Dear management of the kindergarten "Intellect-A" and parents, I am writing to you with deep disappointment and a sense of dissatisfaction. I regret to note that the few months my child spent in this kindergarten turned out to be completely ineffective and did not meet our expectations. The upbringing and development of children is not limited to controlling their behavior and demanding that they behave quietly. Every child is different, everyone has their own inner world, energy and need for joy. The fact that children behave noisily is a natural part of their development and should be guided through a proper pedagogical approach. Unfortunately, we realized, albeit belatedly, that this approach is virtually absent in your institution. As parents, we trust you with the most valuable things and expect at least an approximate family level of care and attention. However, we did not see any proper care or professional pedagogical attitude in your institution. This is absolutely unacceptable to us. It was with great disappointment that we decided to take our child away from your kindergarten. We would also like to advise other parents to think carefully before entrusting their children to you: are they really looking for a caring and developing environment or just a place where they can leave their child for a few hours. We hope that these comments will be a reason to review your activities.
