The staff is very friendly, there are many Russian speakers. The pool bar is very expensive, but the drinks themselves are of poor quality. The hotel itself is very beautiful. We got a room without a balcony and faced a problem - swimsuits and towels were missing. Very high humidity and non-opening windows.

There is something for which I would put 5, there are disadvantages that definitely will not allow you to come here again, so the average Score is 3. So. Delicious breakfasts. Polite staff, there are even Russian-speaking hospice and hotel managers. Dinner is always served outdoors, and the food is also delicious and varied. Desserts deserve a separate Mercy. beautiful oriental decoration of the rooms, high-quality cosmetics of the Elemis brand. You can either walk to your own beach in 5 minutes or take a small electric bus (shuttle).
Further disadvantages.
The hallway always smelled of apple and cinnamon. This smell of diffusers /air fresheners made me feel sick, the way from the room to the elevator was overcome by running. But this is of course very subjective.
There is only one pool and it is small.
The service by the pool is very long, we waited for water, but did not wait.
On the 3rd day of the stay at night - at about 1 a.m., they began to disassemble the iron structures and collect boxes with decorations before the holiday. The roar was eerie and it is not very clear why it lasted so long. As a result, after waiting 20 minutes awake, I still called and the reception promised to check everything. Do you guys have work in the backyard at one o'clock in the morning and you don't know about it? After 10 minutes, no, it didn't help. The call came again, then after another 10 minutes, either the work was over or it became quieter ... in the morning they called, apologized, added dinners to the stay, but -1 night from vacation. Further, on Friday, part of the hotel area was generally rented for a wedding. It is clear that they made noise up to 10 minutes of the first instead of the required ones until 23 for sure. Eeeeeee, some kind of disco, unrelated to the hotel, was screaming like hell nearby. There has never been such an outrage on Jumeirah before. In general, I barely managed to sleep until 5 a.m. We did not find the previous Friday, but I would venture to assume that such a disco is there every Friday. In total, out of 7 nights minus 2. And no amount of dinners will fix that.
The sun beds are far from the water. Closer, of course, than the hotel next door, but still.
The restaurants on the territory of the hotel were a little upset. Expensive and tasteless. The pizza at Lucia no is just a nightmare.
What was good was that the room was cleaned if we asked to come later, and not just rescheduled for another day.
But nevertheless, we will not go to this hotel with such surprises anymore.

The hotel is well located, close to Dubai Marina and The Walk promenade. Also nearby is Marina Mall. The hotel has its own beach. There are peacocks and a lot of greenery on the territory. The food at the hotel is decent, the choice is small, but everything is delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in August.
Of the advantages , I can highlight:
-very friendly staff, everyone smiles, always help
- wherever you go, everything is clean
-cleaning every day in the room, fast, but high-quality
-the buffet is simply magical, every meal is delicious, there is for every taste (our top is a dinner of Italian cuisine and chocolate mousse cakes, for breakfast omelets are awesome, very sweet pineapples)
-adult swimming pool with a gorgeous view
-you can go to the on-site restaurant instead of a buffet for lunch and dinner (included in the price)
-there is a lot of entertainment (both included in the price and not)
-there are 2 shops and pharmacies near the hotel (just in case)
Of the minuses:
- the sea is cleaned only in the morning, and in the evening it is already dirty, but in fact you can swim there only in the evening (I'm talking about the summer season)
But so the rest turned out to be just incredible and very relaxing. So this is definitely the place I would go back to.

Our favorite hotel on jbr. The food is very tasty, very diverse. The territory of the hotel is large, we really like to spend time on the green lawn, where the shezloongi. Nice hotel.
There are staff who communicate in Russian, but absolutely all the staff will come to your aid and will definitely help you.
The hotel is not new.
Nice rooms. Pretty big ones. Good-quality furniture. Good bed linen and towels. Large bathrobes.
3 ala-kart restaurants, with excellent cuisine.
The main restaurant is also good, there is plenty of food with the usual buffet.
A new hotel is being built nearby, but this does not interfere with rest in any way, it is not heard or seen.
The swimming pool located in the hotel is currently under renovation.
There is a beautiful beach near the hotel with free sun beds, umbrellas and towels.
Clean and very warm water.
There is a free shuttle service on request, from the hotel to the beach and back, although on foot no more than 7 minutes on site.

A huge territory with tennis courts, a mini aqua park, a children's club, a large swimming pool and a beach, there are also several restaurants and shops on the territory. The rooms are a bit old. I liked the hotel! We were here for 10 days in late November- early December. Positive impressions - friendly staff, good cuisine (we had breakfasts and dinners), pleasant territory, close to the beach, 1st line - a little walk or you can drive to the sea in a hotel mini car, sun beds are always free on the beach, fine sand. The rooms are nice (spacious, clean), cleaning is regular, the only drawback is there is no balcony. And the location of the hotel is good - near the city, walking along the embankment and the yacht club.

A wonderful hotel. The hotel is clean. We checked in before 12.00 and upgraded the room for free due to the malfunction of the TV. The pool is not big for so many guests. The sea and the beach are clean but there are not enough umbrellas on the beach. The Irish pub is just wonderful.

The food is varied, the menu and the place of dinner change every evening (there are 4 restaurants on the territory, if I'm not mistaken), which is very pleasing. It took me a long time to choose a hotel for my first trip to Dubai. I chose according to the criteria: 1) private beach - 1st line, 2) near the center of Dubya, 3) beautiful rooms with a nice view and a large bed, 4) breakfast. I am insanely glad that he was chosen. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Delicious and healthy breakfast food (suitable for both vegans and lovers of buns, etc.). They make coffee with alternative milk, if you do not drink cow's coffee (although coffee is not very tasty at the breakfasts themselves ...). Every day cleaning, deck chairs and small beds (I don't know what it's called)) on the beach, clean sand and sea. There are many pools. There is also a Japanese restaurant on site, where the food is just WOW. In general, 10/10.

The range is wide, very convenient. Dinner and lunch could be changed . And you don't need to warn at all, you just come to a restaurant and they record you and that's it. The staff is very sincere and the language barrier does not prevent this)). The food is varied and very tasty. The choice is huge. Dinner from 17:00 to 22:00.. The beach is open from 8 o'clock to 18:00, just before 8 and after 18:00 the most comfortable temperature was at that time)), but alas. The pools were also open from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Free shuttles (buses) they go to two Malls. There was no congestion , the bus was half empty . All the staff is sincere and responsive. The service is excellent!

But the only restaurant I liked was the Grill restaurant.

Nice hotel in the Marina Dubai area. You can always find a free sunbed on the beach (by the way, there are several types of them, including sofas). We rested at this hotel from 06/25/2022 oiel is good in everything the territory is well-groomed. Everything is clean and tidy. The service is excellent, everyone is good-natured. The beach is gorgeous. There are sun beds, the sand is white, the sea is hot (perhaps this was one minus for us that the sea was hot, just hot, but we were with my grandson 2.5 years old, he was very warm) we had full board. And that's enough, they didn't even think about alcohol in this heat. The staff is the most polite. There are no words. The location is also gorgeous. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, linen also seemed to me to be changed daily, well, sheets and pillowcases for sure. The air conditioner is working. Sleep well. One huge minus, the refrigerator is closed, we didn't need a mini bar, but we would like to cool the water a little. For that kind of money, you can make a refrigerator with a minibar. This is right a very big minus for the hotel I will put. And so, in general, everything is very, very good. Only very hot.

We came to this hotel for the second time with our family. The only advantage here is the beach. The coastline is very wide.
The rest of the hotel is a quiet horror. The whole hotel is old and shabby, it looks very bad. The hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time. Breakfasts are very modest, and dinners generally suck. I'm going to my room hungry!! We visited last time at the end of 2023 and the food was better. Now it's terrible, I really regretted choosing this hotel! The vacation is completely ruined.

The sea is not very unfortunately, but this is not a feature of the hotel specifically.
The rooms are large, they do not save electricity. There is both a bath and a shower. The beds are comfortable.
Laundry dry cleaning is expensive, but the very fact of the availability of the service pleases.
On the 25th floor there is a separate restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea.
From the hotel there are shuttles to the shopping center.
The only thing you can scold for is the kitchen. It is monotonous and not very tasty. If you only plan to spend the night at the hotel, then it is better to refuse this option.
