They gave the laptop with the problem for diagnosis, after diagnosis they refused the additional service and took it home. It is indicated that after the system password appeared on the UEFI diagnostics, the master denies his attractiveness, apparently the password appeared on his own. --- We sent the problematic laptop for diagnostics. After the diagnosis, we refused additional services and took him home. It turned out that after the diagnosis, the system password appeared in UEFI. The technician denied any involvement, suggesting that the password appeared on its own.
