Great vacation in Dubai: everything was perfect We spent a week at this hotel and returned with very good impressions. The hotel fully justified the choice in all key points. There is a huge selection of sun beds on the beach: near the water, under canopies, in more secluded places. The sea is clean, the water is warm. Rooms: Immaculate cleanliness. The cleaning was done every day, there were always fresh towels, the bed was very comfortable. Meals: The buffet was good. There is a lot of variety, you can try something new every day. The food quality is consistently high, the fruits and vegetables are fresh, and the dishes are always hot. There has never been a feeling that the choice is scarce. Staff: They work politely and quickly everywhere. I would like to say a special thanks to Tarsem, who works on the beach. He always greeted us with a smile and promptly helped us find free sun beds in the right place. He was a very pleasant and attentive person, and it was felt that it was really important to him that the guests were comfortable. Overall, I really liked the hotel. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days. The room is generally good: bright, tidy, comfortable. However, cleaning is not carried out every day, in fact, it becomes regular only if you tip the maid. Without this, cleaning can be skipped, which is, of course, a minus for a hotel of this level. The biggest and most significant drawback is the construction site right next to the hotel. You can hear the noise from it all the time: hammer blows, drills - all this accompanies you literally everywhere. When you go out into the courtyard or garden of the hotel, you can forget about the silence and peaceful walks. In the pool, the construction site can be heard in the background, while it also spoils the view. The same noise is heard on the beach, and on the playground, too. Even during dinners in the open-air garden, when live music is playing and you want to enjoy the atmosphere, construction work continues until late in the evening (sometimes until 11 a.m. or later). This greatly spoils the impression of a vacation. I would like to mention nutrition separately, especially from the point of view of recreation with a small child. My child is 2 years old, and unfortunately, the kitchen in this hotel is not child-friendly at all. There is no simple, easy food: pasta, steamed dishes, familiar children's food. Everything is mostly fried, fatty, with sauces and spices. Even porridges (oatmeal, semolina) are prepared only with water. As a result, the child ate mostly cucumbers, corn and bread. The variety of cheeses and fish was very modest, fruits are cut only on request. If the dinner time is coming to an end, the food begins to be cleaned in advance. The biggest disadvantage for me is that my child was actually starving in this hotel. Nutrition can still be adapted for adults, but not for young children. I was also surprised that the buffet clearly has an emphasis on Indian cuisine: there are many dishes with curries and spices, which is not suitable for children or those who do not like such food. It's the same thing every day. There was also an unpleasant moment with the staff: once, when the child fell asleep, I asked to take food with me for the child, but they refused me. There was also a serious problem when leaving. The concierge downstairs made a mistake: when my transfer arrived, he put my parents in it, even though they were supposed to take a separate hotel transfer. As a result, they ended up at the airport in another terminal, where my transfer took them. This was a clear mistake by the concierge and created a lot of stress and extra expense at another airport terminal before departure. Of the advantages, I can mention the convenient location of the hotel: there is a supermarket nearby, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the metro, and Dubai Marina and Dubai Marina Mall are also about 20 minutes on foot. Overall, the impression of the holiday turned out to be mixed: good rooms and location, but the constant noise of construction, inadequate meals for children and staff mistakes greatly reduced the overall quality of the holiday.

The breakfasts are excellent and varied! Although on the first day, we cleaned the room in the morning. The room is large. There are a lot of people in the pool, there is a mini water park for children from 4 years old. It's hot in August, there's almost no one at sea in the morning (only Russians, the rest are in the pool), and there are more people in the evening. According to my observations, Russians swim in the sea all the time, while others prefer the pool. The beach has white sand, the sea is blue. Sometimes garbage floats in, the beach staff rarely clean it up. There are toys for children on the beach, you don't have to take them with you. The staff is friendly, but this is my observation again, preference is given to Europeans and other nationalities, Russians mostly prefer not to notice. It's not only in this hotel, but also in others where we've been.

There's a construction site right behind the pool, sometimes very noisy, but you get used to it. The beach is nice, but also unkempt, there is garbage and dirt in the water too, there is an employee with a net who has to catch garbage from the water- but he does it very rarely. We went to an Italian restaurant, and according to the recipe, three dishes were free (we took the squid appetizer, pasta and pizza Margarita). We left hungry. I do not recommend it! Half-board drinks include juices, tea, coffee, water for breakfast, water for dinner, juice or cola, fanta or sprite per glass or jar per person. In the restaurant, a glass of wine (mini) for the price of a bottle of French or Italian wine of 2017-2018 varieties. The sea is not far away, there is often an electric car, two swimming pools, a gym, courts and tennis courts. On the beach and the sea, drinks and water are charged 10-20 dirhams, but ice (bucket) is free. The waiters are friendly, only their bosses (blue) shirts are harmful, they forbid putting water from the room and their drinks in a bucket with ice, even if you bought a bunch of drinks by the pool. But we didn't care, and he was leaving. Alcohol is paid, wine glass 56 dirhams, beer 52 dirhams, sprite, cola, fanta 25 dirhams, ice cream 23 dirhams. Hookah 100 dirhams. Breakfast and dinner are enough to relax. There were 3 transfers from our tour to the mall. The metro is nearby, it takes about 15 minutes on foot. I recommend.
