chat immediately shot a lot of questions and there are no questions about their work, only compliments, but if the service was at its best and corresponded to the 5* level, then there would be no questions for the managers. We stayed at this hotel with a young man. It was one of the first incredible hotels where you didn't have to think about anything: tea/coffee/water in the room./soda / juice – for any occasion; The main cafe is open for four meals a day, you can even have a snack at night, until 3:00! The 24-hour lobby bar was full of lemonades in the morning and delicious cocktails in the evening. And the views... the views are something! There are greenery, mountains, and clean air all around. Despite the fact that we were vacationing in October and it was already "not the beach season", we enjoyed basking on the beach, which was a 3–minute walk from the room. I liked the hotel. Our room (we took 2+1, one large bed and one small one) was upgraded free of charge to a room with two bedrooms and a living room. I would like to emphasize sports activities separately. We went to sapsurfing/rowing classes 10 times in 12 days :) We played tennis in the early morning (which, surprisingly, was free), we attended sound therapy sessions, mat yoga, fly yoga, trampoline classes, pilates, water aerobics on bicycles. I liked the attitude of the coaches. And I saw how they can adapt the program depending on the guests present at the class. 5. If you have problems with insomnia, you should definitely try this hotel to get better. Even after an 8-hour night's sleep, I constantly fell asleep during the day: on the beach, on a sun lounger by the pool, and once even in the Godiva cafe :) The air, full of oxygen, and the calm atmosphere did their job. The last time I slept so well was 20 years ago.
