I am writing from the point of view of a tourist. Another iconic restaurant that is a must-visit. The chic interiors and rich decoration seem to hint at the amount of the check, but strangely enough, you can eat and drink here quite on a budget (and not on a budget, too). The dishes are large and good. The kitchen did not surprise (like Krasnoyarsk), but left a pleasant impression. I really liked the staff (not an example of another iconic rotating place) - excellent knowledge of the menu without any peeping - without changing the graceful counter, the waiter will tell you everything about any dish and the composition and combinations and drinks. We were a big group, everyone appreciated it. We quickly accepted the order and served everything quite quickly, there was no feeling of "well, where are you already there?", despite the number of people. It's not a problem to make separate accounts. There's nothing to take off the star for. I will be in Astana - I will definitely come back.

We came to this restaurant at the invitation of friends from Astana. The luxurious interior with a national twist, live pleasant music create the atmosphere of an oriental fairy tale. The work of the waiters is impeccable - they arranged a food theater for us with a story about each dish. Prices for the bar and cuisine are higher than other popular restaurants in Astana, but privacy and attitude to guests are captivating. We had a pleasant evening at QUAZAQ, thank you 🙏

This is a fusion of Kazakh cuisine with elements of haute cuisine, but I'll be honest with you. For 10 days, Astana has been the most unimpressive place so far. We definitely expected more. Of the advantages, the friendly and attentive staff, but the kitchen is far from high, just ordinary dishes in a reduced size. I do not mind the high price tag, but only when it is justified, unfortunately, it is not here. It's not enough to decorate a dish with micro greenery to be called haute cuisine and double the price tag)))

All the dishes correspond to the photos on the website, the soup is delicious (even for a person who does not like dairy, it made an impression and positive emotions), the second dishes and the drink also command respect for the cook. The price tag is high compared to the nearest places, but this is a RESTAURANT, not a cafe, and worthy of visiting both tourists and locals, for those who appreciate hospitality, national dishes, combined with serving. Very positive emotions after the visit.

I really liked the restaurant.
I've been to a lot of different Michelins and so on, so the view is good. Well done here, and the kitchen, and the service.
Dishes with soul, intricate, interesting presentation, high-quality ingredients. Very pleasant live music, well-designed interior.
Really high Kazakh cuisine is for gourmets who enjoy both eyes and stomach.

To add organizational moments to this (which Kazakhs always lack), tighten the moment of maintaining the condition of the object (correct scuffs and defects in the operation process, organize a waiting queue for the elevator with special fences) + increase the exposure size (use lower floors} and it would be exactly 5!

- Smoked tongue of the Altai maral with babaganush and barley milk.
- Terrine of baked vegetables with warm omyrtka fillet.
- Young lamb loin with garden pea puree and Zhusan sauce.
- Cherry sorbet with lime and coconut.
The restaurant is 5 stars, but there are wishes:
- do not take out hot dishes at the same time as cold ones, they also cool down.
- stains on the tablecloth are, of course, not the level…

We arrived at the restaurant as a family, after a city tour, at lunchtime.
1. Good location, with beautiful and stylish decoration inside.
2. Attentive and friendly staff.
3. The menu is not overblown, convenient (there are photos of dishes), for people with different preferences. Even if something is not clear, the cute waiter will explain everything.
4. Delicious complement from the chef.
5. Fast serving of drinks and dishes.
6. Based on the dishes we have chosen, there is a national flavor in the food, but using new technologies, with an unusual and beautiful presentation.
7. Great taste... the team obviously did their best, our taste buds sang with pleasure! The restaurant clearly draws on a Michelin star!!!
I definitely recommend it for a visit!

Och a good place the service is on the level! The kitchen is also very tasty! I especially liked Archie! The interior and everything in general is great. It was curious what high Kazakh cuisine is. Amazingly delicious food! Serving really corresponds to the title of "haute cuisine"
Salad "Terrine of baked vegetables with warm fillet of omyrtka" I recommend! The terrine turned out to be in a dense jelly and it was super! Omyrtka is horsemeat, the cervical region, if I'm not mistaken.
The square of the young lamb was also unrealistically good!
The interior, to be honest. Raises questions... too eclectic. But the food and excellent service outweigh!

She said that she had never tried koumiss and did not dare to order it before the flight. I will recommend this place as a place to surprise a foreigner, but so far no more, although I will note that the locals were there too. I won't come a second time myself.
The service also left a different impression: at first I met a guy, and either he was very busy, or he just didn't try very hard at the end of the day, so he left us alone with the menu for a long time. Then he was replaced by a very diligent and friendly girl who helped with the selection and told everything.

The kitchen is great! I especially recommend taking a set of national dishes (kazy, etc.). The restaurant is high-class, glamorous, prices are much higher than average. Live music. Kazakh covers of various famous songs, such as “Let it be”, were played on domra in my presence. The waiters are very courteous. There is free Wi-Fi. It is better to book seats in advance, if you just come – there may not be places.
