I am very pleased with this car rental! 1) There is communication in Russian via cart, it is even possible to book a room in advance and on a Russian card; 2) The bomb machine. Abart 695 gave me 2 days of unreal pleasure. Almost all 500 km, given under the contract, paid off by 100% 3) The process of concluding a contract is simple: we arrive with Russian rights, international rights, and a foreign passport. They explain what we can do and what we can't do, and offer additional services (I didn't take anything, since we agreed on quiet driving with my wife and myself and I drove carefully). If you're afraid, take the Octane Shield. Please note - if you are without insurance and the highway hits a stone in the face and you are without a Shield, then you are to blame. This is the only aspect that I didn't like. I also want to highlight the manager James Cometa, who explained everything to me through a translator. Although there seems to be a Russian manager there too, but we didn't get him) 4) The car acceptance process: you arrive, give the keys, the car is inspected and fines and fare checks are checked. In my case, we only traveled by a handkerchief somewhere and I paid an additional 7 dirhams. I strongly recommend this car rental.

It was also agreed in advance that there would be two car seats for our 2-year-old children. This was very important to us. But unfortunately there were no seats in the car, apparently they forgot to put them in. Instead of going straight to the hotel to relax, we had to go to the office on our own to get chairs. And lose about 2 hours of extra time. The staff then made a small discount (by the way, which they forgot to tell the person who took the car from us). In general, everything ended well, but the "sediment" remained. I wish the staff to be a little more attentive, and travelers to check and remind the necessary nuances.

We saw this service and decided to apply, as we wanted to diversify our stay in Dubai. Spoiler alert for those who don't read to the end, WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! We contacted the manager, he communicated in Russian, offered a wide variety of cars, and answered all our questions. That's where the advantages end. During the correspondence, we clarified in great detail all the questions of interest regarding insurance, car rental, asked about hypothetical situations and who would be to blame in which case, in general, we wanted to understand as correctly as possible in which situation we would be to blame and we would need to pay. The Russian manager explained everything to us by correspondence, as a result of which we got the picture that if we were guilty of an accident, we pay, and if we were not guilty, we don't pay (I won't describe all the nuances). Also, in case of disk damage, scratches, a pebble landing on the windshield, in general, everything that does not depend on us, we pay. Doubtful, but okay. We also pay for all fines and tolls. After some time of doubt, after reading numerous positive reviews, we booked a car and made an advance payment. Another important caveat is that you will need to refuel the car yourself to the level you took it to (what's the problem with adding the cost to the rental, but saving the client from this procedure). On the appointed day, we arrived at the office, began discussing the terms of the contract with the manager, and then he begins to "sell" Octane Shield to us, telling us that having only insurance without this option, we will need to pay almost anyway (which does not seem to fit in with the information he told us the manager is in correspondence), assuring us that if this option is paid for, we WILL NOT PAY for any damages! We clarified it several times, he even showed a photo of a car that turned over on the road, and the tenant did not pay for anything, according to him)) (but logically speaking, how is this possible, but he even showed a clause in the contract about it) We purchased this option, deposited the remaining amount, took the keys and drove off. While driving, we found that the tire pressure sensors were not working, although we had been asked about the technical condition of the car several times before, and we were told that everything was fine, there were no errors! That is, it is impossible to control tire pressure (what if the tire is flat or on the verge of bursting?? it is extremely dangerous to drive with faulty pressure sensors!!). We photographed this malfunction (the load goes up to 49% and stops, which indicates a malfunction of one or more of the sensors), so that we could tell the manager about it later. After using the car, we came to the office to return it. An English-speaking manager came out to us, took the keys and went to check the car. A few minutes later, he came out to us, said that everything was fine with the car and he would need to pay extra ONLY for kilometers over the permissible 250 (we knew about this) and one fine, showed it on some website. We paid the money without question, and he left to bring the change. After 30 minutes, a Russian-speaking manager comes out to us and says that we still need to pay for black dots, 200 dirhams for each dot (this is the condition of the company itself). No one notified us about this in advance, but already during the disputes they showed us the clause of the contract. That is, each manager, whether by correspondence or in their place, says DIFFERENT INFORMATION!! (and by the way, at the same moment we received a message from the correspondence manager only about the presence of a fine, without mentioning the black spots))) We also paid for the black dots, although in general there are questions about the actual existence of a fine))) Then, during the discussion, it also became clear that the Octane Shield option also does NOT cover all cases. To the argument that their employee told us the opposite, their general manager said, "Well, we think about how such a small amount can cover all cases." That is, the fact that they say ABSOLUTELY different information doesn't bother anyone)) In general, we were extremely dissatisfied with this service, there is absolutely no protection for the client. We really regret that we did not study the car rental market better and did not find another company. We strongly advise you not to contact us here and we will try to protect all your friends and acquaintances from this company!!
