Плюсы: Вполне хороший отель, милый номер и сам отель, персонал добрый, выбор завтрака вполне большой, очень красивый вид из окна 😍 Минусы: перешли в этот отель из-за бассейна, в итоге он был 2 дня ледяной, и эти 2 дня персонал обещал его нагреть (конечно его не нагрели) после этого его вообще слили Итог отель нормальный но я разачерована по поводу бассейна (Есть только фото вид из окна

The hotel was very upset, the rooms are very sad, old, the window goes directly to all the neighboring windows, so you can't even hang the curtains, the bed is no king size, the rooms are cool, we slept under two blankets, the bath is very damp, if you wash up and leave, then everything will smell rotten on your return, water on the floor constantly it is necessary to wipe with towels, because the shower is somehow crookedly arranged and flows directly onto the floor and does not dry. And room cleaning is just taking out empty trash and making a bed.. The spa is very small and is only available from 12 to 19 o'clock, the pool is always occupied by children. The breakfasts are normal, the staff is excellent, English is well understood, there is a transfer to the airport, but there is no laundry service. And there are humidifiers with a very strong aroma everywhere, it's hard for an allergic person to be in the halls. :( I give 2 stars only because of the pleasant staff and the very convenient location

Nice hotel! Solid 4! The breakfasts are varied and delicious! The Finnish steam room is great, the hammam is small. The staff is very friendly and sweet! There are many shops near the hotel. All the sights are within easy reach! Our room was large, with a magnificent view of the sea! There were flaws with the star, but in 10 minutes, when contacting the reception, everything was fixed!

The hotel is located close to a bazaar and shops.There is always a taxi nearby, on the other side of the central street, where there is a tram, there are many shops.Everything is nearby and very convenient.In the morning from 7-10 breakfast.I also liked everything very much, delicious food, varied, a large selection for every taste.The rooms are cleaned every day, towels, shampoos, gels, soaps and water are changed.The staff is polite,there are SPA treatments,the pool is free until 19.00, then 10€ per person.I liked everything, I think we'll stay there next time.

The location is excellent. The breakfasts are great too. There were no questions about cleaning . The spa is great too. The rooms are in a tired condition, and there is mold in the bathroom. That's probably the only thing I didn't like. Everything else for the price we paid for our platform is just great. I definitely recommend staying for a couple of days , because all the beauty is nearby . If you are used to perfection , then the bathrooms will upset you, but everything else will please you .

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The location is excellent, it is convenient to get to the main attractions, excellent breakfasts. Rooms: first we checked into a standard double room and immediately asked for an upgrade to a larger room. There is very little space in the standard room, there was only 1 outlet for two people, the renovation was quite shabby and the windows looked out into the inner well to other rooms. Then, when we moved to another room, the impressions of the hotel improved significantly. The view was on the street, and we could see the sea through the gap in the houses opposite. The room was clean and tidy.

I did not stay at the hotel. I went to visit the bathroom because I know that almost every hotel has toilets on the ground floor. This guy looked at me menacingly, asked in English if I was staying at this hotel, said that only hotel guests could visit, and only after lecturing allowed me to pass. No matter what country I was in, I was always freely shown where to go without complaints and that's it. In Moscow, in any hotel, even near the red square, you can find the toilet without any dialogue at all, go and use it. It's the same in any cafe and restaurant. Since they let me in, I thanked the reception staff and invited them to visit Russia.

We upgraded the room to deluxe for free, a large clean room, cleaning every day, changing towels, water is free every day. Gel, shampoo, balm, cotton pads are provided. The dental kit is not. Breakfasts for 8/10, on the first day there were fried eggs, on the second - boiled eggs, but I really wanted to change! Enter it, please, and I'll come back again😅 Muesli, Turkish burek, hash browns, sliced, cheeses, milk, fruits, sweets, you will definitely find something to eat. 5 minutes from the tram stop (it is important for Istanbul to get to most places), 10 minutes from the Venegiler metro station. Good restaurants and eateries all over the street, near Waikiki, Polo, Austin, a lot of souvenir shops (they are cheaper than Sultanahmet). And there's a pool and a hammam downstairs! Included in the price, massages are optional. The main thing is, do not forget to swim a hat in the pool, they will not let you in without it. A disposable shower room is also suitable. There are scales for luggage behind the elevator, which is important before departure! In general, I recommend it!

The room and the view from the room must be agreed upon when booking. The TV and air conditioning are working. The reception is friendly, English-speaking. Mr. Omer very friendly offered to choose a room, helped to deliver the luggage to the room. Mr. Omer has reserved a transfer to the airport. The transfer to the airport cost $ 20. The hammam is open from 12-00. There are 2-3 tram stops to the center. From the airport to the hotel, if there is an independent transfer, difficulties may arise: since taxis are not allowed to enter the Old Town on certain days. It's not pleasant, but it's a fact. It was 09.10.24, I do not recommend this hotel. We rented a day for 12,000rubles with breakfast. For this money, it was possible to withdraw much better. We were horrified when we checked in, firstly, the room was very dirty upon check-in, the bed was old, with dirty spots, the towel did not seem to have been steamed or ironed. What they put on the site is a lie. The rooms are old, the shower tiles are dirty. When we checked in, we asked to clean the room. And they went for a walk, came back and it's still dirty, the TV didn't work, wi-fi doesn't catch. I had to buy a SIM card. I turned to the admin again to wash the floors at least. After that, he called the cleaner, and an impudent black woman came into the room and started yelling that she was cleaning here allegedly, fortunately, the admin asked her to clean up again in front of us and calmed her down in English 🤦🏾♀️ We said that we would leave in an hour, let him clean up, 15 minutes have passed, I'm getting out of the shower, my husband is in his underpants in the room, this woman (the cleaner) locked herself in the room without apologies, we started changing the bed and cleaning! To say I'm shocked to say nothing! She didn't care that we were half naked in the room and she continued to clean and move the beds in our presence. I changed the bed again with stains, apparently they don't have clean ones at all🤦🏾♀️ The breakfasts are the same, for 3 plus The ceiling is leaking in the room by the way. In one word, the room and the service are terrible. Of the advantages, the room is in a good location near the tram. The rest is unsanitary

The view from the windows is only on the other rooms. The service is like a cheap motel. Dental kit, body lotion, and drinking water are not provided in the room. The bathroom floors are stained with some kind of stains. Hand sanitizers are not working properly on all floors. Rude people work at the reception. I've been to different hotels in different cities and countries.. This is the first place where the staff yelled at me. The breakfast buffet looks massive, but in fact the choice of food is very meager. The juice is diluted with water as much as possible. And it is impossible to get into the room after breakfast, the card is blocked. I have to go down to the front desk and ask for help.
