Excellent location on the shore. There is no territory of its own, just a swimming pool and that's it. The beach has its own piece of nothing fenced: anyone can come and settle down with towels just like that. The food is good, but an incomprehensible system with dinners. The hotel restaurant accepts guests for dinner and some tables are either occupied or not. Somewhere there is a reserve sign, somewhere there is not, but it is occupied. We were at this hotel in April 2021. If it would be possible to put 10, I would.
Briefly pros and cons:
+ new hotel
+ great beach
+ delicious A La Carte food
+ high-level service
+ infrastructure (restaurants, shops nearby)
+ gorgeous views of the sea and the city
+ to the center 15 minutes by taxi
+ 30-40 minutes to the airport
- small room
- little entertainment for children
Food:
We got to the "A la Carte". The level of serving, as in a good restaurant, was very tasty. By the end of the holiday, a buffet was opened, but we continued to order from the A la Carte menu. The child was given free fresh juice for dinner, although it was not included (only water and soda).
Staff:
Very responsive and friendly, any issue is resolved quickly. The service level is 4-5 stars. thank you!
Number:
It's really small, but we (2+1) had enough. The sofa unfolds into a full-fledged single bed (see photo).
Beach:
There were always enough sunbeds. If the staff sees that towels have been lying on the sun beds for a long time, they clean them, I think this is the right decision. The entry into the sea is excellent, the child was 2.5 years old could not be pulled out.
Infrastructure:
There are a lot of restaurants nearby, we went there for lunch (there will be a good discount from the hotel), there are shops within walking distance and a small shopping center (15-20 minutes on foot). The center is very convenient to get to, by taxi to Dubai Mall about 15 minutes.
Price:
At the time of the trip, it was the equivalent of a good 4-ki or even 5-ki in the center of Dubai or in the nearest resort cities (such as Sharjah or Ajman). Now (the end of summer 2021) they say the price tag for this hotel has grown.
In the photo: the view from the room (we had a view of the city, but the sea was also visible), a sofa laid out, lunch that was brought upon check-in (there was no strength to go to the restaurant), breakfast.
The most important assessment: would come back again - yes, definitely yes!

Overall a very nice, new hotel. The staff is trained. There are always Russian-speaking girls at the reception, there will be no problems with the language. The waiters also speak Russian in the restaurant. The food is varied, everything is very tasty. However, in the evenings when there is a large load in the restaurant, the waiters carry the order for a long time. A couple of times they brought dishes in the style of "get off the bad life", it seems that it was already in use)). And in general, I repeat, everything is fine. Yes, the hotel has its own beach, sun beds, towels are free. Have a good rest to all!!!

The very case when I was looking for copper, but I found gold!
The hotel is 3 stars, but do not rush to judge only by these parameters
Pros:
Location - 1st line of the beach, private deck chairs, beautiful view from the hotel and the hotel
Service - part of the staff - Russian-speaking guys, always ready to help, prompt, liked everything very much
The rooms are clean, comfortable, without too much chic
The interior is surfer themed, creating a relaxed atmosphere
Food : there were breakfasts and dinners - an excellent choice, there was a strain only with drinks - detox water, tea and coffee, little juice
Minuses:
We received a positive PCR test, and 10 out of 12 days we were quarantined in the room
Thanks to the staff for bringing breakfast and dinner to the room.
Thanks to Yana, Evgenia and all the Russian-speaking staff for their help in overcoming 10 days of isolation.
I will return to the hotel only when the policy of forced quarantine ends, even with the highest level of antibodies.
Upon returning to Russia, they passed PCR - the result was negative. As well as when leaving the country.
