We flew on August 22 from Novosibirsk to Dubai and back on September 4 from Dubai to Novosibirsk. I really liked the plane- it was beautiful, spacious, everything in the cabin was stylish and comfortable, comfortable chairs, plenty of places to sit and sleep comfortably, tablets with movies, games, flight maps, etc. on each seat, delicious hot food, friendly flight attendants, hand luggage compartments are huge. We took off smoothly, it was also comfortable in flight, a smooth landing, and my ears were almost numb🙂 We flew back at night, the flight time was half an hour less. We are very satisfied with the flight, I recommend it.

It's so nice to fly with them! Even charters, even regular flights! It is very comfortable, delays are possible, but for a maximum of an hour. The interior is clean, the air is fresh! And this is very important, the food is not bad! It is possible to move around the cabin, if there are available seats. The service is top-notch, no one forces you to put your bags away, fasten your seat belt throughout the flight, as in our planes! The prices are affordable! In short, I recommend it))) anyone who knows a lot about flying will understand!

The planes are good. The staff is excellent. But when we flew to Dubai, it was early in the morning. They offered pancakes for breakfast and an omelet for the second option. Both dishes are not edible. We flew back in the deep evening, very decent food. Goulash and chicken

There are plenty of spacious seats between the rows on the plane, there is a place to stretch your legs, there are screens on the backs, you can watch the flight for free, the rest of the movies, cartoons and games are paid. Only Russian speakers don't understand anything). When handing out the food, they asked this or that in English, I didn't understand what, I said anything that they didn't understand, but they didn't give me my portion, it wasn't very pleasant. But I didn't want to eat, and I saw that it wasn't delicious, my child gave me his whole portion, everything was not delicious.) Minus a star just for that, everything else is on the level.

I flew on November 22 from Dubai to Vnukovo. I upgraded my class at the departure airport and paid for an extra space seat (4,400rubles), since I am two meters tall, I always take a seat with "long legs". We have allocated place 9A. but what was my surprise, the seat on the plane turned out to be an absolutely ordinary place for which I could not pay extra. Moreover, when taking out the drinks, I asked to pour me two cups of mirinda, because I was very thirsty, which I was refused. When asked why I wasn't given an extra space seat, they just shrugged, even though the business class wasn't fully filled. It's very strange, this is the first time such an attitude has been shown on local airlines. If the airline wishes to reimburse me for the losses incurred, you can contact me via email or telegram.

We flew from Moscow to Dubai on April 04. The flight was postponed from 2 a.m. to 06:30. Okay, it's not the airline's fault, the airport has temporarily canceled all flights. But!! We weren't fed at all. Not a proper meal, not even a sandwich on a 5.5-hour flight. The children were given sweets, and the adults had coffee or tea to choose from. And that's it!!
