I made a reservation online, and when an employee gave out orders at the pick-up point, he opened the headphones and asked me to check that they were working, but he didn't take them out of the package (there were no wires visible), I just had to plug them into the phone and listen to what sound is from two headphones. When I left the store and took out the wires, they were already defective: they were broken in several places. The headphones worked for 5 days and the sound was lost in one. I took it under warranty, and the examination found that it was a marriage. The money was still returned. I wonder if they wanted to push the marriage off carefully, hiding the defect? I don't understand why consultants start selling the most expensive products without listening to the needs of the client. Really, in order for the requested product to be sold to me, I need to tell you why I need such a vacuum cleaner. In general, I left the store and bought it in Electrosila and also with free delivery. I was very satisfied, the vacuum cleaner works for its tasks with a bang! It's good when managers hear requests, and not just try to make a check and refuse small amounts.
