Terrible hotel and unfriendly staff. For breakfast, only dried milk and coffee diluted with 2 instant eggs per 5 liters of water . Due to the flight delay, we checked into the hotel only at 2 a.m. There were roadworks outside all night, and our room faced a noisy street, so we couldn't sleep properly. Besides, for some reason we didn't have any alternative accommodation options. In the morning, I explained the situation at the reception, but they told me that all the rooms face the street. Then I asked if there were any rooms of the "standard" category that would be cleaner and quieter. We were moved to another room, but unfortunately it turned out to be dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. I paid for a Suite, but ended up living in a standard, unsatisfactory room. After this incident, the staff stopped greeting us, and every time I had to ask for a tea bag and water.We weren't even offered basic guided tours. I had to get everywhere on my own, and I got lost twice, spending a lot of money on the road. It was crucial for me that the room was clean, and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes. That's why I chose a hotel away from the center, hoping to meet the stated standard. One thing is clear: my vacation was ruined.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN ANY CASE! This is how, according to the travelogue application, the "super suite" room looks like. The photo of the site is not something that does not correspond to reality, it's just a brazen deception, in fact, it's all dirty and unsanitary, just everything is covered with a huge layer of dust, holes in the walls, the floor is swollen, how can you even put people in such a place for money???!!! after a rest there, my wife and I are treating a severe rotavirus infection! and the promised "terrace", which is in fact a small balcony without a canopy with mold?!! The breakfasts are meager, the same thing all week! And the cherry on the cake on the last evening before departure, our safe was opened (the code was reset), in which there was a laptop and money, the hotel employee was in no hurry to solve the issue somehow, and did not even show a sign, apparently they often had a "wedge" master waited for more than two hours!If you don't want to spoil your vacation, don't go there!
