And I'll add more. The room is very dirty and not cleaned, the hairdresser's jacket is covered in hair (not mine) and there is something sticky and smelly under the jacket. I'm just shocked by what I had to go through in this barbershop, and especially from the "work" of Tatiana Yuriev Ageev (a short-haired black-haired woman with a full build). I came here with a young man hoping for a high-quality haircut and a pleasant time, but instead I was faced with real rudeness and unprofessionalism. During the haircut, I noticed that the back of my head was crooked. Since my boyfriend couldn't see what was happening from behind, I decided to ask him if this was normal. In response, Tatiana abruptly began to be rude, claiming that he had a "crooked skull," which made the haircut look different from what she wanted. She even started poking at the back of his head with her fingers, insulting him instead of offering a solution to the problem. When I tried to express my doubts, she started shouting at me to come over and try to cut it myself. When I refused, she continued to yell, demanding that I watch her poke her fingers into the back of my boyfriend's head.When I asked her not to raise her voice at me, she started shouting even more.This was completely unacceptable! Her aggressive behavior and dismissive attitude towards our remarks just shocked me. Instead of listening and offering help, she continued to raise her voice and ignore our requests. I was amazed at how you can talk to customers like that! In addition, the conditions in the cabin leave much to be desired. The workplace was dirty, and there was hair and dust everywhere. I couldn't believe that a place like this would allow such an attitude towards customers. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this barbershop. It is better to spend time looking for a real professional than to face such ugliness and rudeness. Don't let yourself go through such humiliation — look for the best!
