A nice place to visit, but not in the summer. African village is the main place to see animals. Strongly recommend to buy the safari journey. The asian village really small. Giraffe feeding is until five PM only, be aware. Long lines to safari and feeding. You need more than six hours to not be in a rush.

Grate place but it’s hard to be at the open air with kids when it’s 36-38’ . Even with all the cooling systems and air-conditioned surrounding transport, children still have a hard time staying there for more than 2-3 hours. It's a pity that the zoo closes at 18:00-18:30. It would be possible to arrive at 16:00, when the temperature drops, and stay in the park until 18:20. I don't know if this is possible. Logistically, from the point of view of the animals' biorhythms.

Dubai Safari Park is a gorgeous place. A huge territory surrounded by greenery. It's just a piece of paradise. Everything is beautifully decorated, the animals are well-groomed. We took a ticket with a safari trip and did not regret it, when you ride a bus among animals, you are surrounded by antelopes, giraffes, monkeys, these are unusual emotions, very impressive. You can walk around the park itself or take a special transport that takes you from station to station for free. There are many souvenir shops and cafes on the territory. I definitely recommend you to visit, it will be interesting for both adults and children.

A great place for a family walk, a lot of interesting things, you can see that the animals are comfortable, in order to do everything, you need to go on safari right away in the morning, then you can do everything. The territory is large, and there are many beautiful places. General information Dubai Safari Park (formerly known as Dubai Zoo) is a large—scale modern zoo and wildlife park divided into several themed areas (villages). His main philosophy is the conservation of species, education and humane animal husbandry. Pros and strengths (why it's worth going) 1. Excellent conditions for animals: This is the most frequent and important compliment. The aviaries are huge, as close as possible to the natural environment. The animals look well-groomed and active. There is no feeling of crowding and sadness, as in the old zoos. 2. Diversity and organization: The park is divided into "villages", which is very convenient: · African Village: The most popular animals are giraffes, elephants, lions, hippos, zebras, gorillas. Demonstration feedings often take place. · Asian village: Tigers (including whites), gibbons, bears. · Arab village: Animals of the Arabian Peninsula — oryx, gazelle, hyena. · Outdoor Safari Tour: This is the main attraction! You get on a special air-conditioned bus with a guide who takes you through a vast area with wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, ostriches, rhinos, camels. It creates a complete safari experience. The guides tell interesting stories. 3. Interactivity: There are opportunities for additional paid experiences: feed giraffes, take pictures with meerkats or parrots, swim with penguins. This is exciting, especially for children. 4. Cleanliness and comfort: The territory is perfectly maintained. Lots of shade, places to relax, toilets, cafes and food/water kiosks. Free trains can be used to travel around the park between the zones. 5. Suitable for the whole family: It will be interesting and not tedious for children. There are playgrounds. The park is large, but thoughtful. 6. Service and staff: The staff are polite, many speak English and Russian, are ready to help and answer questions. Cons and what you should pay attention to 1. Prices: The entrance ticket is not cheap. Additional experiences are paid for separately and can significantly increase the budget. The food and drinks inside are also expensive (as they are everywhere in Dubai on the rides). 2. Weather: An absolutely critical factor. Visiting from the end of October to April is comfortable. In the summer months (May-September), temperatures below +45°C make walking unbearable, many animals hide in the shade and are inactive. A safari tour in an air-conditioned bus in the heat is the only salvation. 3. Time: To slowly walk around the entire park and watch the show, you need to set aside 4-6 hours. It is better to arrive at the opening (usually at 9:00), when the animals are most active and there is no intense heat / crowds. 4. Shows: Some visitors note that the shows (for example, with birds) are quite modest and short. You should not expect them to be grandiose, like in an amusement park. 5. Location: The park is not located in the very center (Al-Warka district), you need a taxi ride or your own transport. Tips for visiting 1. Buy tickets online in advance! It's cheaper than at the box office and guarantees entry (there are restrictions during high season). 2. Choose the right season and time: Winter/Spring/Autumn only. Come back in the morning. 3. Dress properly: Comfortable walking shoes, headgear, sunscreen. 4. Plan your budget: Decide if you need additional experiences. You can have a great time without them. 5. Take water or be ready to buy on the spot. 6. Study the schedule of shows and feedings on the official website on the day of the visit to build a route. The final verdict Dubai Safari Park is one of the best and most ethical zoos in the Middle East. It is ideal for families with children and anyone who loves animals. This is not an amusement park with tricks, but rather an educational and enjoyable journey through the world of wildlife in a comfortable environment. Who will like it: Families, animal lovers, photographers, those who are looking for a relaxing and informative break from shopping and skyscrapers. Who might not be suitable:Those who are looking for thrills and bright shows; budget-strapped travelers; those who visit it in the summer heat. If you are traveling to Dubai with children or want to see animals in decent conditions, this is a must—see attraction, but only during the cool season.

The coolest zoo where you can see rare animals that you won't find here: giraffes, rhinos, hippos, zebras, lions that live almost in their habitat, not in cages or behind glass. The poultry house is a separate thrill. They move freely around the territory, under a special dome made of mesh, and you can walk among the birds. The territory of the zoo is huge, there is a comfortable shuttle with air conditioning. All rooms in the park are air-conditioned, there are fans outside, and shade from trees that protect from the heat. We took a guided tour by bus, we were taken around the aviaries and interestingly told in English about the animals. Since childhood, my daughter dreamed of feeding a giraffe, she managed to fulfill her childhood dream! I recommend 🫶🏻

A huge open-air zoo. 4 zones to visit. This is the place where animals really live in the closest possible conditions in the wild, where we come to visit them, but there is no turnover. For a separate price, you can feed the giraffe, but you need to buy tickets for feeding in advance. They are fed at certain hours. There is a place to eat on the territory of the zoo. At the entrance, he inspects the bag, because food cannot be carried, if anything, things can be taken to the storage room (free of charge).

Greetings! We visited Dubai Safari Park today and were satisfied! I'll tell you the pros and cons of this place. Positive: -A huge territory with very pretty flowers, waterfalls, fountains, buildings.. and so on. -A variety of animals, birds (I especially remember the safari trip between monkeys, lions and antelopes) (I also want to mention the excellent guide who led the story about these amazing creatures, he spoke both Russian and English, which impressed me for sure.) -Responsive staff -Fans and sun protection -Trains and cars to different zones -Many cafes with pleasant prices Minuses: - It takes quite a long time to get there. - Few benches And that's it:) The cons are much less than the pros! Maybe..This is due to the small number of people today, and maybe it's always so great without queues! Do I recommend this place and would I come back here again? One hundred percent, yes!! Good luck to all!

It's a good place. If you have a car, it's better to take tickets yourself on the spot, it will be cheaper) you can pay for a safari bus separately, there are lions, tigers, piles of ungulates, etc. ... but be prepared that almost everyone except ungulates will be lying in the shade, unless, of course, it's not completely cold in January to go ... you can still I didn't have to pay for the train on the territory anymore, it was more convenient for me to walk. You can easily walk there until the evening)) there are small stalls where juices, ice cream and chips of all kinds are not much more expensive than in the city. I didn't go to the cafes. If you pay 50 dirhams for a safari bus, there will be an English-speaking guide with you on the bus who tells you everything. The bus runs for about 30 minutes through that closed area. No one is allowed on safari grounds without a bus. Animal feeding is charged separately. For example, giraffe feeding seemed to be 20 dirhams, but keep in mind, after buying this feeding, you will be told the time by which you will have to go to a special place and stand in line))) I didn't want to be tied to the time, but I knew that at least I would be able to come and look at it, but by that time I was still on the bus on safari)

Guys, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. It's a very cool and not expensive place, perhaps the best zoo I've ever been to can be compared to the Barcelona Safari, but Dubai is still better. The main life hack is to take a walking ticket, not a bus. It costs 50 dirhams, which is 1,200 rubles per person. The entire zoo is divided into 3 villages with animals, so shuttles travel only between villages, in the villages themselves you need to walk, pay money and still walk, plus to get into the shuttle, despite the fact that you paid x2 price, you need to stand in a huge queue. At the end, everyone is taken on an Arab safari, and pedestrians too, since this is a closed area. But the park itself is just a bomb, a heartfelt recommendation to everyone.

More like a park than a zoo. But it's nice that the conditions are created specifically for animals. That the speakers with music don't hit the cages with sound. That there are large territories In the heat, of course, almost all animals hide. We saw everyone only at closing time, during sunset. We saw the feeding of lemurs, in which you can take part. It looked cool)

You definitely shouldn't come on a day off. There are a lot of people, there is a queue for traveling by bus between the zones. In our opinion, the organization is not very good. Tickets were booked in advance and I recommend it to you - there was also a huge queue for tickets. After the ticket office at the entrance, just behind the doors on the left, there is a ticket office where you can get tickets for feeding animals (it's better to take them right away, because we arrived at 11:30 and tickets for feeding giraffes remained only at 5 pm), as well as upgrade your tickets if required. We only managed to visit the African and research village. The park is large, but not enough to stand in those queues for transport - we walked around the park on foot. The queue for safari on weekends was 1.5 hours, so it's probably best to arrive early. The queue for feeding giraffes is about 30 minutes. In general, I liked the zoo in Istanbul more than that.

There were 2 times, the first in March 2024 and the second in January 2026. The first time it was hot, it was not very comfortable to walk, some animals were hiding from the heat. In January, the weather was perfect for visiting, it was very comfortable for both people and animals (there were more of them this time). At the ticket office, we were advised to go on safari first (to do this, we had to drive to the giraffe station bus stop, there is a safari park bus stop there), since there were a lot of people, we listened to the advice and saved about an hour, because literally 20 minutes after our arrival, the queue doubled. For a fee, you can buy fast track tickets and go on safari without queuing, but we found out about this later... It's interesting to go to giraffe feeding, it happens at a certain time, so you need to plan. It makes no sense to paint animals, it's better to see with your own eyes, the park is large, there are representatives of all major species.

It's a wonderful park, there's a lot to see and compare, good navigation, and there are staff everywhere who are ready to help. Overall, I really liked it. The only thing I didn't like was standing in line for the bus at Adventure Village, in addition to the main queue, there is a queue from the fast track. This moment is not optimized. Having already gone to the buses, we waited 30 minutes for boarding. It is better to go to this attraction immediately upon arrival at the park and then calmly watch all the other zones. It is also better to buy a ticket for feeding giraffes in advance at the ticket office.

This location is a must-visit. It's the biggest safari park I've ever seen. What impressed me: - there are paths made outside for those who are hot. A shadow is made there and water is sprayed through the fan - the animals are all well-fed, it is clear that they are well fed. - the lion, for example, has an air conditioner in the rocks - there is a 30-minute segment where, as in the movie, you ride a closed small bus through the territory of predators. That is, you drive in, the gates close behind you, you drive through the territory, for example Lviv (they do not respond to buses - they are used to it). You drive up to the gate, they open it for you and close it right behind you. And so there are about 20 locations. It's impressive. - there is a 15-minute interval. There you ride in an open small steam train through the territory of herbivores. The place is a must-visit. Be sure to bring some water with you.

The territory is very large and well maintained. All the animals look very good. The only thing I felt sorry for was the goats on the children's farm, as the children were chasing them, and they were even sticking their tongues out from the heat.… Tickets are cheap. 52 dirhams, if I'm not mistaken - the usual passage and 125 dirhams safari tour (will be a jeep ride). Everything is thought out for children, even if you have a stroller. Buses run through the territory to travel between stations. We walked There are also many cafes, a shop and vending machines on the territory + fans with water spray We really enjoyed it!

More than 6 hours was not enough. It's a pity that we didn't buy a Fast track at the entrance so that we wouldn't have to queue for trains and, most importantly, for a safari bus. Either we had to go on safari right away in the morning, we were probably at peak time, we were queuing for the safari bus from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. It was exhausting. And the rest of the stay was comfortable, there is a place to sit, have a snack, good toilets in plenty. The aviary is love! It's a cool, interesting place. Macaws were fed for a fee, well organized. It's a pity that we didn't buy to feed the giraffes, as we thought that we would already leave by 17 o'clock, but in fact we were still at the zoo. We didn't have time for a desert safari. We went yesterday, the weather is perfect for visiting.

Great place!I really liked it. We were on a day off- there were a lot of people, so we took a quick pass. You can travel on foot between parks, or by special trains, but it costs more. The park is closed in summer. The beautiful territory consists of three parks. Live elephants, giraffes, flamingos. They take a closed bus through the park, where there are hippos, tigers, crocodiles.

Large well-maintained area, but not so many animals. One interesting thing: there is a bus ride where you enter the animal enclosures, which lasts about 40 minutes (and put at least the same amount in the queue). We were out of season, but that's where we stood for about an hour. If you don't have much time, it makes sense to take a quick pass, it costs about 80 dirhams and is purchased immediately at the checkout). There are two basic ticket categories: 50 dirhams for admission and 130 along with a trip to the explorer village. At lunchtime, the animals sleep, this should also be taken into account. There are many places in the park where you can have a snack, sit in the shade, etc. Cons: the location is very far away, if you live in the Marina or Tecom area, a taxi is at least 100 dirhams without traffic jams, or even more. It takes about an hour and a half to get there on your own. There are only two interesting areas for adults - an African village and a research tour. There is also an Asian zone, but it is more designed for snacks and photos.

I really really liked it. Few people, pleasant prices both at the entrance and inside (food, drinks, souvenirs). If you want to feed the giraffe, buy a ticket right at the entrance. We arrived at 11 p.m. and there were only tickets left for 4 p.m. Each person will be given a small bunch of greenery. Don't make my mistake, let's do it one at a time. He tore out my whole armful at once (and that's it, they said go away, we won't give you any more greens. There are 2 safaris on the territory: Arabic and Explorer. I liked the second one much more. But it is important to understand that this is not a safari like in Kenya and so on.

Surprisingly, 130 dirhams per ticket, which includes bus travel and between areas located at great distances from each other, as well as a real safari tour, in my opinion, this is a very affordable price for such a level of experience by the standards of the emirates! Sheer delight. We were in early December, the weather is great for walking, the animals are incredibly well-groomed, the territory and landscapes are gorgeous. For our family, this is the best zoo we've ever been to. Before that, Prague Zoo was the best, but Safari Dubai Zoo has now taken the first place. The Moscow Zoo, with its crowd of people, inconvenient viewing platforms, and ill-conceived entrance, was nowhere near it.

The animals are almost invisible, despite the fact that we arrived at the very opening, early in the morning. We took the most expensive tickets and the difference was not felt at all, we also stood in huge queues for transfers everywhere in the park, visited the same places with people who had the cheapest tickets. Feeding the giraffe was scheduled at 11:00, but in fact it was started at 11:20, VIP guests are being launched without a queue right in front of the children exhausted by the heat in the general queue, it's just disgusting to look at it. A huge territory that is being used inefficiently. Considering the cost of a taxi to the park, as well as what you will see in it, I do not recommend this place. Better spend this time on the beach.

The size of the park is large-scale, as they like in Dubai. )) The entrance is with a bus 125 dirhams. It works until 5 p.m. Visit only during the daytime, i.e. almost at the peak of the heat. Many animals sleep from the heat, even in October. In June and July, you won't see them at all. ))) The brown bear, which is there too, as they say, is not even close to be seen🤣🤣🤣 Cool performances that are included in the ticket price. Trained porcupines and other mysterious creatures 👍👍

An interesting place. Beautiful animals in spacious caves. The need for transfers between locations is greatly overestimated. If you buy a visit at the beginning of the tour, then keep in mind that the entrance fee is only 50D + 5%. Queues for transfers and safaris are VERY long, even if there are "few" people. Not bad, but a lot of frustration. The park is good, but the payment system greatly spoils the impression. The cheapest ticket at the entrance is just the beginning: you constantly have to pay extra inside, which they don't warn you about at the checkout. The paid "eco-taxi" is particularly intrusive. The prices are too high (3 ice creams for 150 dirhams is too much). It's a long way to go. More was expected for Dubai. I'm lowering my score for hidden payments and aggressive upselling.

A very beautiful bird section: Aviary Park - there are peacocks, parrots, cormorants, hoopoe and many other birds that you may see for the first time. Be sure to visit the flamingos! The territory has a lot of greenery, water, cool arches with water sprayers. On the one hand, it's interesting with young children, on the other hand, you probably won't have time to visit everything, since the territory is huge. It's ideal with school-age children. A great place for children and adults. I would also like to note that there are cooling stations throughout the park, but it is still hot even in the season. I recommend coming to the opening, then there are fewer people, the animals are not hiding from the sun yet, and in general it is not so hard from the heat. It is a must to visit the safari at the explorer station, it is very exciting and if you know English, it is also informative - the guide tells interesting facts about animals. But the second safari on desert animals can be safely skipped, there are mostly goats and gazelles.

The problem is the number of people, especially on safari by bus, in fact it is not very interesting, there are a lot of gazelles and similar ones, you can often see only from one side of the bus, drivers drive fast, you may not have time to take a picture. Queues for trains between villages, the staff is in no hurry. It's easier to walk, to be honest.
