Excellent restaurant of high Kazakh cuisine, the food is very tasty, good service, the service is super - designer). I ordered (March 2026): - Kattama with balkaymak was brought as a compliment (kattama is a traditional Kazakh puff pastry, and balkaymak is an ancient Kazakh dessert, translated as honey sour cream. It was delicious together!) - Baked pumpkin salad with coconut extract and date dressing (delicious and unusual). - Fillet of mustang with scallop sauce, fennel onion and corn espuma (delicious, perfectly cooked meat! And all the accompaniment complements the dish very coolly). - Steppe dessert made from melted milk with salted caramel (delicious, liked it). Ordered (October 2023): - Smoked tongue of Altai maral with babaganush and barley milk. - Baked vegetable terrine with warm lobster fillet. - Loin of young lamb with mashed garden peas and Jusan sauce. - Cherry sorbet with lime and coconut.

As for me, this is a top restaurant in Astana. We liked everything. A beautiful and pleasant room. Very tasty dishes. We tried a lot, look at the photo. Aerobaursaks with mushrooms, pate, assiki, Shymkent lamb, manti, koumiss, bishbarmak, soup with kazy. We were very satisfied. The only negative is the waitress. She made a mistake and forgot about us, then incorrectly named the cooking time, incorrectly told about the dishes, always went somewhere and clarified everything. But I definitely won't take off the star for this - the restaurant is just great!

A pretentious, in a good sense of the word, institution that represents a modern view of Kazakh cuisine. Luxurious fish, cheese and meat cuts, in which you won't surprise anyone anymore, so there is, for example, camel smoked sausage. Among the salads, I was also impressed by one that replaced beetroot and, usually, goat cheese with a delicate mousse made from camel milk. The second course is an incomparable serving of sturgeon in clay (see photo). And of course, the decoration of the institution is the master of playing the dombra, I strongly advise you to listen to him.

The restaurant is wonderful! The food is delicious, the interior is beautiful, the waiters are professional and knowledgeable about the menu, the prices correspond to the level of the establishment. We wanted to try camel meat and were very satisfied. After Moscow, the prices were not shocking. I would even say quite reasonable prices. The portions are quite normal - we didn't leave hungry. This is not a family cafe, you should not go here with children. This place is more about business meetings, especially with foreigners. 5 stars definitely! I recommend you to visit, just keep in mind that it may be expensive for Astana, but it's definitely worth it and it's very tasty. 👍👍

Gorgeous interior, national flavor. Live music. As a compliment, they treated me to a flatbread - the taste of childhood, I enjoyed every bite. The menu is not extensive, but it is quite interesting: dishes from horse meat, mutton, camel, you can order veal or fish. Interesting snacks. Unusual and delicious. I recommend the restaurant, I still have pleasant emotions from visiting.

I am writing from the point of view of a tourist. Another iconic restaurant that is a must-visit. The chic interiors and rich decoration seem to hint at the amount of the check, but strangely enough, you can eat and drink here quite on a budget (and not on a budget, too). The dishes are large and good. The kitchen did not surprise (like Krasnoyarsk), but left a pleasant impression. I really liked the staff (not an example of another iconic rotating place) - excellent knowledge of the menu without any peeping - without changing the graceful counter, the waiter will tell you everything about any dish and the composition and combinations and drinks. We were a big group, everyone appreciated it. We quickly accepted the order and served everything quite quickly, there was no feeling of "well, where are you already there?", despite the number of people. It's not a problem to make separate accounts. There's nothing to take off the star for. I will be in Astana - I will definitely come back.

I did not expect such a combination of national cuisine and sophistication. Everything is good in this restaurant - the interior, the atmosphere, the service, and the cuisine is a separate story. We chose several dishes, they were all great. The portions are not so large that you immediately lose interest in further serving. I especially remember the filet mignon type of horse meat. Something special! The maral language was also great. There was a slight hitch with the wine, but after several attempts we still found an acceptable option available. By the way, this is the problem of all the restaurants in Astana that I managed to visit.
