All is good except for breakfast. Nice rooms, good service. Pool, beach - perfect. Sea view is a bit blocked by buildings, so it not that good as in other hotels on the west beach of Palm. Food on breakfast is something requires punishment. It's disgusting. Eggs are over fried. Coffee is bumming. Even sausages are not tasty. Only fruits are acceptable. Even though the food in restaurants in the evening is delicious.

Hotel by itself is not too bad. The crowd is. If you are a single woman and not looking for a wild adventures, I would not recommend you to stay there. I was approached multiple times by a random men asking me if I was working there. If you know what I mean. Not the best experience. But because they didn’t offer a refund, I couldn’t leave. I was able to find nice and quiet place there, unfortunately, on my last day of staying. so if you want to get away from the crowd go to the spa area. They have an amazing pool, very Tranquill and it feels like Bali. Also the residential tower where the coffee shop is great for breakfast and quiet getaway from the main pool area. Otherwise, my room was amazing. The service was good too, and the room service and the food was surprisingly fantastic! Unfortunately, the place felt like Las Vegas, so if you are up for that kind of never ending fun bunch of drunk people and nightclubs then it’s your place. My bad I didn’t do a good research. So I had to pay the price:) hopefully the review was helpful.

I visited @beach by five whit my sister. We enjoyed the view and nice music . Food it was really fresh and delicious. Cocktails also delicious and looking creative. I will come again here for shure ! Love it 🌴. And waiter Hassan was very happy and friendly.. he made us feel comfortable.Thanks 👏♥️

Good afternoon. I've checked into your hotel, room 20213. The slippers are small, ripped on my foot, as if you have all slippers for children. It's horrible. The remote for one TV in the bedroom does not work. We were received by a girl Ani and she said that there are no other rooms, the room is in terrible condition. I am on my honeymoon and I wrote about it and asked in advance to be given a high floor, but I was given the second floor, above the reception where all the buses stop, although I paid in full in advance for a stretcher. It's a disgrace. There is a glass door in the toilet, which breaks against the toilet and can break at any time. Apparently all your reviews are customized, as we were horribly met, did not even offer water and did not allow to drink their water at the pool taking away the package. I have diabetes and can't do without water. This is a small part of what I saw in the first 3 hours of being in the hotel and I will be writing a complaint and will leave a negative review. It is a disgrace.

It's a luxurious hotel, but not everything is perfect. Every day, we were stopped by the staff, who thought we were prostitutes. We had to explain that we were guests and were actually staying there. The pool was always crowded with people and escorts. It was impossible to relax properly. Please improve the service and stop allowing such people. We pay a lot of money and want to have a good vacation. Thank you .

The rest is just fire and the hotel is too . For the first time in my life I have seen such a service , although I have been to many places . Check-in is fast , they ask for a deposit of 2000 at check-in, which is 45 thousand rubles, we mowed down to 500 dirhams , we said we would not use the bar. When I entered the room and saw the bar , I realized why there was such a fee . The hotel is new, beautiful and modern, the room is even super standard, the view was of the city. The ticket cost 184,000 for breakfast and dinner , but I don't think the price will be too high in the season, the hotel ranks 3rd in terms of cost , not only the guests rest there , but various rich people come to relax . There's just a chill and a hangout , the pool is divided into two zones with sun beds and the second with sofas , where people dance , drink , smoke . Each bottle of vodka ordered is accompanied by girls dancing and whistling. The hotel has 5 restaurants where you can go for dinner, breakfast is in one place in one of the restaurants near the pool, there is one restaurant with two Michelin stars. I'll attach a photo, the food is delicious. The sun beds by the pool are leather , they put on bracelets at the entrance to this area , they check bags for drinks , and you can't use brown sunscreen, as practice has shown, after I brought it in , the white sofa gets stained. The sea is warm in August , it won 't really cool down there , there aren 't many people , everything is so beautiful . The hotel is expensive , a can of Pepsi for comparison is 750rubles hookah 8000rubles burger with potatoes 2600rubles . The staff is very friendly, there is even a person standing on the button to call the elevator. The room is well cleaned , everything is in the room , the rooms are beautiful . The vacation was a success 🫶 by the way, we made a gift for the honeymoon ❤

I really liked the hotel, the service, the stunning beach, the beautiful rooms, the view from the balcony, the excellent staff, the beautiful rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, everything is top-notch, it's a bit noisy near the main pool), but we also spent more time on the hotel's own beach with large soft beds (not deck chairs), white sandy beaches on the 1st coastline, and a large walking area, next to the Infinity pool, many cozy cafes. The hotel's spa area is also beautiful-it has an outdoor pool with sun beds in the water and a Jacuzzi function. There is a separate wet sauna. Our room is an amazing suite - bright and cozy , everything is thought out, with 3 balconies, a dressing room, a living room, a kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, a super soft cozy bed with high-quality linens, everything looks new, fresh, modern, instant cleaning and excellent room service, and in general throughout the hotel starting from check-in!) Absolutely everything in this hotel brought a lot of pleasure and positive emotions. P.S. we flew in November - the most comfortable weather and season for Dubai, the sea is excellent!

We really liked the hotel. We rented an apartment and celebrated a wedding there in a small circle — it turned out to be very cozy. Among the pleasant bonuses, we had our own pool in the courtyard, and during the day we also went to the communal pool — there was more movement, it was beautiful, palm trees, a bar nearby, and a high atmosphere. In the evening we went up to the roof — there's a nightclub. Music, dancing, a great view of the city — we decided that a wedding without a rooftop party would be incomplete. The staff was helpful, and they didn't ask any questions. In general, the place has become a part of our history — the wedding turned out exactly as we wanted: with the sun, pool, friends and a warm atmosphere. I have good memories. And now about the food!, the breakfast is excellent, I give 5 stars, the dinner is 4 stars, why do you ask?, there are many restaurants on the territory of the hotel and you order a special menu there, the menu is so-so, I personally liked the Italian restaurant, my husband does not, the menu in the restaurant does not change and you will eat the same thing for 7 days! And yes, go to a Chinese restaurant there is a gorgeous view! The beach is clean!, I want to mention the deck chairs!, super soft and wide, I haven't seen them anywhere, beach towels are as much as you want, but as always you need to insert the first row early and occupy it!, the staff is excellent. Rooms!, check-in at 15:00!, we had a large room with a view of the road , it was very noisy!, the rooms are cleaned well!, The gym is ordinary, I haven't been to the sauna, I can't write, but it's there! We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel — the food was just great, everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurants and bars are also pleasing: the staff there was just amazing, created a really pleasant atmosphere for us. But there are also disadvantages. The most important thing is the constant loud music by the pool and in other areas of the hotel. At first it seems fun, but over time it begins to tire. The rooms also have nuances: although they are beautiful and comfortable, some elements were slightly scratched or worn, but not critically. The beach service is excellent — the staff was always ready to help, brought towels, drinks, and created comfort. I also liked the beach parties, the hotel is clearly aimed at the party crowd. However, the attitude at the reception did not leave the most pleasant impression. The staff there seemed unfriendly, and this slightly overshadowed the overall impression. But the staff in bars and restaurants compensated for this with their warmth and attention. The prices at the hotel are quite high. For example, a small can of Cola costs 40 dirhams (0.3 liters, if I'm not mistaken). Restaurants are also expensive, but if you take half board with dinners, it really helps to save money, and you can try different restaurants on site. My rating is 4 out of 5. The hotel is great, but there are points that can be improved.

Girls of easy behavior and drunk guys. And all this along with drinks in the water. In the evening, the picture is slightly better, but the restaurant was not pleased. I ordered mussels, they arrived almost raw, tasted like oysters, slippery, returned. Replaced with squid and shrimps in breadcrumbs. There were 3 shrimps, I didn't even want to finish the squid - it was a solid batter, although the portion was small. Plus, I brought coffee to the waiter as an apology. Score for him.

The sun beds are comfortable, the staff helps with accommodation. The pool is cool. The sea is through a small path, they will ask for a card or ask for a number, then they will put on a bracelet. The sea is gorgeous, but I think there is such a thing on the entire coast of Palma, and the variety of hotels here is great. Result. A good hotel, but not premium and clearly not for appeasement. We had a rest in May 2025. A great hotel for hanging out! There are daily gatherings in the main pool, and a lot of people gather on weekends. The hotel is beautiful, with a good location on a palm tree. When we checked in, we were asked to raise the room class, and we were given a three-room room instead of the standard one!!! which cost 5 times more than🙈. I definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

Very stylish hotel. A pretentious atmosphere. The pool parties were fun almost all the time, a lot of dancing, etc. But it's often difficult to find a free sunbed. Great beach, comfortable sun beds, clean. The staff is also trying their best. The same waiter came up to us all the time.) Everything was fine in the room, we had a balcony with a chaise longue) On the downside, not all the staff is friendly, there was a mistake on their part to extend the room, they really exhausted our nerves during the day. Considering that we've already lived with them. They didn't bring any apologies. But overall, we were satisfied with the rest. At the time of our arrival, there was one employee at the reception, who instantly created a large queue. There is not a single armchair, sofa or any other seating position at the reception, the whole queue was annoyed. The entire concept of the hotel focuses on discos around the pool, which is located in the center of the building. The beach by the sea has not a single tree or bush, only sand and a large number of umbrellas. Meals at the hotel are organized in different restaurants, but according to the same concept: you need to choose one dish from each section of the menu, then you fit into the menu, but you cannot exceed 160 dirhams. It feels like a set meal. We have long since become unaccustomed to this method. There are also oddities in the rooms: I can only lay towels in the bathroom, but not hang. Other quirks are less significant. In short, the impression is very ambiguous. We need to think very carefully before taking a tour here.
