We rested there with my daughter at the end of June. It is wonderful, despite the already hot weather and some features of the summer provision of services by hotels. I really want to mention the wonderful work of the hotel management in the person of Aigel and Quentin. They were able to close all the unpleasant moments that arose during their stay at the hotel. I advise all tourists who have difficult situations to contact them, I am sure they will help 200%! The rest really left pleasant and warm memories, especially on these rainy evenings)

The service and staff are 10 out of 10, but the hotel is already tired of pumping such volumes of tourists. The food is the same year after year (it was on May holidays for three years in a row), mashed avocado and meat - everything is there, a good base. On the beach, instead of cooola, now no name is poured sanskrit (the beginning of the end :)). For holidays with family and children, this is the best place in Jumeirah (beach, green area, location).

Either the reviews below are not about this hotel or they have been corrected. The hotel is wonderful - a wide and large beach, lots of sun beds, delicious and high-quality products. All restaurants are solid 5-. Wonderful staff. And many many other advantages. Cons: slowly bring needs and orders to the room. Otherwise, the UAE is an ideal option. I think that's the best option (we've been to a lot of places in 5*)

Jumeirah in printsyp Vip vacation. All hotels deserve high praise, where you need to visit, at least once in your life. It can't be described in a few lines at all, it's a benchmark with which you then begin to compare all other hotels and find disadvantages. I would say, having rested in Jumeirah, you will mentally begin to advise employees in other places where the staff does not reach the Vip level.

Of course I love this hotel, but for the 5 times that I came here, I was cheated 5 times with bills for additional services. Every time there is an extra breakfast in the bill, then alcohol that I don't drink at all! That ice cream. The last time I poked the bill in their face and demanded a refund of $ 500. In the end, they said that we would return it automatically to the card. They were returned 8 months after the second visit and repeated handling of checks and the question where is the money! So the only thing I recommend is to pay immediately everywhere and carefully check the bills in advance when leaving the hotel.
