At the same time, the staff tries in every possible way to ignore customers with their requests to speed up the payment process, and this despite the fact that prices in Hippo are almost the most expensive in the city. And the online store is just a fairy tale, orders can be collected for an hour or more, but if you suddenly come for an order and it is already assembled, then they bark at you, saying where have you been. The only plus is cleanliness, of course, not perfect, but it's higher compared to other stores.

We arrived at 00:00. The cash desks were all closed, and the self-service wasn't working. We lost 5 minutes just waiting for a miracle. The store itself is in chaos. We went to buy chips, the shelves are overturned, the tastes are specific. There is no sour cream and greens, no crab, nothing ordinary. It's terrible, this can only happen in village shops.
