One of the disadvantages is that if you order a taxi to the hotel entrance, it will arrive anywhere but there. There are a lot of barriers on the territory. How they differ from each other visually is not clear. Even if the driver pulls up to the right one, it is not a fact that he will be allowed into the territory.

They settled in quickly. The rooms are shabby but clean. Due to an error in the reservation, I was moved from room to room. There was nothing in the first one yet, just a little tile falling off in the bathroom. In the second one, it was impossible to hang a shower - the mount was just broken, and the hose was siphoning. Rinsing is still nothing, washing is not an option.
The food for breakfast is normal, does not shine with variety, but there is an omelet and porridge and even fruits.
The staff is quite friendly.
It is conveniently located - there are several cafes nearby (within walking distance), the metro, some kind of shopping center, a branch of Kaspiy Bank, the largest pharmacy in the city.

Pros: Change the bed every day

Good location, near a large park and a botanical park. There is a cafe where you can have a snack. Nearby there are two branches of different banks and a Beeline office, if anyone is interested :) -1 star for disgusting WiFi. Very poor speed and constant connection failures. I had to use the mobile Internet regularly.

A suite room for 38,000. I expected more from the word luxury, but apparently the repair is no longer relevant and therefore the expectations did not coincide with reality. A suite room, and it has two bunk beds. I asked for a replacement, they said, we'll decide the next day, but no one called. But breakfast with a view of the mountains is very cool and this made up for the inconsistencies expected from the room.

I stayed at the hotel during the mining metals exhibition, I really liked the hotel and highly recommend it as a place where you can stay for both a business person and a tourist. I also want to mention the breakfasts - they are at a high level. I recommend it!

The staff is excellent, but the rooms are cold (early October 2022). The hood is cold. They gave me a heater and an extra blanket. It got better.
The breakfasts are meager. Basically everything is with chicken eggs. The only meat dish is not always fresh. Scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs almost made me crow 😂

The hotel is good and there are no complaints about it. There are big complaints about the conference room and its staff. You will never find anyone, they do not know the answers to the simplest questions that they must know. You ask the Hall Manager to call the system administrator, he says, "so call him." The hall itself is very dirty, very stuffy and the air conditioner does not work. The temperature in the hall reached 25 degrees. And we had an educational event and therefore it is very difficult for the lecturer to read in such conditions and the listeners just fall asleep from the heat and their head starts to hurt.
