If you're afraid, take the Octane Shield. Please note - if you are without insurance and the highway hits a stone in the face and you are without a Shield, then you are to blame. This is the only aspect that I didn't like. I also want to highlight the manager James Cometa, who explained everything to me through a translator. Although there seems to be a Russian manager there too, but we didn't get him) 4) The car acceptance process: you arrive, give the keys, the car is inspected and fines and fare checks are checked. In my case, we only traveled by a handkerchief somewhere and I paid an additional 7 dirhams. I strongly recommend this car rental.

Expenses in my case on this car: 1) rent a car for 2 days = 260 aed; 2) No deposit fee = 99 AED; 3) octane shield (optional insurance for rims, tires, windows) = 90 aed; 4) gasoline, filled up about 38 liters, but spent less than ≈ 103 aed; 5) salik (toll roads) = 30 aed. In general, only positive emotions remained from the company and from the car. It was lucky that the second driver had all the documents, they redid all the documents for the car right in the airport parking lot). It was also agreed in advance that there would be two car seats for our 2-year-old children. This was very important to us. But unfortunately there were no seats in the car, apparently they forgot to put them in. Instead of going straight to the hotel to relax, we had to go to the office on our own to get chairs. And lose about 2 hours of extra time. The staff then made a small discount (by the way, which they forgot to tell the person who took the car from us). In general, everything ended well, but the "sediment" remained. I wish the staff to be a little more attentive, and travelers to check and remind the necessary nuances.
