The store has completely turned its back on the customer. Wireless charging does not work in front of their eyes-they confirm this, but a week later they give an answer from the service center that everything is working. They sent it for verification twice and twice everything works in the service, but it doesn't work in front of their eyes. The store's reputation level costs 59 rubles. I do not recommend buying anything-there is no guarantee.

Good afternoon. We purchased a fairly large amount of electronic and computer equipment from this organization. We want to say, terrible customer orientation as well as assistance in choosing a product. A lot of equipment does not correspond to the proper quality, which, in accordance, fell into the warranty department for repair. You contact the warranty department yourself, you solve all the issues yourself, you take it yourself. Manager Sergey doesn't care about his clients.
