The hotel was built quite a long time ago. But the convenient location next to the Hotel, the attentive reception staff (it seemed to me so). Comfortable beds. The breakfast is pretty decent.
Of course, cosmetic repairs - there would be no price for the hotel!

Responsive reception, tired smoky rooms, very poor sound insulation, consider that you can hear everything that happens in the corridor, there are huge cracks around and below the door. The water in the shower is regulated very poorly, we saved money on plumbing, the lights are flashing. But there are sockets by the bed, but there is nowhere else to connect the kettle :) The breakfast is not bad. In general, make repairs and there will be solid three stars.

All I can say is good - a comfortable mattress and a good breakfast.
And now for the cons, and the main one is water.
On the first day, I tried to take a shower, but the water had only two states: boiling water and ice water. After 15 minutes of trying to set it up, I demanded a technician at the reception. He came, turned on the faucet and said, "I thought you didn't have hot water, but you do, what's the problem?». I told him that the problem was that there was no water temperature in the middle. He replied - well, you just have to sit and turn on the faucet a little and wait. I'm honestly freaking out. Well, for understanding, no matter how you turn it, the acceptable water temperature lasts for five seconds, then again either ice or boiling water. I was offered to move to another room, but they said that everything is the same everywhere with water. What's the point then?
As a result, there was no hot water at all on the day of departure. The technician couldn't do anything, I'm standing with a dirty head and I can't wash. As a result, like in a fucking dorm, they took me to WASH on another floor.
To all this is added the fact that every day the room card is demagnetized and you run downstairs to charge it. No apologies, no refunds, nothing at all. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The service, the first thing I would like to note is excellent. Especially the care at the reception, which was provided to us in an attempt to resolve the issue of paying for the reservation.
The kitchen is great too. I tried both breakfast and dinner in the room. Everything was great and delicious.
The location of the hotel is quite comfortable, it was generally convenient for me for my purposes. Nearby there is a shopping center, a cinema, and in relative proximity there are many different pleasant cozy places for a delicious meal.
But I put a four for the audibility in my room, or rather in the somewhat curved entrance door, above which there was a gap of 7-9 mm. Hence the awareness of everything that happened in the nearest rooms

The view of the building is impressive, the rooms are available for every taste, each room has an orthopedic mattress, there are not enough pillows, hot water is worth its weight in gold. Great room. Delicious breakfasts. Little things are provided: a toothbrush along with a micro paste. There is a kettle and a bottle of water in the room. Tea and coffee bags are left to choose from. It's a small thing, but it's nice. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. But there is one thing: the air conditioner works only for heating (November 1) and the room is very hot, I had to turn it off and ventilate by opening the window.

A steel bathtub with Soviet-era tiles. The mixer is hanging on the pipes, the cheapest, the temperature jumps from boiling water to cold. Carpets and door sills show the venerable age of the hotel.
One of the good ones is a bathrobe in the room. A very decent breakfast buffet. Tea bags, sugar, kettle, water in the room.
