The man at the reception, Erhan, is very rude. We checked in for three nights and wished we had chosen another hotel. The people at the reception are rude and impolite, only their assistants were kind. The water was selectively turned off in the room every morning, it takes you by surprise when you don't plan for this time. The sofas are stained, the towels are very washed and are no longer white but gray. Three-course breakfasts. And when we were evicted, they told us that we were drinking juice from the mini-bar, we didn't even open the refrigerator. When you say that you didn't touch anything, they start being rude and rude to you. I highly do not recommend this hotel

Never again! The rooms are smoky, small, the furniture is old, dilapidated, we were with a child, we were given a room with a view of the courtyard of some restaurant. We thought, okay, we're going to spend the night. In the evening, a concert began in the restaurant, the music rumbles so that it is impossible to fall asleep, even with the window closed. We asked the reception to change the room, because the child cannot sleep, to which we were told that there is one room with an additional fee. Other guests came up, the manager asked them to wait and switched to them, and then solemnly declared that there were no available rooms. And he can't do anything, he refused to call the senior manager to solve our problem and said that the concert would end by midnight, i.e. a 3-year-old child after the flight should wait until midnight when the concert ends and then go to bed.
