The solution to the problem was to say that the client came at the wrong time. According to their rules, 20 minutes is late. At the set time, even within the limits of being late, the masters were not in the studio. Terrible attitude to solving the problem, not the fault of the client. It seems to be a normal studio, but the service is excellent. - payment in cash directly into the hands of the master. Before blaming a customer who arrived on time, look at your service and buy yourself a cash register. There is no longer any desire to go there after this incident. In a word, it's pal.
