Located perfectly. The first line of the sea. Although the hotel is 3 stars, but the service is very decent. Daily cleaning, slippers, water, tea, coffee in the room. Inspectors come for the staff and ask about the quality of services. There is a heated swimming pool. There is a restaurant and a bar on site. In general, the hotel is higher than 3 stars. One disadvantage : there is a large construction site nearby . There is a terrible roar. Although they give out earplugs, it's very noisy during the day.

We really liked the hotel. It's even difficult to write any cons. The rooms are simple and small, but clean, there is everything you need (there are no bathrobes, but this did not cause any special problems). The food is delicious, the staff is polite, the bay is nearby. Drinking water and towels are provided free of charge. The pool is warm and clean. The sun beds are in excellent condition. And the hotel itself is very stylish, pleasantly located. The bus runs free of charge according to the schedule to the metro and to the Dubai Mall and back. But in principle, it is not expensive to take a taxi (20 dirhams) to the Dubai Mall. You can walk across the beach to the Lagoon (it's beautiful there, there are restaurants and another beach). Great hotel! We recommend it.

A stylish and comfortable hotel with a private beach equipped with sun loungers. At the time of my stay on the coastline, reconstruction was underway, so the beach is small and there is nowhere to get away from it (there used to be a delightful pedestrian zone with restaurants). As soon as the reconstruction is completed, it should become a great place for family living.

I really liked the hotel, small, very cozy, its own beach with a huge number of sun beds and sports entertainment, light, without pathos, high quality. Super hotel.
The location is great. Burj Khalifa is 10 minutes away by taxi, while a private beach with sun beds is a rarity for Dubai. A beautiful embankment with restaurants.
The hotel, though 3 *, is new and fresh. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The staff is at the highest level. Funny cool, always help.
Breakfast is a fairy tale. Varied and delicious.
Territory. Small but comfortable, there is a magnificent sitting area with a fireplace area and sea views.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is beyond praise (except for the food, it is just 3 stars).
There are comfortable large sun beds and towels on the beach, unlimited water, all this without payment, which is rare for the UAE.
To the metro, Dubai mall and back there is a transfer from the hotel, very convenient.
The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable.
The location is gorgeous, there is a place to go even on foot.
There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they help with any question.
If it wasn't for the construction site, despite the scarcity and monotony of the menu, I would have put five plus!!!!
They said that the construction site is for a year / a half, take into account this moment!

A good hotel chain, we had previously visited Dubai Marina and Seawalk, and were pleasantly surprised by the pleasant rooms and infrastructure. This time the choice fell on La Mayor. A comfortable cool little beach with nice sun beds, a pool larger than the others that we visited. For a holiday with children, it is probably a better choice. You can walk along the shore, and about an hour and a half walk to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa, if you don't want to wait for the bus.
We checked in with half board, in this format you have a buffet + one dish and a drink from the menu (in a regular boarding house, like 2 dishes, but this is not accurate =)) and if everything is OK with breakfast, then the buffet dinner is quite a bit, there are several Russian-speaking administrators and waiters in the hotel. In general, everything is super.
What I didn't like. Firstly, without warning and without really explaining the reasons, the Hotel stopped giving a choice of a dish from the menu for dinner, adding 1 side dish and some kind of additive to the buffet, saying that there are a lot of visitors, now so. But for the money, of course, you can choose what you want. As a result, for me personally, dinner without a dish from the menu became useless. And it turned out when we came from a walk hungry and instead of the burger I wanted to order, they told me to live rice... they didn't make much of a row. Appeals to waiters and administrators did not lead to anything.
The second thing I didn't like was that the room key cards didn't work in one elevator, and the call button is one and you're like a fool waiting for someone to come and leave, it wasn't fixed during the entire placement.
The third is a bus to Dubai Mall, other hotels had excellent comfortable black buses, there was some junk right there.
The fourth is that the drivers of these buses seem to be carrying firewood, you may well end up in the air on speed bumps and hit something, partly this is due to point 3.
Fifth, the construction around the hotel, the hotel of course issued earplugs, but I would like to know about the construction around the hotel before buying tickets.
Sixth, during the eviction, we were asked for feedback, where we listed the items above. There were of course more claims, but these are already personal pens. In response to this, we were told that a voucher for a free one-day trip would be sent to the post office. In general, I don't really want to, but nevertheless, of course, no one sent anything.
As a result, La Mer for me personally turned out to be the fly in the ointment of the Rove network in Dubai. In contrast to the rest of Rove, something like that. But in general, the place is normal.

Great hotel. The first line, its own beach. Friendly staff who will always help. There are Russian-speaking guys.
A small area with tables, a swimming pool (shallow).
The rooms are simple, but everything you need is there. There are teapots and tea/coffee/sugar sets. Cleaning every day, change of linen - I don't know. If the room has a view of the pool, then a panorama of skyscrapers is visible.
Meals, if taken separately, are expensive (you can use the menu for an extra.fee, you can pay 105aed/person for a buffet) For breakfast there are always salads, porridge (oatmeal), pastries, fruits.
There is also a construction site nearby (but it does not interfere, and it will end sooner or later)

We had a rest at the beginning of May 2023, a good hotel, obviously not for three. The room is clean, tea and coffee sets are replenished constantly. Polite and helpful staff. The hotel is located right on the beach, gives out an inorganic amount of beach towels. The breakfasts are excellent, the udines are a little more modest, but fresh and delicious. There is a free hotel bus to the center, several times a day, according to the schedule. I definitely recommend it!

I rested in this hotel for 5 days. I have only super positive emotions left. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. First line, sun beds and umbrellas. Heated swimming pool. A varied breakfast (we only had breakfast). The location is very convenient.
Of the temporary nuances, there is a construction site nearby, but it does not interfere much. But for those who are fixated on silence, it is better of course to choose another option. The price-quality ratio is excellent! I recommend it!

We visited this hotel with our daughter in April. I really liked the hotel. Proximity to the sea, cleanliness, novelty, convenient location, diligent staff. Special thanks to the guys at the reception Denis and Ksenia. Many have already written that there is a construction site on the beach, but this is really a temporary discomfort. It is better to take rooms in the other direction from the pool. The view is even more beautiful and quieter there. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous. Lunch and dinner were not tried. Be careful with taxi drivers in Dubai. This seems to be a universal problem there. They try to inflate, wring prices (if without an application) and roll around in a circle, thinking that we don't think anything at all. Many thanks to the hotel for everything!!! I've been to the hotel three times. In the previous 2 years, everything was fine: the hotel, infrastructure, staff. At 23, there is one disappointment. The construction site is 360 degrees around. Dust, concrete, rumble. Crowds of Russians. 95% in the hotel. Naturally, everything turned into Anapa with the occupation of sun beds and the lack of places for breakfast. The hotel itself is still standing, but sometimes the water does not go, because it does not cope, apparently. The air conditioning is fine. There is nowhere to go, because everything that was on the beach is closed for 5 km. There's a construction site there. The beach at the hotel remained 100 meters, then the construction site. There are crowds in the pool. This year I do not recommend this hotel, judging by the site of the neighboring construction site, it will last until 2025.

The hotel is very, very nice! There is everything you need for a beach holiday, as well as just for an overnight stay. There was a guy at the reception who spoke a little Russian. They help with any questions. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is very clean. From mini needs: earplugs, tea, coffee bags (not delicious), pasteurized cream, a kettle, a hair dryer, a carafe of water, a vacuum cleaner, toothbrushes and paste (a tube of two centimeters), shower gel, shampoo, a thousand towels and slippers. By the way, someone wrote in the reviews that there is a very short cord on the hair dryer, this is not so, there is a cord like in vacuum cleaners, it is drawn into the hair dryer itself, you just need to pull). On the territory of the hotel there is a cooled swimming pool, a beach and all sorts of game pranks (giant chess, volleyball court, table tennis). Bottled water is distributed free of charge throughout the hotel.
For someone, the construction site around the hotel may be a serious disadvantage. I'll say this. At night we didn't hear her at all, you can hear her outside the hotel, but not too loud, which causes discomfort. Personally, we didn't pay attention to her at all. Of the minuses, this is probably the only one.
By transfer. Every day a bus rides, minute by minute, to the Mall and back, makes a stop at the metro station.
When choosing a hotel, be sure to calculate your entertainment trips, because sometimes we had to go very far, we took a taxi. By Russian standards, taxis are very expensive, even municipal ones with a meter. From the Mall to the hotel 25 dirhams. And this distance is small, 20 minutes away. It also happened that we paid 70 dirhams from Marina Beach.
The hotel charges a tourist fee of $ 17, it is not refundable.

I am surprised by so many good reviews. But it's true!
We got a room with a view of the construction site and the Gulf of Oman. The construction site on our side was not active, it did not interfere. In fact, the construction site is all around there. I got in the way only once on the beach out of 7 days.
Service: room cleaning is excellent, ready to clean every day, without reminders.
They forget to bring water, or tea bags, or towels, but even 2 bottles are brought on the call.
Beach: sun beds are available, soft, additionally provide towels, spf 30 cream and after sunburn. Entertainment ping-pong, badminton, bags, volleyball, a screen with broadcast/video in an open-air cafe, ice cream, cocktails. We didn't swim in the pool, we swam in the water in the bay every day! Although the weather was +22+24. Needle fish swim near the stones.
Food: we only took breakfast. There is something to eat. Porridge, scrambled eggs, an addition to all this, sausage, cheese are different to choose from. There are a lot of different greens. A slide with fruits, a slide with bread, a slide with buns, many different toppings, tea, 3 coffee machines, 3 types of juices.
We took lasagna for dinner and fish and French fries separately.
Cocktails 3 pieces, beer, wine to choose from. And so on.
Staff: friendly, English and Russian speaking at the reception.
The location is convenient: walking to Dubai pier for the sake of interest took 1.5 hours - a walk. The bus is free to the Museum of the Future and Dubai Mall every 2 hours, the schedule is at the exit.
The rooms are not big, it was cozy together. There is enough of everything. The hair dryer is in the bedside table. Sockets without adapters, those came up to our usual RF plugs.
