I went on a tour with this tour operator on 01-09.05.2026 in the Alps of Switzerland and France. Everything is clear and understandable, which makes it possible to relax and trust the professionals. I can't help but mention the drivers who helped us a lot with our luggage, were polite and friendly. I travel a lot, but I have never seen such an attitude from drivers before. I would also like to mention Alexander, our escort. I do not know how he does it, but he is able to find the positive in every situation and direct people in the right direction. I wanted to listen to his stories non-stop, I admire his ability to bypass sharp corners and be so positive and kind. When choosing a travel agency, it is important to feel the professionalism and teamwork of the team in order to enjoy the surrounding beauty and not stress. This trip was exactly like that, thanks to a good organization and an excellent team of professionals.

We went on an Italy bus tour with a seaside vacation in Liguria. We were satisfied with the rest, everything was clear from the booking stage. We went to the bus for the first time, and we did not lose by choosing a freelance tourist. The head of the group, Anna, had everything clearly planned, in each city we had enough free time (for food, shopping, walking) on the road, I turned on good movies, music, told interesting facts, in general everything was comfortable!a great leader!!! The tour program was interesting, the transit hotels were clean, it was quite normal for one night's stay, and the hotel on the coast, despite the fact that it was a 3*, was also not bad. We got a lot of emotions and impressions!!!✨

I went on the tour "Italian voyage and 3 days in Rome" from 04/10/26 to 04/18/26 with the Vneshinturist travel agency. There were mixed feelings from the tour itself. I think I'll start with the positive. The tour itself is interesting, there is a great opportunity to visit unusual Naples and charming Sorrento. I liked the excursions in Wroclaw (which was not announced in the program, but was offered additionally), Rome, Verona and Naples, special thanks for the guides in these cities: excellent information. The drivers are professionals in their field: it was safe and fast to drive, and they helped with loading and unloading luggage. And that's it... of the negative points, I note the following: 1) the bus. A comfortable bus is listed on the travel agency's website, but there is no smell of it. Very cramped and uncomfortable. With my height (165cm), it was catastrophically uncomfortable for me (I'm already silent about what people taller than me were), my knees couldn't fit, and if the person sitting in front of me lowered the seat, I had to sit diagonally, which interfered with my neighbor. The stops were 15-20 minutes each, and that's for 56 people! Not only does everyone have to go to the bathroom, but many more want to shop for the road. Then they also adjusted it. Lack of sufficient outlets. It has long been provided for in modern and comfortable buses, unlike this bus. Apparently, the travel agency had the task of taking as many people as possible (and that's 56 people) rather than thinking about a comfortable trip for its tourists. 2) hotels. The Polish hotel (Folwark Książęcy***) is something with something. Tourists who arrived after a day on the road planned to wash and relax. As a result, the hotel had a boiler system. Those who had time to wash in hot water (and these are few) did it, everyone else waited or washed in cold water. How can you book a hotel with such a system when you are carrying 56 people!!! Such quality can be expected from Italian hotels, but not from Polish ones. The only thing I want to mention is the hotel in the Czech Republic (Hotel Voro) and the last hotel in Italy (Hotel Villa Alighieri). If Czech hotels are always about convenience and coziness, then you usually don't expect this from Italian hotels, but this hotel pleasantly surprised you! The room (including toilet) is spacious, there is a place to turn around. Breakfast is like a buffet, but in the style of Italy and even better. 3) the accompanying Svetlana. This is some kind of misunderstanding. I've never traveled with such an escort before. Tedious and lengthy presentation of information. There's a lot of talking, praising yourself, and a lot of advertising about other tours. I believe that information should be provided in a measured manner and locally. We learned a lot about her personal life and her opinion about religion. She repeated some unnecessary information 3 times, but as for IMPORTANT information (for example, the time of departure) was constantly changing: one thing on the bus, another in the messenger. When people asked for geolocation, she felt it necessary to comment "navigate by buildings," "why do you need," "not everyone has the Internet." And there were a lot of such comments on the trip. When asked to turn down the microphone (or film), there were people who would like to relax after the hotel, but headphones/earplugs did not save in such a situation - it was ignored more than once. After the refusal to purchase additional excursions, her attitude changed dramatically towards each refused tourist. This is especially true of Verona Lake. The Garda/Sirmione. The program states that Verona is included in the package, and oz.The Garda/Sirmione at will, which we pass along the route anyway and make a stop there. Since I had already been to Sermion, I refused an additional tour, deciding to manage my time differently, as I told Svetlana. Immediately, the attitude changed in a negative direction. At first, it was proposed to pay the tax. What kind of tax is unclear when all taxes are paid at the hotels and not on the way. She did not immediately disclose the amount of tax, and only the next day she said that such a tax was 10 € (which is half of the tour itself). It is not clear what it is based on. As a result, I didn't pay anything, but the phrase "how convenient it is not to pay" was thrown. This is the first time I've encountered such neglect and negativity from a chaperone. As far as I know, there were many experienced tourists in the group, for whom the escort spoiled the impression of the tour. I travel very often on bus tours and tours of Italy, there is something to compare it with. I expected a higher quality of services from a Freelance tourist, as many say, but in fact it is no different from other travel agencies.
