As I said, there is no competition, which means the point is good, so make the service at the level. I was frankly sick of the fact that half of the cash registers are constantly not working, and in other workers (there are usually 2) there are queues of 10 people, what is this?
Today I went to buy water and cigarettes (I am a smoker). There are 8 people in line at Checkout No. 1, the self-service ticket office is empty, I say sell me a pack of cigarettes - the answer is "We sell cigarettes in a separate cash register." I answer: "Yes, but this cash register is not working"
