In August 2025, our long-awaited trip to Bulgaria with the Global Travel agency took place. A round-trip bus tour with an excursion program was announced (if possible). The return route has changed, there was an airfare + a regular bus. The overall impression of the tour is very warm, like the Black Sea! The tour was more than budget friendly, the hotel was 3 stars. With our modest budget, we traveled with certain goals (rest at sea, sun, beach, change of scenery), so our mood for rest was important. And we were positive. We liked the modest, monotonous breakfasts (omelet, boiled sausage, lots of tomatoes and cucumbers, hot cocoa, peach/nectarine- what else could be tastier for breakfast?!), the lack of excursions along the route was compensated by the desire to get to the sea as soon as possible and comfortable seating on the bus. Alina, who accompanied the group, was friendly, patient, open-minded, and answered thousands of our questions. I also liked the modest hotel room. The main thing was that there was an air conditioner, a dryer on the balcony (!), and a refrigerator in the room. Clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool nearby. We crossed the border super-fast on the way to Bulgaria! The agency came up with a "knight's move", and we didn't have to wait in line for several days, which is a big plus! But returning home on a regular bus was not very comfortable. I had to wait several hours for all the passengers who were stuck at the security check. If the bus was an excursion bus, the process of crossing the border would be faster. As far as I understand, the route is relatively new, so there were some delays on the way back (air + bus). I would like to note the work of the agency's staff, who instantly resolved the situations that arose (after arriving in Warsaw, the group deposited the luggage, we had free time, and the employee promptly resolved the issue of baggage payment, the agency paid for the storage). The agency was in touch with the group via messenger. Clear instructions from Alyona's manager, no hidden fees, all amounts were paid clearly (everything that was specified in the program), assistance in obtaining a visa. The only thing is, we had to pay extra for the luggage on the plane on the way back. There was an overlay with the baggage format (the company offered one baggage option, later it turned out that it was possible to arrange another type of baggage, cheaper for us, but it was too late). Recommendation: do not hesitate to ask questions to the manager. It seemed to me that I had asked a lot of them, but as it turned out, the important thing was still missing. Drivers Dmitry and Alexey: they were always in a cheerful mood, helped us load our luggage, and delivered us safely along serpentines and narrow roads. It was stated that the hotel would have Wi-Fi, but it only worked at the reception. We found a way out: we connected a local SIM card. As a result: we are rested, bought up, tanned, and we managed to change the situation. We were determined to have a great vacation. I really enjoyed my vacation in Bulgaria: warm shallow sea, sandy beach, many shops and cafes near the hotel. Global Travel, thank you for our restored nerves

The guys make their dreams come true! We traveled with Global Travel to Paris in November 2025. A bus to Poland and then a plane to Paris. They also received visas with them. The dates of submission to the embassy were postponed several times, but it did not depend on them. The work with documents is clearly and organized. All papers are checked before submission and recommended how to fix them so that everything meets the requirements of the embassy. The submission itself took a maximum of an hour for all 40 people. The trip exceeded all our expectations. The bus is comfortable, it is only 3 years old from the release date. It is pleasant to drive even for older people. Accompanying Tatiana made the trip as organized and hassle-free as possible. She patiently explained and reminded me of all the pressing issues. Thanks to her, we managed everything and were not late anywhere. A visit to Paris caused almost childish delight. Elena, a guide in Paris, showed the city so subtly and artistically that we are still under this impression. Thanks to Elena, we have recorded many books and films about Paris, which we watch and read with pleasure. Paris is beautiful at any time of the year!
