I recently visited a cafe and was generally very satisfied. I ordered a covered pizza, frappe and iced tea. The pizza and frappes were just sooooo delicious — everything was fresh, flavorful and really on the level. 👍 But ice tea, unfortunately, spoiled everything a little. It turned out to be not sweet at all, without sugar, and tasted more like some kind of compote. The staff explained that the drink was prepared by a new bartender. At the same time, they behaved very correctly — they immediately offered to replace the drink with another one (coffee or something else) or refund the money. I declined, but it's still nice that the service is at a good level. Overall, the place is great, the food is delicious, and the staff is helpful. I hope the drinks will be as great next time as the food!

The taste of the cream is “plastic". The croissant crumbles and smells of old butter, which is another reason for non-compliance with production technology or its storage. We arrived with the children late in the evening in Tashkent at 23:50. The children got hungry during the flight, and after looking at the website, they went there around the clock. They refused to serve us at this branch, referring to some kind of inventory, the range of pastries was available. I politely asked to get into the situation that the children were hungry and it was late, it was difficult to buy something to go to a meeting and sell products, I was rudely refused. There was no information that the inventory was not carried out on the website, not when coming to the pastry shop. I have always been a regular customer, but after this incident, there is no desire to buy something in the network of this confectionery.
